Summary:

Welcome to our updated and spacious home in the heart of Post Falls, just 5 minutes from I-90. This large house features a fully furnished kitchen, 2 living areas, and a recreation area with ping pong for your entertainment. The home boasts 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 3 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Enjoy the large fenced-in backyard and the convenience of being close to all the attractions Northern ID and Eastern WA has to offer.



Guest Access:

Entire home and backyard. Ample parking available; utilize the garage, large driveway, or park along the street.



Getting Around:

- Less than 5 minutes to I-90 and Post Falls restaurants/entertainment.

- 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene.

- 30 minutes to Silverwood.

- 30 minutes to downtown Spokane,



Other Things to Note:

The fireplaces in both the upstairs and downstairs living rooms are prohibited from being used.



-Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook and serve food.

- New memory foam mattresses

- High Speed WiFi

- Basement features large family room with ping pong table and Smart TV.

- Basement bedrooms have non egress windows.

Family time

This house was perfect for a place to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation. Not in busy downtown but a nice quiet neighborhood in a great house!

My family enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and street was quiet. The number of bedrooms was great for our group of 9. We played a lot of ping pong downstairs and took the kids on the short walk down to the little nearby park to play soccer. This home was a fairly central location for our itinerary of visiting Coeur D’Alene, going to Silverwood and also going to Hoopfest in Spokane. Would stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!

Great place & comfy beds! A couple of suggestions for the house needs: a Bread Knife, Ping Pong Balls (had to go buy a box from the store), Dish towels and dish rags in the kitchen (had to use the towels meant for the bathrooms)

Adorable home in Post Falls!

We booked the home for a week stay with my brother’s family during our kids 2 golf tournaments for 5 days. The house and location was perfect for us. Highly recommend the home and would definitely stay again!!

Comfortable, clean, and spacious

Stayed here with family for five days. Plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed the two living room/TV areas and the ping pong table. Keurig AND traditional coffee maker. Jeff put thought into this rental! Would definitely book here again!

Peaceful family stay for a funeral

We stayed at this place a year and a half ago for my Grandpa’s funeral, and made sure we booked the same place for my Gramma’s funeral this summer. Having the whole house provided a perfect place for decompressing, talking late into the night, and meeting with other family groups in between graveside service and memorial. Very peaceful.

Perfect house!

The house was perfect! It was very clean and roomy and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a funeral, and we had plenty of room for some family members to come over for dinner afterward. It is much larger inside than it looks from the outside. The beds were comfy. The host responded promptly to my messages. Would definitely stay there again!

Winter Visit

My family stayed at this property from the day after Christmas to New Year’s Day, and it gave us the perfect space to meet with cousins and other relatives, or for alone time to recover from family events. Lots of bedrooms and a great kitchen/dining/living room area let us gather or spread out as desired. The garage made it easy to keep our feet clean despite the snow. The backyard looks like a great place to barbecue in warmer weather, but for this visit we mostly kept indoors and drank hot chocolate. Would stay again!

Great Place for a Group

We really enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean and spacious. Really liked that the kitchen table was large enough to accommodate our party of eight- so many listings have sleeping accommodations for many more people than can actually sit at the table. As it is important to our group that we are able to sit at the table for meals and gameplay together this was definitely a bonus. The home is minimally decorated meaning we didn’t have to move things around to accommodate our stuff and then try to remember where everything goes. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful on the inside

The house on the inside was clean and well taken care of. No complaints. The outside property and the neighborhood was horrible. Take that house and move it to a better neighborhood would work perfectly. The location was fine.

Appreciate the review Jennifer, I'm sorry you didn't enjoy the neighborhood. It is definitely in an older portion of Post Falls with very mature trees and life long neighbors. They are all great folks and having a vacation rental located in there has always been great as it is an extremely quiet neighbored providing peace and quiet for all my guests.

Perfect for what we needed

We had a very pleasant experience staying at this property. It was clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. It was me and 6 young adults ages 14-21. We took a trip to Silverwood Theme Park and this house was conveniently located to that. The only issue that my kids told me was that their shower head in the bathroom shot water out "like a fire hose". But other than that, no complaints! We will definitely stay there again.

Blessed time

Our time in Post Falls was absolutely perfect. We stayed here with our kids and the grandparents. There was plenty of space for us all. We have zero complaints! The host was wonderful, the house was clean and very nicely decorated, the beds were comfy, it had everything we needed, and it was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do during our stay. Our kids loved the ping pong table! It kept them entertained for hours! Our kids said it was one of their favorite places we have stayed at. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Post Falls!

Spacious House for 2 families

We rented this house during a spring break get away to Triple Play. The house is about 15 minutes from Triple Play and allowed us to take a break and then go back for round 2. The house had plenty of rooms to fit all of us. The beds were comfortable and there were 2 bathrooms. If you are planning to cook your meals in the house I would recommend bringing a skillet or larger fry pan. There was also not enough silverware for the 10 of us but nothing that was a deal breaker. We would totally rent there again.

Family Reunion

We had a beautiful time during our stay at this peaceful, relaxing home away from home! Jeff was very attentive and welcoming to us and we had no problems with any part of the checkin/checkout process! This well appointed home gave us the perfect base for celebrating a family member’s successful completion of her doctorate and a chance to catch up with family that live in the area! We also were able to visit our favorite food truck, Las Brasas at Post Falls Pavilion. The comfortable setting and quiet neighborhood with wonderful beds gave us the rest that was needed! We are definitely planning to return! Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home! D & S

Holiday Family Gathering

We have a family gathering every year for the holiday season in Post Falls and typically it is just a one day event because there is no where for everyone to stay over night unless we all get hotel rooms. This year we decided to rent this VRBO so that we could all spend the entire weekend together! It worked out amazing. Places for everyone to sleep. We were able to stay up late and play games at the very large dining room table. Plenty of space to have our taco fest set up in kitchen area. And to top things off, they even had a Christmas tree and some lights up which completely took us by surprise and made our holiday gathering much more festive. The owner of the house was very responsive and accommodating! This will be an annual stay for us to hold our family holiday gathering!
