Fabuleuse villa avec grande piscine privée, court de tennis et salle de jeux, immense jardin

Lovely to welcome groups of friends or extended families and the large space at Villa Mariana is suitable for all combinations. We like to make every visit personal so always there to help if needed. With private tennis court and swimming pool, private gym and games room with pool table plus the outside boules there is plenty to keep you occupied without even leaving the villa but also lots to do in the surrounding areas all the year around.

It is a great shame that when we asked if everything was OK we were told it was and nothing else was said. Everything was thoroughly checked for cleanliness prior to the visit so I find it hard to understand these comments. I understand very often people feel they want to ensure cleanliness by washing things before first use but that doesn't make it necessary. Since most of the crockery is white it is easy to see it is clean. Unfortunately when we had a dishwasher it was misused so it is better to not have one at the moment. However I understand that a good time was had by all so hopefully this minor comment is not an issue and we hope to see these guests again.

It's always good when guests enjoy their holiday at Villa Mariana and want to return, as these guests did. The villa is perfectly situated for seclusion when wanted with lots of activities onsite and close enough to local attractions when wanting to go out. With many modern and up to date touches and many rustic also giving a good combination. Many of the sun-lounges were new less than a year ago and are always being replaced when necessary. One of the rustic gazebos was only built this year. The sun has a lot to answer for with regard to the appearance of any items that sit outside most of the year and this has to be accepted. We continue to replace and update inside and outside of the villa to continue to make Villa Mariana a welcoming place to stay all the year around.

Lamento que no sea lo que esperabas ni el alto nivel que a la mayoría de los huéspedes les gusta cuando se quedan una y otra vez en Villa Mariana. Todas las superficies fueron desinfectadas antes de su visita, como siempre ha sido el caso antes de que los huéspedes lleguen a la propiedad. Además, dejé spray desinfectante para su uso adicional en cada cocina. La mayoría de los cojines se han quitado de las camas y demás, pero dado que los muebles están hechos de cuero y algo de tela si se quitaran los cojines, no habría suficientes sofás para sentarse. En la mayoría de los alquileres vacacionales con cocina en España, es costumbre que los huéspedes limpien su propia basura, como he tenido que hacer yo mismo en todas las ocasiones que he alquilado en España. También significa que se puede hacer a diario. Villa Mariana se actualiza cada año para adaptarse tanto a la comodidad como a la moda en un entorno rural. Villa Mariana está disponible los 365 días del año para grupos grandes y pequeños, y normalmente ofrece no solo una gran piscina y cancha de tenis, sino también petanca, una sala de juegos con mesa de billar y un gimnasio privado. Se atienden grupos familiares, grupos de amigos, ocasiones especiales y bodas. A la mayoría de la gente le encanta, pero no todo el mundo quiere lo mismo.

Es encantador tener grupos de familiares o amigos disfrutando de nuestra hermosa Villa Mariana. Algo para todos los grupos de edad. Abierto los 365 días del año y en una fabulosa parte de España donde tenemos nuestro propio microclima, por lo que hace calor casi todo el tiempo. Entre octubre y abril es posible alquilar solo la mitad de la villa a grupos más pequeños. Espero volver a verte pronto. Open 365 days of the year and in a fabulous part of Spain where we have our own microclimate so it is warm almost all the time. Between October and April it is possible to rent just half the villa to smaller groups. Hope to see you again soon.

It is wonderful to have families and friends come and stay at Villa Mariana and know they are having a really lovely time at any time of year. It's great having guests at Villa Mariana whether small groups or large, the villa can accommodate as it is spacious and has lots to do with the big swimming pool, private tennis court, private gum and games room with pool table. Having 2 kitchens and 3 lounges everyone can have their own space as well. It's great to hear comments that the photos "really don't do the place justice!" 365 days a year it is possible to rent and most of those days are full of sunshine.

IT'S GREAT TO HAVE A WONDERFUL HOLIDAY VILLA TO SHARE WITH FAMILIES AND FRIENDS ALIKE. We like to think all things are catered for (including pool chalk) and if things have run out during your stay there is always someone on hand to help out. Whether summer of winter we have all year round sun the days just are a little shorter in the winter but it is still usually t-shirt weather. It is a real pleasure to have guests staying in Villa Mariana and celebrating a wedding or other special occasions is perfect as it will cater for large numbers. With great weather all year round it is available to rent throughout the year for almost guaranteed sunshine. Great facilities at the villa, with a private tennis court and swimming pool, games room with pool table and private gym and still only a 10 minute drive to beautiful beaches and golf courses and water park. I love welcoming guests who have previously stayed and new guests, young and old, there is some fun to be had for everyone.

It's brilliant to have lovely people stay and enjoy themselves all the year round in this versatile and large villa. It is great for large or extended families and also groups of friends interested in relaxing or playing tennis on the private court or golfing at one of 5 local golf courses. Great off season breaks in the sun to recharge batteries works really well too.

We are always happy when our guests are happy, whether it is a group of friends out of season for golfing holidays, tennis, cycling or walking or family groups in the peak season looking for a school holiday break in fabulous surroundings. Being available 365 days a year gives many opportunities as it is the hottest part of Spain and so there is almost guaranteed sunshine all the year around - the day is just a bit shorter in the winter. Not forgetting that for smaller groups I can split the property in half for the off peak period when the flights are cheaper and the property rental is also less. Lots of space, lots of facilities - a fantastic place for all ages!

At Villa Mariana we are always updating and improving to continue to make it a welcoming holiday villa for families large and small, or groups of friends. Being completely walled and fenced it is a safe and secure place for children of all ages. It is also great for special occasions like special birthdays or anniversaries with the many on-site facilities of large swimming pool, tennis court, gym and gardens plus the nearby location of things like golf courses, beaches, water park and interesting places to visit. Don't forget the region has it's own micro-climate so is great all the year round as there is almost guaranteed sunshine. As ther are 3 lounges and 2 kitchens the property can be split in 2 during off peak months giving a 2 bedroomed semi and a 3 bedroomed semi allowing for smaller groups or couples wanting an out of season break in the sun. It is somewhere to chill and relax in a rural location but close enough that within 10 minutes drive you have all the popular amenities you could want. It will also become available for weddings and celebrations from 2019.
