LUXUEUX APPARTEMENT DANS LE COEUR DE VENISE

C’est un accueillant appartement de 80 m² au premier étage d’un ancien palais du XVIème, complètement restauré en 2012. Poutres apparentes d’époques en mélèze rouge au plafond, pavements typiques en marbre à la venitienne. Meubles anciens et modernes. Vue sur la lagune vers Murano. Il se compose d’une cuisine indépendante équipée exclusivement avec électroménagers Miele, d’une luxueuse salle de bains avec douche (céramiques Villeroy&Boch), chambre double avec lit (200x160), ample séjour avec canapé-lit (200x160), d’une petite chambre avec lit-gigognes. L’appartement peut recevoir confortablement jusqu'à 4 personnes. Il est doté de tout les conforts: climatiseur dans chaque pièce, TV couleur, chauffage autonome, four à micro-ondes, machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur. Le linge de lit et de bains sont compris et la cuisine est complètement équipée. L’appartement est central mais dans une zone très tranquille. Sa situation dans Venise est très pratique pour se déplacer facilement à pieds d’un point à l’autre de la ville: à quelques mètres, il y a des arrêts des «vaporetti » pour la gare, l’aéroport, Murano, Burano et Torcello. Rialto et St. Marco sont à dix – quinze minutes de distance à pieds. Dans les environs il y a plusieurs bars, pizzerias, restaurants et autres magasins et supermarchés. Prix tout compris. Ménage final 50 euros. Les propriétaires, à l’étage au-dessus, parlent et écrivent en français et ils peuvent aider en cas de besoin. Ils ont aussi un autre appartement dans le même immeuble, annonce

Wonderfull appartment very convieniant to water transportation. Great hosts met us at airport ferry water transport stop on arrival , gave us detailed advice on local food stores, restaurents and things to do in Venice. Highly reccomend this appartment. We had a wonderfull time and really enjoyed Venice.Great location.

Absolutely perfect honeymoon location and gracious, attentive host

Perfectly located apartment, charming views, do not stay in the tourist area, stay here right by the motorboat dock! We found the area quiet and convenient to everything and can't say enough about how kind and attentive Elisa is.

Loved the location! It was away from the crowds and the view was wonderful! Our host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was worry free. So many great suggestions and she took the time to go over everything in the unit.

We cannot say enough great things about this place and Elisa who met us at the dock and then helped us throughout our stay. The property is very clean, comfortable and a great location. If we come back to Venice we would love to stay here again. Thank you for a magical place.

Incredible apartment in perfect location. Fantastic owner!

Truly one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in. Perfect water views from the window. Just a few steps from water boat that comes from airport. Quiet area but easy walk to St Marks, Rialto and more. Elisa is amazing host who has mapped out best restaurants and places to visit in the area. Could not ask for anything better!!!

Elisa was a fantastic host. She greeted us upon arrival and was very responsive and knowledgeable when answering our questions. Location was excellent with the boat dock nearby. We dropped a pin for our location so we could always find our way back when walking through the narrow, winding streets. Highly recommended!

Perfect Stay for Family

Elisa was a great host. The property is located in perfect spot with access to water taxi (from airport and other places in and around Venice) and a short walk from busy center of Venice. Apartment was clean and spacious. Elisa was very meticulous on explaning everything about apartment, local restaurants, shops etc. Definitely recommend to friends and family.

First time in Venice. Accommodation and host were exceptional. Away from the busyness of St Mark’s , but walkable. Suite is ultramodern and faces the island of Murano. We couldn’t ask for anything better and with Vaporettos at our doorstep, it was easy to see all parts of Venice.

The apartment is a great location away from tourists. It has great access to vaparetto, and very quiet. Elisa, our host was fabulous. Took the time to orient us to the area and things to do, places to go. It is very well appointed- everything you need is there, and more. Cannot recommend this place enough. It is amazing. Amazing!

Elisa is so friendly and helpful. She is a fabulous host and provides you with advice and information about things to do and see, restaurant recommendations, etc. The rental was everything and more. It's in a beautiful, historical building, very spacious and has everything you need. The area is very safe and quiet. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Venice.

Amazing Stay

Our stay in Venice was more than we could imagine. Elisa Luca met us and explained the apartment and the island of Venice. The apartment is beautifully decorated and immaculate. The view of the water from the front windows was our favorite place to watch the comings and goings. Elisa was available to help us with so many thing even with our water taxi to the train and stayed with us until it arrived. Wish we could have had a longer stay.

The Best part of Venice

Our host was outstanding. She provided excellent fuidance about navigating around Venice (which can be tricky without help). Her suggestions abput activites and places to eat and shop were so helpful! The apartment was spotless, had everything we needed, was in a perfect location and was quiet. She even woke up extra early and walked us to the vaporetto to the train station. I wish I could give better than 5 stars.

Perfect!

This was a lovely place with a gorgeous view and an excellent hostess who was extremely helpful. She lives upstairs and is very responsive to text. Spotless apartment with excellent air conditioning in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds (!!!) but walkable to everything (10-25 minutes) and directly across the lagoon from murano. Would absolutely 100% return!

A perfect place to stay. Clean, comfortable and very well appointed with everything you might need from sugar, salt, tea etc to shopping carts, umbrellas, extra pillows and towels. The location is excellent. It is on the waterfront near the vaporetto lines to the train station, airport, and Murano and Burano making an early departure easily manageable. It is quiet and away from the bustling crowds but within easy walking distance. Elisa, the host, is lovely and was very helpful with quick responses to any question we might have. Highly recommended.

Perfect stay in Venice

The apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was perfect- everything in Venice is walkable from there. We had a lovely view of the water from our front windows. The kitchen and bathroom were thoughtfully stocked with everything one might possibly need as well as extra blankets and towels in each of the bedrooms. But the best part of our stay was meeting our host, Elisa. She was delightful and so helpful in giving us recommendations on activities and places to shop and eat. Really, the most outstanding host I have ever met through VRBO. I would 100% stay here again next time I'm in Venice!

3 days in Venice

This is a 5 star home with a 5 star owner. We were met at the pier and walked a very short distance to the home. The owner spent time showing us how everything worked and then gave us ideas of what to do and where to eat. The location is perfect. Great views and everything was in walking distance. The home is well furnished, comfortable and beautiful decorated. The owner met us at 5h30 the day we left to ensure we got on the water taxi for the airport which is just outside the home. We loved our stay and would recommend this place 100%.

Superlative apartment and host

The apartment is a modern conversion, beautifully done, with the highest quality fittings, together with some beautiful older pieces of furniture. Everything is perfectly clean and very well organised. Elisa could not have been more welcoming and helpful in every way; she actively added to the pleasure of our stay. If Cannaregio and particularly the Fondamante Nove (with excellent ACTV & Alilaguna transport links) is where you want to be based, then we cannot recommend this apartment highly enough, and thank Elisa for all of her advice and help.

Our stay in Venice couldn't have been better! Elisa and Pietro's apartment is in the perfect place-- away from the loud touristy areas, but within walking distance to everything you'd want to see in Venice. The view of the bay from the living room windows is also wonderful. Elisa's attention to detail is fabulous--she met with us when we arrived to show us everything we'd need to know about the apartment as well as tips on what to see and do in Venice. Beautiful apartment, good location and a great host

We rented this apartment for three nights. Elisa was very helpful before our arrival with suggestions for things to do, specific instructions on how to get the from the airport to the apartment by boat. She met us at the dock and it was a short easy walk to the apartment. It is a gorgeous place, very clean with beautiful views of the Venice lagoon and Murano out the living room windows. She had great information on markets, dining and getting around Venice. The kitchen was well stocked but we mostly ate breakfast and snacks there and had other meals out. We were going on a cruise after our stay and Elisa gave us specific instructions on how to get to the passenger terminal by water taxi and people mover. She stored our luggage after we checked out and then walked us to the proper dock when it was time to leave for the cruise. We would highly recommend this apartment for its easy location to carry you luggage to from the dock, the beautiful interior and most of all the great help from Elisa, the host.

Everything stated and more!

I requested the apartment the night before and was contacted with confirmation in a matter of hours. I received instructions and any information that I needed from the owner via email immediately. This was very important since it was a last minute decision to visit Venice before heading to Rome. It was easy to reach the apartment coming from the train station. The vaporetto ride is 20 minutes. You do have to cross a bridge with your luggage, so take that into consideration when packing. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. The kitchen had everything that you could possibly want or need to entertain a party of ten! The bedrooms had extra blankets and pillows for your added comfort. The wardrobes had ample of decent hangers. I typically rent apartments when I travel and this was perfect. The apartment was spotless! The light that fills the apartment is wonderful....and the view is bonus! I threatened to get my mother a chair (perch, like a cat) because she stayed in the window, admiring the view. We enjoyed being far enough away from the crowds but close enough to reach everything that we wanted to see/do within a matter of minutes. This was important because I was traveling with my 80 year old mother. At the end of our stay Elisa, the owner walked with us to the vaporetto to ensure that we took the correct one back to the train station. What a pleasure it was meeting and renting from Elisa. I will be returning!!

Pitch perfect apartment and gracious, kind host.

Elisa and Pietro’s gorgeous, well-appointed apartment was the perfect base for our five days in Venice. The listing is absolutely accurate but in person, everything is even better. Sparklingly clean. Well organized. Thoughtful…every detail considered and accounted for. Lovely artwork and a homey feel without any clutter. Quality appliances and linens. Extras of everything you might need (dishes, quilts, glasses, tea, coffee). The apartment is spacious and filled with light. Those front windows…..wow. You are on the lagoon right across from San Michele. You can see the Dolomites. You have a sense of space. There’s always action and beauty right in front of you. It’s absolutely perfect. The sunrise over San Michele is lovely and you can watch the city wake up. At night it’s quiet and you can sleep. We cannot say enough about Elisa as a host. She is incredibly kind and gracious. She gave us great directions for the vaporetto from the train station and met us at the dock to walk us to the apartment. She also met us the morning of our departure to ensure we got on the right boat to the airport. BTW, all the boats you need are practically at your doorstep. It could not be easier. No lugging bags through narrow streets. Once in the apartment, Elisa went through everything thoroughly & has a book of recommendations & maps to assist you. Again, it’s the thoughtfulness that’s so apparent; she really has thought of everything. Elisa, thank you so much!
