Bel appartement de 70m2, idéalement situé pour les visites à pied des principaux monuments et des Grands Couturiers de la rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré.
A 2 pas de l'entrée du parc Monceau, magnifique jardin fréquenté par les joggeurs, aire de jeux pour les enfants, promenades agréables.
Séjour de 30 m2 avec 1 lit simple pour 1 personne (1 lit d'appoint possible) et une grande chambre avec 1 lit double pour 2 personnes
Idéal pour une famille avec 1 ou, éventuellement, 2 enfants.
Marché et commerces à proximité,théâtres,cinéma, musés, restaurants, cafés parisiens.
Accès faciles aux principaux sites touristiques ( 5 stations de métro de Montmartre et de la Tour Eiffel, 1 station RER de l'Opéra etc....).
On peut même y aller à pied ainsi qu'au Grand palais, petit Palais et aussi musé du Louvre; promenades très agréables soit par les jardins des Champs Elysés, soit par la rue du faubourg Saint Honoré.

Fantastic home away from home!

The apartment was charming and a refreshing experience from modetn and cold hotels. The home exuded warmth, character, comfort and history. Having Parc Monceau right around the corner was the icing on the cake!

Perfectly Paris

From beginning to end, our stay was perfect! Brigitte made sure everything was flawless and her lovely apartment was exactly what we needed while visiting our daughter. The beautiful park nearby and convenience of the metro was a daily treat! Highly recommended!

Wonderful place to stay in Paris

This was a great place to stay. Everything was as stated. Markets nearby and close to everything that we expected. It was hectic while we were there - 3 weeks before the Olympics. The apartment is comfortable, and we could not have asked for anything more. It a very peaceful area. Great place to stay.

Lovely Paris Apartment

Brigitte shared her lovely apartment with us. She set up an extra cot for my youngest child and there was plenty of room for the three of us. The check in process was seamless and Brigitte was easy to contact. We would stay here again.

Excellent apartment

My wife and I have now stayed at this apartment several times. We always receive a warm greeting and the apartment is out of the main tourist areas, but very convenient. The lovely Parc Monceau is steps away.

Great apartment in wonderful neighborhood

We enjoyed our week long stay in this beautiful apartment just steps away from Parc Monceau. It was a great place to use as a launching pad to explore the city. Be sure to try the crepes at the kiosk in Parc Monceau.

Elegant, comfortable, and spacious apartment

This is an excellent apartment in a residential area two steps from the wonderful Parc Monceau. The property was exactly as described. There are numerous very good small restaurants a short walk away. We recommend it highly and would be happy to stay there again.

First time back 30 years

Property conveniently located to a large park for children, major tourist attractions, metro (underground which is brilliant), cafes, restaurants, butcher, two local supermarkets, and lovely city walks. Property has a large formal area - the only downside from our perspective is the bathroom, toilet and kitchen are dated but still quite useable, overall still a good stay.

Charming Apartment

Filled with antiques, windows front and back, 2nd floor, large dining/living area and ample-sized full kitchen. Parc Monceau is around the corner, and Arc de Triomphe is an easy walk away. Lots of dining and shopping options close by and 2-3 metro stations are close by, which you can use to go anywhere in the city.

Best place in Paris

I don’t know how it could of been better. Close to open air market on Poncelet St, close to mètro lines, close to grocery stores, close to brasseries, can walk to Champs Élysée, easy mètro to train stations, and the best of all Parc Monceau is literally in the back yard. Wonderful Stay

This apartment was perfect for us, and Brigitte was a wonderful hostess. She was there to greet us and give us all the information we needed. The apartment was charming, and very conveniently located, near Parc Monceau and within walking distance of L'Arc de Triomphe. We felt as though we were right at home. If I am lucky enough to return to Paris, I hope that I will be lucky enough to stay here again. I would highly recommend this apartment and its wonderful owner.

This is IT!!!

This was our 17th trip to Paris (I think?) and this is hands down the single best place to stay anywhere in Paris! The place was bright and open and cheery and the antiques and furnishings made us feel that we were staying in a more lovely time than the world appears now. We wouldn’t have changed anything at all. This will be our home base for our future trips to Paris.

Amazing maison! We will be back!

My little family stayed at Brigitte’s property because it looked like a classic french apartment in one of my favorite neighborhoods in Paris. It was exactly as advertised and the location to Parc Monceau and everything we wanted was even better than we had expected. Very lovely space, very clean ( carpet in the water closet was a little unusual to me but everything was so perfect otherwise) Brigitte was easy to communicate with and she left the most thoughtful details for our daughter. We all loved our time there and are already preparing for a return trip. Merci Brigitte!

Very Parisian Apartment

Although not meeting Brigitte, she communicated with us about the train and what was around the area. We arrived very late at night and we were met with her neighbour who let us in. The apartment is an old Parisian apartment with all the antique furnishings and lots of decor giving the apartment a very homey feel. It was a great location and was central to the metro and lots of restaurants and supermarkets. We did a lot of walking and enjoyed coming back to what we called home for a week. There was a beautiful park close by the apartment that you could just walk and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Thank you Brigitte.

Spacious and welcoming apartment

Except for a minor issue of not being able to connect with host’s internet, the apartment was perfect in every way.The property is in a lovely residential neighborhood next to an imcredible public park. It was especially enjoyable to walk in the park and watch the neighborhood at leisure.

Your Home Away From Home

My wife and I loved this large, well-kept, and comfortable apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. A 3-minute walk to one of Paris' most lovely parks: Parc Monceau. The host Brigitte was incredibly kind and a prompt and excellent communicator in both English and French. Metro stations abound and the proximity to landmarks such as l'Arc de Triomphe and les Champs-Elysées make this a must-stay apartment for us on all future visits. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs, while there were no shortage of neighborhood bistros, excellent restaurants, and convenient boulangeries This apartment is your perfect hub for venturing out to explore all the magical sights Paris has to offer you.

Je loue mon appartement principalement, pendant les vacances scolaires parisiennes, car je suis à la campagne pendant ces périodes, généralement avec mes petits enfants

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

L'immeuble est très bien fréquenté et très calme.Il s'agit d'une petite copropriété .
La concierge habite au rez de chaussé et est très serviable et charmante
Et il est tout près de l'entrée du parc, aucune rue à traverser, c'est merveilleux !
La chambre donne sur une jolie cour arborée et donc très calme ; on entend seulement les petits oiseaux .
