Maison Individuelle en Pierre, Superbement Restaurée

Thank you so much Amy for your perfect review. We have made many upgrades to the bathrooms, gardens and Wi-Fi with fast fibre optic over the past couple of years! Glad you appreciated all and thank you again for your great review.

Thank you very much for your fantastic review.

Thank you so much for your perfect review. We are delighted that our upgrading of both the house interior and garden areas has been recognised this year with a great season. Many thanks for staying with us. Thanks for your fantastic review.

Thank you for your fantastic review. We have made many enhancements for the 2019 season including, new sofas in the living room, new light fixtures and art work in the rooms and a new Nespresso in the kitchen. We are delighted that you enjoyed the three different seating areas in the garden - gravel area outside the lounge with bbq, under the vines with lovely French metal table or now under the Cherry tree with firepit- all totally private, secluded and enclosed. Thank you for your stay.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review from July 2018, which has confirmed that we are always striving to provide our guests with the best possible experience. As a number of guests have mentioned that the pictures do not do the house justice, we will try to take some new ones over the next few days, as the weather is so perfect.

Thank you very much for your review. We are delighted that you enjoyed the house and the area as much as we do. Your local information will be particularly useful to future guests!

We always try to give our guests the absolutely best holiday experience and so do our house managers, who go out of their way to support our clients, which I suppose is reflected in our 31 previous 4 and 5 star reviews, including earlier this season. The house managers stated that they had cleaned the property to a very high standard, but I am sure that a few cobwebs may still have been present in such a large and characterful property, and they will certainly do their best to get all of them next time. There was, indeed, a problem with the internet service provider during the stay, but we got this fixed as quickly as we could and the wifi is now back to normal. We have never had any comments before regarding mobile phone connection, but this is rural France and the house has thick stone walls, which I suppose may affect reception in some places. There was also a torrential thunderstorm during this week, which led to some flooding on the floor of the study, and thus we have carried out some exterior drainage work to ensure (as best we can) that, even in the worst thuderstorm, no ground water enters the house again. In light of this, we did provide full compensation, which was agreed to, by moving these clients into alternative accommodation, which was much more expensive than what they had originally paid. This reflects our commitment to providing the highest quality holiday experience and you can rest assured that we will always go out of our way to support our clients as best we can.

Thank you very much for your great review and we are so happy you had such a great time. With such a large house with so many rooms and bathrooms, we always aim for the highest standards of clean and we were happy to sort out the one which was not up to the same high standard immediately.

Thank you so much for your perfect review. It was a pleasure to have you as our guests.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review; I am so glad that you enjoyed the house and particularly the different areas of the garden as much as we do. We have made many improvements for the 2023 season and it is great that we have started the season with a second wonderful 5 star review!

Thank you very much indeed for your perfect review. It was a pleasure to have you stay and to read your wonderful, positive comments as we really have invested a lot to improve the house and grounds still further for this season. Thank you.

Thank you for your review. It is a very large old house in the rural French countryside with a huge garden. We have many different outdoor seating areas. We have also got a new parasol. Thank you for your stay.

Thank you for your poistive review. We can also send a google map link to the property so it should be no problem to find even though it is located in a very peaceful and beautiful part of rural Brittany.

Thank you for your review and we are delighted that you found the house "super good" and that it was great for your stay. I am sorry about the internet, but if you had contacted us, we would have certainly investigated it for you. We pay a large monthly subscription to have the best possible internet for the location and so we always follow up if our guests experience any problems with the provider. We will certainly ensure any issues are totally resolved for the future. Thank you again for your great review.

Merci...thank you for your perfect review and we look forward to you coming back in the summer.

Thank you for your very positive review. We were pleased that Andy was able to sort the heating out for you immediately and that you enjoyed your stay in spite of the terrible weather.

Thank you for your positive review

Thank you very much. We are delighted that you enjoyed the house and garden and found the bedrooms and bathrooms to be very comfortable. It is a very large house with many spacious rooms and we will certainly follow up on your comments for the 2016 season and make sure that the few things you mention are attended to as we are always concerned to give our guests the highest quality experience.

Thank you for your wonderful five star review. Great start to the season!
