Bel appartement de 70m2, idéalement situé pour les visites à pied des principaux monuments et des Grands Couturiers de la rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré.
A 2 pas de l'entrée du parc Monceau, magnifique jardin fréquenté par les joggeurs, aire de jeux pour les enfants, promenades agréables.
Séjour de 30 m2 avec 1 lit simple pour 1 personne (1 lit d'appoint possible) et une grande chambre avec 1 lit double pour 2 personnes
Idéal pour une famille avec 1 ou, éventuellement, 2 enfants.
Marché et commerces à proximité,théâtres,cinéma, musés, restaurants, cafés parisiens.

The apartment was exactly as shown in pics so no surprises. The unit was very spacious for Paris and well located for sightseeing. The bed was super comfortable and the nights were very quiet thanks to the courtyard at the rear. Internet was good and there were supermarkets and restaurants close by.

A very wonderful place, near (behind the corner) the Parc Monceau. A beautiful house full equipped and clean and warm (like home) and Brigitte (the owner) was very very kind. I hope to return in this fantastic place.

Fantastic home away from home!

The apartment was charming and a refreshing experience from modetn and cold hotels. The home exuded warmth, character, comfort and history. Having Parc Monceau right around the corner was the icing on the cake!

Great Location in Paris

Perfectly Paris

From beginning to end, our stay was perfect! Brigitte made sure everything was flawless and her lovely apartment was exactly what we needed while visiting our daughter. The beautiful park nearby and convenience of the metro was a daily treat! Highly recommended!

Comfortable apartment, warm welcome

We have stayed in this apartment several times and continue to find it a great place to stay. The apartment is exactly as described and the location is perfect for anyone who wants to be in a lovely location a bit off the beaten tourist track.

We have now stayed in this apartment several times and find it perfect for our purposes--very comfortable and in a lovely neighborhood. It is convenient to several excellent small museums, the splendid Parc Monceau and has easy access to the center of Paris by Metro.

First the good : GREAT neighborhood and location. VERY quiet area both day and night. Very good transportation options with metro, busses and taxis all an easy walk. Spacious apartment at a very reasonable price. The use of that space is not very functional after a long day of sightseeing. We were happy to have some English speaking TV stations....until the cable went out on day 2. Our hosts representative tried to fix it with no luck. Fortunately the internet worked very well during the entire stay.Now for not so good. we have waited a few weeks to write this review to really evaluate our opinions fairly and reasonably. We LOVE Paris, and visit often. We won't be staying at this apartment in the future.The person who greeted us upon arrival spoke zero English and after several minutes of hand signals we determined that the washing machine was broken and not functioning.The owner was away during our stay. The pictures on the website and , past renters reviews are dated. We were disappointed by tape on chairs and paint peeling on walls, BUT the cost was better than other apartments in the area. Je ne comprends pas cette appréciation de mauvaise foi : 1° - Lave linge : il est tombé en panne la veille de l'arrivée des locataires ; je leur ai envoyé un message pour les prévenir, leur ai téléphoné et un technicien est intervenu 2 jours après . Malheureusement il fallait commender une pièce . J'ai donné aux locataires l'adresse d'une laverie automatique à 5mn à pied de l'appartement . 2° - la télévision : elle marchait très bien avant leur arrivée, je ne sais pas ce qu'ils ont fait mais ils ont changé le canal et apparement n'ont pas pu le remettre : la télévision marche très bien . 3° - Je ne suis pas sensée être présente à Paris lorsque j'ai des locataires . Ma femme de ménage qui est la gardienne de l'immeuble est très compétente et disponible . Elle habite sur place . 4° - quand au mobilier, ce n'est pas du Ikea, ce sont des meubles anciens du 18ème et 19ème siècle beaucoup appréciés par mes locataires et en particulier les américains . 5° - Tous mes locataires trouvent mon appartement très propre et bien fourni . Voir toutes mes autre appréciations .

It is a very beautiful place, the owner decorated the rooms with lots of love and detail. The location is great, just 2-3 stops from Arc de Triomphe and feels very safe.

Wonderful place to stay in Paris

This was a great place to stay. Everything was as stated. Markets nearby and close to everything that we expected. It was hectic while we were there - 3 weeks before the Olympics. The apartment is comfortable, and we could not have asked for anything more. It a very peaceful area. Great place to stay.

Perfect location for Longines Eiffel Jumping. Flat perfect for three. Neighborhood was perfect rather than staying on tourists streets. Easy access to the Metro, bus and train; airport too.

Excellent apartment

My wife and I have now stayed at this apartment several times. We always receive a warm greeting and the apartment is out of the main tourist areas, but very convenient. The lovely Parc Monceau is steps away.

Lovely Paris Apartment

Brigitte shared her lovely apartment with us. She set up an extra cot for my youngest child and there was plenty of room for the three of us. The check in process was seamless and Brigitte was easy to contact. We would stay here again.

Great apartment in wonderful neighborhood

We enjoyed our week long stay in this beautiful apartment just steps away from Parc Monceau. It was a great place to use as a launching pad to explore the city. Be sure to try the crepes at the kiosk in Parc Monceau.

Spacious and welcoming apartment

Except for a minor issue of not being able to connect with host’s internet, the apartment was perfect in every way.The property is in a lovely residential neighborhood next to an imcredible public park. It was especially enjoyable to walk in the park and watch the neighborhood at leisure.

Elegant, comfortable, and spacious apartment

This is an excellent apartment in a residential area two steps from the wonderful Parc Monceau. The property was exactly as described. There are numerous very good small restaurants a short walk away. We recommend it highly and would be happy to stay there again.

Charming Apartment

Filled with antiques, windows front and back, 2nd floor, large dining/living area and ample-sized full kitchen. Parc Monceau is around the corner, and Arc de Triomphe is an easy walk away. Lots of dining and shopping options close by and 2-3 metro stations are close by, which you can use to go anywhere in the city.

First time back 30 years

Property conveniently located to a large park for children, major tourist attractions, metro (underground which is brilliant), cafes, restaurants, butcher, two local supermarkets, and lovely city walks. Property has a large formal area - the only downside from our perspective is the bathroom, toilet and kitchen are dated but still quite useable, overall still a good stay.

Best place in Paris

I don’t know how it could of been better. Close to open air market on Poncelet St, close to mètro lines, close to grocery stores, close to brasseries, can walk to Champs Élysée, easy mètro to train stations, and the best of all Parc Monceau is literally in the back yard. It the best place in Paris bar none. Merci Mrs Travers and Bridgett
