This Riverfront home is the perfect place to make lasting memories with your family or friends. With our river access you can spend your days swimming, fishing, kayaking, tubing or just relaxing on our large patio while enjoying the amazing views of the river. Our home is centrally located between Spokane & Coeur d 'Alene & only 1.5 miles from parks, restaurants & bars located in the charming town of Post Falls. You will appreciate the privacy of this home and it's convenient location.
Lundy River House offers Spectacular views with riverfront access right out your front door. For your enjoyment by the river we provide beach towels, chairs, kayaks, and floaties. In our large fenced backyard you will find comfortable seating, dining area, outdoor kitchen w/ wood fired pizza oven, BBQ ,fire pit, and kids play set. You will frequently see bald eagles, deer and river otters while relaxing on the patio. We provide 2 adult bikes and 1 child bike for you to hit the paved centennial trail that is directly behind our home. After a short flat ride you will find parks, restaurants, bars and a brewery only 1.5 miles from our home. We also have Golf courses, Frisbee golf and hiking all close by our home . Lundy River house truly feels secluded but yet you are close to everything.

Living Room/Kitchen -
Inside the home you can enjoy the A.C in our cozy living room or warm up by the fireplace with a blanket on cold days. You even get to sit back and enjoy the views of the river from the living room on our sectional sofa that pulls out to a queen bed. You can play shuffleboard or relax on the couch and watch T.V on our 72” screen. We have board games, books and movies for our guests to enjoy. Once it’s time for dinner you will find everything you need to cook a nice dinner in our well equipped large kitchen.
Sleeps ( 6 adults max 2 children)
Bedroom 1 -
The Master bedroom has a King size bed, smart T.V and desk area if you need to catch up on work. The slider in the bedroom provides access to the patio area. The Large Master bathroom has a shower and large soaking tub where you can relax after a long day of adventures.
Bedroom 2 -
Provides a Queen size bed and a pull out chair/bed that is great for a child/teenager. This room also has a smart T.V
Bed 3 -
Is a Queen size pull out sofa couch located in the living room.
Additional sleeping -
Guest bed cot & Pack n play
Dogs -Let's not forget about our fur babies. Lundy River House is dog friendly. We do allow 2 well behaved dogs. No other animals sorry. We provide 1 dog bed, 1 water & 2 food bowls, 2 large kennels, doggy towel, doggy furniture and bedding covers for those dogs that just won't stay off the furniture, doggy pick up bags and of course a special treat for our furry friends.

Please be advised this property is located on the river so caution is advised for adults, children and dog's when swimming. Using the properties water toys ,bikes, play set area, fire pit, or any other amenities is at your own risk. Swimming access is from July - September

Check-In Time is 4:00 pm (PST) –

- You will receive your arrival information 2 days before your scheduled arrival date,
- Door codes will be sent the morning of your arrival.
- Early check-in may be granted only if your arrival is not immediately following a same day check out, and is approved 2 days before hand.
- If you would like an early check in, please contact us two days before your arrival

Check-Out Time is 11:00 am (PST);

- A $50 fee for every 15 minutes past departure time will be assessed for guests who have not vacated the premises at the approved departure time.
- Late check out may be granted only if your departure is not immediately followed by a same day check in.
- If you would like a late check-out please contact us 2 days before checkout.

No smoking of any kind, vaping or drug use allowed in the home at any time,
- Evidence will cause immediate termination of the agreement, and guests must move out immediately at the guests` sole expense.

Pets - Only 2 well behaved DOGS allowed. Sorry know other animals. All dogs need to stay on property and supervised at all times by owners. No wet dogs allowed in the home. Please try to keep dogs off all furniture and bedding. If your furry friend can't resist please cover all furniture with the dog blankets provided. At check out it is your responsibility to clean up all dog hair and dog waste. If extra cleaning time is spent removing dog hair or waste extra charges will be applied.
Fencing -
Please do not allow anyone to climb or step on outdoor wire fence. It is not designed for climbing
Septic Tank
Do NOT flush anything other than waste and toilet paper. Even flushable wipes and feminine products will clog the pump.
River access-
Please remove all garbage, chairs, water toys, etc when done. Please do not leave anything outside overnight that could possibly blow into the river.
