The apartment is well located, a good size with plenty of storage, and fine for 2 adults or two adults plus a child. Verona itself is charming, and you are well situated here to explore the sites. Although there was no furniture on the balcony, we brought chairs out to enjoy a coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. There is a small green grocer nearby, but a 10-15 walk to a larger food store.
We had a couple of issues with bathroom plumbing that were addressed, but could easily have been avoided. A few essentials were missing: clothes pins for the outside clothes lines, several light fixtures where one light bulb needed to be replaced, and paper towels were not available. Again, easily fixed, but easily prevented.
With these caveats, we would recommend the apartment and neighborhood.
We stayed here for seven days in July. The apartment is in great location in Verona, just five minutes walk to Arena and Piazza Bra. It is on a quiet street with no traffic. The apartment is clean, cozy, and well equipped. There is a small balcony that faces the courtyard and has nice views, as it's on the fifth floor. The closest grocery store is about 10 minutes walking distance. There is a Pizza restaurant near by (Pizzeria Leon d'Oro) with a beautiful garden. Licia, the manager, was helpful. She responded to our requests immediately. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment.
