Appartement lumineux et calme situé au cœur de Sorrente. Situé dans un bâtiment d'époque, il dispose de deux chambres, deux salles de bains en marbre, une cuisine, une salle à manger spacieuse, un grand hall d'entrée et un parking.

L'appartement est situé dans un élégant bâtiment de la fin de 800, avec un ascenseur à l'étage et un parking.

Rénovation terminée en 2016, peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes.

Italy vacation

Of our 11 days days in Italy 6 were in Piano. Maria was a great host who took good care of us. The location of the room is great if you want a little more peace and quiet but Sorrento and Naples are still very easily accessible by train. There are few restaurants in the area but they are very delicious. There is a beach about a 20 minute walk from the condo which is great!

The Perfect Base for our Almalfi Visit

This apartment was perfect for our visit to the area. It's clean, comfortable and exactly as described. As is often the case, our travel plans went awry and we were late to meet Marie... She was gracious and accommodating. We appreciate having complete privacy, yet knew that she was only a phone or text away if we had any questions. Having never visited the area, when booking the apartment we had not realized that Piano di Sorrento is a bit away from the main hubbub. But what a blessing! The train station is only a couple of blocks away and then we'd be in the marina in the center of Sorrento within ten minutes. It was busy and loud in that resort area, but a world away at the apartment. We will certainly recommend this charming apartment to anyone who is looking for a place for their visit to the Sorrento and Almalfi areas!

Extremely well furnished and located

After experiencing the tourist hordes in Rome, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast, I loved this Sorrento suburb. It is a very short train ride on the Circumvesuviana train from Sorrento (and the train station is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment) It is about a half-hour train ride in the other direction to Pompeii. A large grocery store is 2 blocks up the street. It is very easy to get around. I found that since there aren't a lot of tourists around, the people were much friendlier and helpful. The apartment is lavishly equipped and spacious. There are enough dishes, silverware, pots and pans to host a party for the neighborhood. The bathrooms were very clean. There were even balconies on both sides of the apartment. One thing I should note is that the parking is on the street and you have to find a space yourself. That said, it was never a problem to find a space - you have to park in the blue spaces. The machines where you pay are everywhere, speak English, and accept credit cards. We had a great time here and really enjoyed Piano di Sorrento.

emplacement super. Tous commerces à proximité. Garage privé avec un box fermé juste la rue en face l' appartement (100m) Appartement confortable mais un peu bruyant, un chien dans les environs et les voisins. Dommage problèmes eau chaude dans la grande salle d' eau;

Très bon accueil, Maria est même venue nous attendre à l'arrêt du bus en voiture. L'appartement est agréable, clair, très bien équipé et situé à 5 minutes à pied de la gare. À recommander !

Séjour inoubliable sur la magnifique côte Amalfitaine.

Maria nous a accueilli chaleureusement malgré notre retard d'une heure. La propriété était exactement comme sur les photos, ensoleillée et très propre. Très bien équipée et bien entretenue. Lits confortables et espace de rangement. Supermarché à deux pas! Nous avons découvert un petit resto familial à moins de 10 minutes à pied (La Tienda) très bonne cuisine et des gens chaleureux! Nous avons tout fait en transport en commun (bus et train) très accessibles. Pour visiter la côte vous devez vous rendre à Sorrento les bus partent de là, et le détour vaut le coup! Les routes en épingle et grimper les falaises en bus est assez impressionnant! Nous nous sommes baignés à Praianno après une descente d'au moins 300 marches! Coup de coeur pour Vico Equense! Le coucher du soleil était magnifique. Prenez le temps d'aller voir Bagni Régina Giovanni, piscine naturelle! À Capri, laissez-tomber les circuits touristiques et faites un tour en bateau avec les gens de la place! Merveilleux! Nous avons adoré notre séjour! Grazie mille Maria! Suzanne, Marie-Josée et Louis

bel appartement, base de départ idéale pour visiter la région

A quelques minutes à pied d'une station du train CircumVesuviana, cet appartement dispose également, à quelques pas, d'un garage souterrain spacieux, particulièrement précieux pour ceux qui, comme nous, visitent la région en voiture. Accueil attentionné de Maria; restaurants, épicerie, cafés et boutiques animées au pied de l'immeuble. Deux chambres lumineuses et confortables, cuisine pratique, grande entrée mais pas de salon. Nous avons simplement signalé une température d'eau chaude insuffisante dans la salle de bains, problème très certainement réglé depuis notre passage. En résumé, nous recommandons sans réserve et reviendrions avc plaisir dans cet appartement.

Wonderful flat in the heart of Piano

Maria’s flat is perfect for a small family! There is a bedroom for the parents and two twin beds for the kids in another room. Each has a bath and access to a small terrace overlooking a working grove . There is a small kitchen with all you would need and a cute living/ dining area with small balcony overlooking the city (a distant view of the water can be seen through the buildings in the distance). It is a very short walk to the grocery store and to some great piazza restaurants. 5 minute walk from Piano train station. 15 minutes to an amazing seaside (switchback) road and the water below the cliffs. So beautiful down there and some great restaurants right on the dock. If you go, take the all day “you know” boat tour of the Amalfi Coast!!! Maria was very responsive and accomodating. Great air conditioning for the summer travelers, too! Thanks.

Nice place near sorrento!

Our stay at Casa Vittoria was great. It was very close to the train station... of course, it’s a bit of an uphill walk from the train station to the apartment but It’s downhill when you leave. :) Grocery stores were also very close by. The location overall is perfect! Couldn’t be better situated. Maria was very nice and received us at the train station and even helped us roll one bag to the apartment. Very approachable and thorough! The apartment is big and bright. The two rooms were great. There are two single beds in one room which can be put together but there will still be a big gap because of the frames. The second bedroom has a full bed. The beds could have been better but maybe this is the standard in Italy. The kitchen was nice and equipped. The main issue for us was lack of hot water in the attached bathroom. If the washing machine was on or if someone was using the other toilet, even the shower in the main bathroom would not be hot. We understand that this is an older house and has the charm as well as the old piping but the whole point of two showers is for two families to get ready at the same time and we couldn’t do that. This was hugely inconvenient. Overall, our stay was pretty nice. If you are staying in the area, we would recommend Maria’s place!

Really nice apartment close to Sorrento

We really enjoyed our vacation in the area. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need to accomodate a family of 5. It is walking distance from the train station and there are a few supermarkets very close. Piano itself is really nice and it is only 10 minutes away from Sorrento by train. The owner is really nice and provided us with lots of information about the area. I would definitely recommend this apartment to my friends.

Beautiful and spacious home!

We traveled as a family of 6, including 2 children. We all loved this home! It is beautiful and spacious. Both bedrooms were very large rooms. One has queen bed and the other one has 2 twin beds. The twin beds were very comfortable beds. The home was clean and lovely. It had that old charm with some upgrades. There are balconies on both the front and back of the home. I would definitely recommend this home. The host, Maria, was very kind. She was helpful in explaining everything, and was very flexible as our flight/ bus ride to Piano di Sorrento was a bit later in the evening. A plus, was also the elevator. It is also a 5 min walk to the station. Loved our stay here!

We had a great time, and the apartment was beautiful. Maria checked in several times to make sure we were comfortable, and showed me where the best shopping and the closest route to the beach were! The lemon grove and sun-filled balcony was awesome.

A beautiful apartment .

It is a very comfortable apartment. The only negative was the office next door. The walls between very thin and you could hear the phone ringing and them talking. Other than that was wonderful. Maria met us at the station and walked us to the apartment. She was also available any time we needed her.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Piano Di Sorrento

My wife and I stayed at Casa Vittoria for 10 glorious days in July with our 2 teenage boys. The apartment itself is stylish, spacious, tastefully furnished and beautifully Italian. We found it extremely comfortable, with everything you might need to hand and great air con! You will find that the apartment is also ideally located; within walking distance of a number of great restaurants, bars, shops, a supermarket, the train station and also the main regional bus stop. We found that public transport was both cheap and regular. It was the perfect hub for our stay and enabled us to visit many beautiful and historic sites along the Almalfi coast. Maria met us at the apartment on our arrival (despite our flight being delayed meaning we didn't arrive until 2am!) and was extremely helpful in providing the names of local restaurants, the best and most cost-effective ways to view Pompeii, Vesuvius and other attractions, whilst she also helped with many other questions we had throughout our stay. We would thoroughly recommend Casa Vittoria (and Maria) - we can't wait to return the next time we are looking to visit Sorrento and the beautiful Almalfi coast.
