We had family in town to celebrate Christmas, 7 adults and 3 kids, and were looking for a bigger space to celebrate. This was perfect. Beautiful place, beautiful views and so much space. Highly recommend.
This was a perfect property for us mountain-loving, happy to be remote family. Beautiful views, clean, spacious. We filled the house, and had a blessed time. Hosts nearby, willing to be available.
We booked this house as a weekend family outing, and it fit our needs perfectly! It had everything we needed for kids ages 2-15, and adults ranging from 24-80! Would happily book again for future trips.
A great place to get together with our children and grandchildren and celebrate the season. This was the first time we have been here without a foot or more of snow. Still enjoyed our stay. Thanks for the opportunity.
The property was great, exactly as advertised and Steve (the host) was prompt in replying to questions. We had family visiting from overseas as well as across the US and all were glad we chose this place.
Despite the June rains, we loved the nightly campfires . There even was a roasting stick for the smores and weiners. . The attention to these small details made our stay carefree. The beds were so comfy too!
Thank you to the Wyncoops and the builder for creating such a wonderful retreat.
Our family of 14, all met her for vacation. The house was stunning! Owners were easy to get ahold of if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this home for your family stay!
Get together with family members for 4 days for our sonâs wedding . Had rehearsal dinner for wedding party and family members which had approximately 20 people. Very accommodating. Place is gorgeous with lots of room. Elk, deer, quail, turkeys seen right outside kitchen area window.
Jaw dropping and BIG. Enough room for everyone and then some. Awesome views west to downtown Spokane and east and north toward Mt Spokane and everything in between. Property has all the amenities we needed. Ping pong and horseshoes and a big comfortable hammock. High likelihood we will return again. 5/5
Beautiful property, quality design, tastefully decorated, quiet location but only 25 minutes to town. The sunsets from the porch are stunning.
Our family reunion had plenty of outdoor seating and amenities. We will definitely return!
Held a family union at the house and stayed 5 nights, it was like staying at a National Park lodge! There were plenty of beds and room for our group of 18. The house is secluded but just 15 minutes from I-90 with easy access to Spokane, Coeur d'Alene and Hayden Lake. Morning coffee and sunsets on the back deck were beautiful and we saw lots of deer. Would stay again.
Wonderful family gathering at Redemption Rock Lodge! The views from the lodge are stunning! Even though the setting feels remote, town is less than 30 minute drive away. The accommodation is thoughtfully designed, with bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas on all three floors. Dining area adjoining kitchen seats a crowd and covered outdoor patio offers another area for dining with oversized bbq and several tables and lots of chairs. Host was easy to communicate with and information provided was accurate. Everyone in our family LOVED our stay.
We enjoyed a beautiful extended weekend at the lodge. Beautiful hiking our first day, then a beautiful snowstorm on day two that made games and puzzles by the fireplace super cozy. We were 5 families with 5 kids, so the various bunkbed options were perfect.
Well stocked kitchen with essentials, lots of space to spread out, and outdoor space that can't be beat. If you're looking for a reasonably remote location to enjoy the outdoors and a beautiful indoor setting also, this is it!
The views are great. Beautiful property. Steve was very accommodating. There is one bedroom on the main level which worked out well for a paraplegic family member. There isn't a seat in the shower for a chair user but there is room for one and the shower is hand held. There is one small step into the house but that was no issue.
The lodge is a fantastic floor plan for large parties with people who want to get up and go to bed at different times. Multiple en suite bathrooms and kitchens. Endless scenic views and fresh air. This clean lodge served my family well when we came up for the Coeur DâAlene 70.3. About 30 minutes from downtown CDA it was just at the upper limit of time we would have liked to spend on the road for our trip, the privacy and scenery helped. The TV in the main living room had a faulty cable box and had access issues to the installed streaming services, downstairs the cable worked but only had access to PPV. Those were the only issues we had. The batteries were low on the front door lock, but the owner made it by within the day to have it fixed
Steve Sr. and Jeanette Wynecoop, currently own a Bed and Breakfast in Redmond Washington and now Redemption Rock Lodge vacation rental in Post Falls Idaho.
This is a truly unique property and experience, there is not another lodge or cabin rental that is completely private and conveniently located that sleeps up to 20. The lodge was built in 2015 and everything is new and clean.
Did we mention private? 950 acres of play land. Hike for days and never leave the private property. See wildlife from the deck. Beautiful sunset view visible from the deck, great rooms and all guest bedrooms. Hike to Redemption Rock or Redemption Rock Tower. Picture above taken from top of property at 4800ft. That is Liberty Lake in the background. You can see 5 lakes and the Spokane river from this spot. Look for the 25 Geocache containers on your way up to the Rock!
