Great location with a lot of nice amenities. The house was well appointed and clean. We loved having access to the ocean as well as 2 convenient pools. We had a great stay and would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at this Hilton Head Island villa. The location was perfect for us, the Seascape Villas condo community is very nice, and the house is exactly as advertised. We would recommend this place for your upcoming HHI vacation!

We had an amazing stay! A great house at a great location, just minutes away from the beach and right in the middle of all shopping and dining options as well. We would definitely stay here again!

We had the best weekend here!! Walking distance to coligny beach and so many restaurants. The owner was so fast to answer emails and very kind. Condo had the most comfortable beds and a beautiful balcony on the top floor. Will be here again next year.

Great stay and very convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping- Melanie was a great host and responds back to any questions we had- overall great stay. Very clean and master bed was soo comfy!

We had a great time! In our group, we had 4 adults and 3 kids (6,5,1.5) they loved walking to the beach and building sand castles and looking for sea shells! We had everything we needed in the cabin for cooking our few simple meals. Our favorites in Hilton Head were the pirate ship and mini golfing! We ate at crazy crab which had good food!

The property location is great for shopping and beach access. Lots of space for family. Multiple staircases could be an issue for people with any health issues. Windows, doorwalls and patios are in need of upgrade. We missed the added special touches we’ve received at other VRBO stays. No dishtowels, minimal TP, Grill was in-operative and filthy. However, All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the villa’s location, beach access, shopping, and the space it provides for families. I do want to clarify a few things. The villa layout, including the multiple staircases, is shown in the listing so guests can decide before booking whether it is a good fit for their needs. We also provide a starter supply of essentials, which is standard for short-term rentals and not meant to last for the full stay. Regarding the grill, it was not inoperable. It was out of propane. As noted in both the property description and rental agreement, guests are responsible for exchanging the propane tank if it runs out during their stay. Guests are also asked to clean the grill after each use. We take guest feedback seriously and will continue working to keep the villa comfortable and accurately represented for future stays.

The villa was great! It was in a phenomenal location that was easy to get to and super close to the beach. The balcony was very relaxing and the whole place felt cozy.

Always enjoy coming to sea scape villas for ease of access to the beach, enjoy the safety and quiet villas. This place was perfect. Clean, spacious, nice balcony, overall good experience and would suggest to anyone.
