Villa "Casa Redonda" est exceptionnellement bien situé sur la Montagne Indalo, avec vue panoramique sur la mer. A 3 minutes en voiture ou 10 minutes à pied de la plage, des commerces, bars et restaurants. La piscine privée est orientée plein sud (10 x 4 m²) à usage exclusif des invités. La villa a une surface habitable d'environ 240sq. m & est situé sur 3,500sq. m de terrain, en assurant la confidentialité et de l'espace. Tout est construit dans un niveau, améliorant encore le confort de votre salon. La villa possède une salle de séjour spacieuse de forme ronde avec une sécurité accrue ouvert cheminée, salle à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils, cellier, trois grandes chambres et deux salles de bains. La villa est entièrement équipée avec système Climate Control (AC dual de chaud / froid) pour plus de confort, ainsi qu'une terrasse équipée de couverture automatisé. Environ 250sq m de plusieurs terrasses autour de la propriété, offrant des options pour s'asseoir soit au soleil ou l'ombre. La villa a une grande piscine privée (40m². M), et un jardin bien conçu maintenu par un système d'arrosage automatisé. Aire de stationnement privée. L'ensemble du complexe est exceptionnellement bien entretenu! WIFI inclus.
Convient aux enfants. Il y a des murs composés et intérieurs avec une porte, cependant la piscine n'est pas une zone séparée et les enfants devraient être surveillés.

Wonderful Stay

Pristine and beautiful - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is wonderfully equipped, a huge amount of space, with incredible views. We had a brilliant time as a family watching the sun rise and set, as well as visiting the beaches nearby. Communication with Sacha was fantastic and we would love to return one day.

Fantastic location with beautiful view

The house was well appointed with lovely art work and decor. Kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was great and even had floats. Mojacar had beautiful beaches and many excellent restaurants. Couldn’t believe how inexpensive food and wine was. We stayed 12 nights but wanted to stay forever

Casa Redonda

Lovely, spacious well equipped villa. Lots of outside space, plenty of shady spots and eating areas. Pool was more than big enough for 5 adults. Location was good only 10 mins walk to the sea however the walk back is very steep and a car is essential to get to the supermarket.

Beautiful Villa

We stayed here as a family of 5 with three teenage girls. The villa is beautifully appointed with stunning views and every detail has been carefully thought through. The location is peaceful but you are only a short stroll from the beach . We would be renting this agin next year were it not already booked in August !

Family Holiday

We originally booked this villa before the Pandemic, thankfully Johanna the host allowed us to carry over the reservation. Johanna and Sacha have been fantastic to deal with, answering all our questions with speed and patience. Would happily recommend the villa and hosts to anyone looking to stay in Mojacar.

Great house, great view

My husband, our two teenage kids and I stayed a week in the house this summer. We loved the house, the outside area with the pool and the view. It was very private. But also a short walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We would love to come again.

Lovely property, great location,very helpful owner

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was very friendly and helpful throughout. We love this area and have visited Mojacar many times. We think that the area is ideal for a relaxing holiday and this villa is perfectly placed to make the most of the local facilities. The views from the property are fantastic and the pool area is very private and secluded. The outdoor space is particularly good with plenty of areas to sit and relax either in sun or shade through the day. The property was very clean and well-maintained with spacious rooms. It was well equipped and comfortable and had everything there that we needed. I am happy to recommend this property for rental and hope to be able to visit again soon.

Holiday stay

The villa was lovely but it does need some tlc in places. The electric went twice whilst we was there, the first time was resolved when we got in touch with the owner and she told us where the electricity box was, the second time the owner had to get one of the neighbours to come round and sort the out. The pool there were a few tiles missing a d also loose ones. The views were amazing

Dear Andrew. Thank you for your review. We are glad that you enjoyed our beautiful home. Sorry for the inconvenience caused that the electricity briefly went off. The first time unfortunately the electrician who had just installed a new intercom bell the day you arrived had somehow forgotten to put one of the switches back on. We are glad that we were able to guide you and resolve it promptly via WhatsApp. The second time the outside lights went off, unclear why, but in summer season in Mojacar sometimes the system gets overloaded briefly. Luckily our neighbor was available and solved the issue within10 minutes. We were however surprised that our private cupboards in the pantry were opened and personal household supplies (toilet paper, laundry detergent) were taken, usually the renters supply their own after the welcome pack provided. Outstanding villa

This villa location and style will leave you breathless! It is an absolutely 5* villa, the care and love that has gone into every internal and external aspect is simply stunning. We enjoyed one of our best holidays here in sept 22 and have booked again whilst we were still there. There is everything you need to enjoy your home away from home. The hill and short cut path is a bit steep..especially have a few GnT’s in the fusion bar but you get used to it; or stay in and BBQ overlooking the pool the choice is yours. You could not book a better villa in Mojacar and the host was so friendly along with Carmen who welcomes you to the property.

beautiful villa

a comfortable and well equipped villa with stunning views over the Med. It was exactly as described, clean and tidy and very comfortable. There is very little I would change! The management company took us to the villa and showed us round, and stressed we were to contact them if we had any queries or problems. We would certainly recommend this villa and the area to friends.The only "downside" is that to get the great views it is up a steep hill, walking by road or by the shortcut steps from the local excellent restaurants is not for the elderly or infirm.

We always recommend guests to rent a car., as well the the 24 hours taxi service to drive up or down the hillfor a charge of € 8 , so people can have a few drinks if they wish. Lovely Villa, fabulous location

We have just returned from a lovely holiday in this Villa. It is in a fabulous position overlooking the sea with the most amazing views. The pool area and the surrounding gardens are immaculate, the best I have ever come across! The property was very clean and well maintained & the Owner was particularly helpful, promptly replying to our e-mails when we inquired about restaurants, places to visit etc.. We loved Mojocar with its fabulous 5k stretch of golden beach,everything is so clean & well maintained and we didn't have enough time to visit all of the wonderful restaurants - good excuse to return again very soon!! Thank you Johanna & family for giving us the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home! Jan & Roman x

We are very pleased to bear you had a wonderolie time in our home and in Mojacar. We know Mojacar since 1971. We bought our first home in 1973, in the Village that time. We moved to the Indalo Mountain/ Ventanicas hills, overlooking the sea . THE villa was built in 1986 and since them we have done a lot of renovations and improvement to our property. The villa and views are amazing

This Villa has the most amazing views and outdoor space , so many separate areas to sit and chill , soak up the sun or cool down in the shade . The up keep of the villa is excellent, a few minor things could be updated and i have been informed by the owner that this is hand , but thats a truly minor detail. It feels like home and we really didn't want to leave . We had a mid week clean and carman and her family were there most of the day doing an amazing job . Would definitely return however my family is ever increasing and we need one more bedroom if that could be arranged !!! lol I cannot recommend this property enough and the attentive owner, Johanna who was always responsive . Superb Rental Villa

We have stayed in various rentals in the Mojacar area over the years and Casa Redonda is by far the best we have stayed in. It has everything you could possibly want on holiday and is most definitely home from home. We travelled as a four, 2 adults and 2 children ages 5 & 7. There is ample amout of space around the villa so you can choose to sit on the front and admire the spectacular sea views with a welcoming breeze or sunbathe around the fantastic sized pool, which the kids were in morning, noon and night, with the added advantage of the shaded ratten furniture area which was great to unwind in whilst cooking on the BBQ. Inside, it was a welcome relief to rent a villa with large comfortable beds!! The only point I would improve on would be to have a second fridge in the utility room exclusively for drinks as it was incredibly hot when we were there and we all needed constant cold refreshments. Location wise it is perfect for beaches, restaurants etc. We tried booking for the same time next year when we were there but unfortunately for us there was only 1 week left for next summer already. We have now found a perfect villa in our favourite resort and will be definitely returning to Casa Redonda.

A alternative for dinner outside and not wanting to drive or walk the short cut ,a taxi service available 24 hours ,charge €8 to take you back home. We will put another fridge for cold drinks in the storage /washing room.We have been thinking about it as well ourselves to put another one in. A good sleep is very important.!! Beautiful villa, wonderful views

stayed for a week in August 2023 with family, kids are 19 & 17. First thing that greets you are the magnificent views of the sea and beach. Outside space has been carefully planned to give either full sun or shade at any time of the day depending on your preference. I've stayed at several villas across the med and this one has the best outside space I've ever had :-). Pool is decent size and allows swimming across it, maybe not ideal for very young ones as half of the pool is deep (~2m). BBQ area is great, we had a few of these and the supermarket just outside town has a wide selection of fresh produce for the BBQ. Lots of restaurants along the beach front which is only about 15 minutes walk. Only slight thing to be conscious of is the steep hills and steps down to the beaches & restaurants. We walked it regularly, but it is very steep and you know you've had a bit of exercise when you've done it. You do need a car for this villa as carrying provisions up the hill would be too much. There is plenty of parking down at the beaches and restaurants though if you choose to drive it. Overall it means the villa is private and has spectacular views though.

Private villa with fantastic views

This property is beautiful. In its own private gated grounds that are landscaped with exotic palms and cactus, it gives total privacy yet has fantastic views across the Mediterranean below. The pictures don't do the reality justice. The evening lighting of the outside of the villa and pool enhance the overall alfresco experience. There are plenty of outside areas so that even in our party of 6, you can still have your own space. It is well equipped with everything required. We didn't lack any items that we found missing in other homes we have stayed at. The large round lounge is superb but we never used it as the outside areas and pool area made it redundant. Air con was a must at night and worked well. Both bathrooms are large with all mod cons. The kitchen has everything required but we ate out every night as it was near and good value. The location is high up the hillside but a 10 minute or so walk down is simple. We didn't walk back up as after a few drinks and a meal we felt that in the heat it was too much! A taxi was €8.00 euros which we thought fine. Locally we ate at the Mediterranean restaurant - next to Mojacar estates, we found the food excellent, traditional dishes and Pizza. Value wise we were a bit shocked as for 6 of us, 2 & 3 courses, with drinks came in at about €80 max. We were full. We also ate at the El Gaucho, an Argentinian steak house on the front, easily walkable from the villa, the Steaks are the best. As a starter, the sausage were excellent. The grill chef needs to come to our house and cook our BBQ! More expensive but the meat was excellent. Fillet and chicken cooked to perfect for us. We ate at both places 3 times each! Mojacar town is a 10 minute drive in land and worth a trip. Traditional village on the hillside. Lunch overlooking the mountains and plain below was great. Little gift shops dotted about. The beach below offers great facilities. Some of our party went but with a great pool, outdoor shower, fantastic views, cool drinks in fridge and plenty of space for sun and shade, some of us (me) thought why bother!! The heat during our visit didn't fall below 30 degrees, reaching 38 at noon. We didn't venture far as the heat was energy sapping. On our way to Murcia airport we went to Cartagena. Marina and town. Beautiful clean place. Overall this is the first villa we would consider coming back to. Casa Redonda is a step up from most. The agent was immediately responsive too, great service.

Fantastisch huis, met schitterend uitzicht. Alles is uitstekend uitgerust ook, heel schoon. Grote slaapkamers met uitzicht op zee, lekker als je ‘s morgens opstaat. Johanna was snel beschikbaar voor vragen, ook erg prettig. Alles is precies als op de foto’s en dan nog wat mooier. Een heerlijke twee weken gehad.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet; man fühlt sich gleich sehr wohl. Durch die erhöhte Lage hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Der Aussenbereich mit dem Pool ist sehr schön gestaltet mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Meer mit gepflegter Standpromenade ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Unser Paradies für zwei Wochen

Wir wissen gar nicht, wo wir anfangen sollen – über die freundliche sympathische und hilfsbereite Eigentümerin, die unglaubliche Aussicht über alle Häuser hinweg auf das Meer und den Strand, der traumhafte und Garten der zum Grundstück gehört, der gepflegte Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirmen,die verschiedenen gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten rund um das Haus, die Innenausstattung mit Klimaanlage in jedem Schlafzimmer und bei der an alles gedacht ist was man braucht...Dieser Platz ist einfach perfekt zum sorglosen erholen genießen und glücklich sein

heerlijk verblijf

de locatie is wat hoger gelegen maar met de auto gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Het uitzicht is bijzonder en de woning heeft alle comfort. Alles is goed onderhouden. Door de ligging erg rustig, ideaal om te relaxen. Geen opvallende tekortkomingen, een aanrader.

Las mejores vistas

Estuvimos 4 personas,La casa es espectacular. Mejor que los que se ve en las fotos. Es un lugar para desconectar al que no le falta de nada. Desde la casa se pueden ver amaneceres espectaculares. Y la piscina, la disfrutamos un montón. Estuvimos muy agusto. Repetiremos.

My family first discovered beautiful Mojacar in the early 1970's. The enchantment of the old morish town, the engimatic blue ocean, the painters palate of colours in the natural surroundings, and the attractions in the area for both the younger/older and the more active/relaxed has kept us engaged throughout the years. We have moved our permanent base from Mojacar, however very much enjoy getting back for holidays often. We continue to maintain Casa Redonda with care and dedication as a 'home', and hope that you will enjoy you vacation there too!
