Carriage House - Le secret le mieux gardé en ville

Charme deuxième maison de transport au sol avec deux chambres et une salle de bain ainsi que d'une douche extérieure. Entièrement rénové avec tout nouveau pour 2015. 4 couchages.

Side escalier mène au deuxième étage d'atterrissage. Salon et cuisine complète dans la chambre principale. Salle de bain complète avec douche. Deux chambres lumineuses et beaucoup de lumière dans tout l'appartement.

Plafonds voûtés dans le salon principal et les chambres. Tous les nouveaux meubles et de la literie, cuisine et accessoires de bain et les planchers et les murs rénové. Air conditionné avec wifi et HDTV dans le salon.

Situé à seulement deux pâtés de maisons de la plage et proche de tout à Rehoboth - restaurants, boutiques et divertissements. Un attribué lieu de stationnement hors rue plus une carte de stationnement pour le stationnement sur rue. Cuisine entièrement équipée.

Parfait pour une escapade et tout nouveau. Nous pensons qu'il est le secret le mieux gardé en ville pour les vacanciers à la recherche d'un nouvel appartement privé, bien entretenu dans le un excellent emplacement.

Beautiful space, perfect location!

Nicely, efficiently designed small space. Comfy bed, nice fixtures, lighting, bath, all very comfortable for 3 adults or two adults and two kids. Quiet as you are on 2nd floor with no neighbors directly below. Tasteful beach theme. 3 minute walk to the main shopping street and boardwalk/beach. We would definitely stay here again

Great location!

The carriage house was clean, modern and in a great location. Check in and check out were very easy. Read the listing carefully because a lot of items aren’t provided, but the listing is totally accurate. It’s a great spot for a few days for a couple. Small space but just right!

Great location and stay

Great place to stay- excellent location, cute, and sufficient space for two close friends. The response to the booking request and the check-in info were both delayed (with apologies), which caused minor issues with planning on our end. I also think that the cleaning fee is too steep considering the to-do list upon checkout and needing to bring our own linens and towels. Still, if you need two beds this place is an excellent value and choice

Great place - awesome location!

We spent 3 night at the House and enjoyed every bit of it! The place is clean and well stocked. A bit small for the family of 4 (including 2 teenagers), but it is VERY cozy and sweet. The location is perfect and the parking is great too. Thank you so much! Looking forward to be back.

What a delight!

This was a perfect fit for my hubby and I who were celebrating our anniversary. It was cozy but felt much larger due to the high ceilings and sunlight. It is a thoughtful renovation with a beautiful spacious bathroom- something that is frequently overlooked in small spaces. The carriage house is a block or two away from restaurants but is situated in a quiet neighborhood. Its location made it easy to keep our car parked for the entire t. We walked everywhere. Michael, the property manager, was responsive to a couple of small issues we encountered. He was pleasant and friendly and immensely helpful. We can’t wait to visit again!

Great location, clean and cozy

Property is in a great location and was clean and cozy. Street parking was easy with the permit. It fit two of us nicely but three would have been tight. Owner should probably remove two references in the listing about a private pool.

Perfect little place!

I liked this cozy little place so much! It was just what we were looking for. With it being so close to the beach, boardwalk, Rehoboth Avenue (shops and restaurants), and a quick drive to Dewey, it was very convenient to walk mostly everywhere. Even though it’s close it was still very private and quiet at night. I would definitely stay again!

Cutest Little Guest House in Rehoboth

This little carriage house is over a garage behind the main house. It is so adorable! It was very clean and comfortable. It's perfect for a couple with 1-2 small kids or 2-3 adults. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic. We only spent two days there, but I would absolutely stay there again. It is small, but we spent most of our time at the beach or sightseeing so this place pefectly fit our needs. The property managers were great as well. They were very responsive and friendly when we had questions.

Great weekend getaway

This is a lovely little place with enough room for 3 adults to stay comfortably. There is a nice kitchen and sitting area and 2 bedrooms. It is at the top of an outdoor wooden staircase so we got our steps and floors in during our stay. The host is very helpful & responsive. We hope to return sometime.

Daddy/daughter weekend

Stayed in this house for a long weekend with my 7yo daughter. Great for a small group. Easy walk to everything in downtown Rehoboth. Property is in great shape, everything you need for a few days

Great Stay!

Perfect location for all the restaurants and bars in Rehoboth. We walked everywhere. The cottage house was perfect, very clean and easy check in and out.

Rehoboth Gem

Nice location, central to the main drag and just 2 blocks from the beach. Quick and easy communication with the property manager for one small issue that was quickly resolved. Property was exactly as listed and clean. (Just take note that the fridge is not full size, although there was enough room for our groceries). The apartment was perfect for 2 adults. We even ended our stay for an extra night. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Rehoboth!

A great little apartment. Very close to the boardwalk, beach and restaurants. We had a great time and were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to in Rehoboth. I would recommend this property to anyone

Stay at Carriage House

It was a great little place for our 4 night stay. The only issue we encountered was that the fridge is located directly under where the ceiling slopes and we repeatedly bumped our heads when accessing the fridge. Other than that, it was perfect!

Pleasantly surprised with the Carriage House. Myself my daughter and her two children stayed there. Very compact but comfortable. Close to the boardwalk and beach/ocean but further than two blocks as advertised.

Small but comfy

The property is as described, a short walk to beach and boardwalk. very clean and had all essentials.Instructions provided during check-in is in detail. All the rooms are pretty compact but the bathroom is large! Watch out for the corners of the roof that slope into all the rooms or you might bump your head. Parking is pretty tight as it's shared with guests on the main building. Maybe they should draw parking lines to share the space for 3 vehicles equally. Parking pass provided for street side parking!

Sweet Carriage House

Lovely appointed carriage house within excellent walking distance to the best of Rehoboth. Hotel size refrigerator was too small for 2 people. Rug in front of stove, sink, & counters needs laundry. Good stay. Nice LG TV. WOULD RECOMMEND.

Nice little place

It was clean, nice location, had the essentials, nicely updated finishes. Some recommendations : switch the doors on the refrigerator and freezer for easier access, and make clearer that the twin beds are trundle beds. And it would have been nice to have the new towel racks hung, instead of laying there in the box.
