**An absolutely beautiful villa and a truly wonderful stay**We had the most amazing stay at the Villa in Siller, Mallorca. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful — stylish, comfortable, incredibly well maintained and with everything we could possibly have wanted for a relaxing family holiday. It really felt like a home away from home, and the location in Siller was perfect for us. The area is beautiful, peaceful and exactly the kind of place we were hoping to find for our family.What really made our stay special, though, was how incredibly helpful and caring the hosts were. Unfortunately, I had an accident during our stay, and the kindness, understanding and support we received from the hosts was genuinely exceptional. They went above and beyond to help us when we needed it, and we will always be extremely grateful for that. It meant a huge amount to us, particularly being away from home with our little girl.We (Guy, Jenni and Eve) had a truly beautiful stay at the Villa, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our time in Mallorca. From the villa itself, to the wonderful area and, most importantly, the fantastic hosts, everything was just perfect.We honestly couldn't recommend the Villa highly enough. **A genuine 5-star experience**, and somewhere we would happily return to without hesitation.Thank you so much for helping make our holiday so special. We will definitely be back!

As other people have said, the listing photos of villa Cuadra do not do it justice! The villa is modern, very clean and spacious. The furniture, TV etc has all been updated and it is really lovely. There were bottles of water and wine and fresh lemons from the trees outside when we arrived which was very much appreciated. The area is quiet, all you can hear is birdsong and the views of the Tramuntana are beautiful. It is only a 10 -15 minute walk to the beach at Pollença with great restaurants. We had a wonderful time here and would happily return.

We enjoyed aur stay at villa cuadra very mutch. Everthing was very clean. We didnt miss anything. David and his father were very nice and helpful. The sea and the nice town puerto pollensa is 5 minutes away by car. The neighborhood is quite and save.

Brilliant villa. Great location and fantastic oitlook on to the mountains. Quiet area but just a short walk into town. Hosts were brilliant. Great communication and the villa was spotless when we got there. Probably the best place we have stayed at in the Pollenca area.

Fantastic villa

Beautifully clean villa, with very friendly hosts. The pool area is really spacious and well maintained. Inside the 3 bedrooms are all very large and it's stocked with everything you might need for self catering.

A short walk (20 mins) to the village or beach this villa is the perfect location. David & his family welcomed us on our arrival. Would love to return for an another amazing holiday

Excellent villa for a family holiday

We stayed in this villa for 10 days in May 2018 and the accommodation, location and service we experienced was truly excellent. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 children 9yrs & 5yrs and I would not hesitate to recommend this place for anybody looking in the future. We certainly hope to go back one day. :-)

Amazing stay

The villa is huge with a massive pool. We were well looked after. Only problem was that the wifi was useless but apart from that everything else was great.

Villa Cuadra

We stayed at Villa Cuadra this year and liked it so much we have booked to go again next year. We went with our 2 teenage sons, we all loved the pool, the table tennis & the spacious, very well equipped, villa.

Lovely stay at Villa Cuadra

We had a lovely stay at villa Cuadra, it is very well equipped, beautifully presented and spacious. In the lead up to our stay, the owners were very helpful. It took us just over 10 minutes to walk to the main square in the port, so location is ideal. We would definitely recommend a stay at villa Cuadra.

Fantastic property. Immaculately clean.

The villa was well located a short walk from the beachfront. An hours walk took you to Cala San Vicente. The facilities were fantastic and everything we needed was provided at the villa. We would highly recommend this villa for families.

Fabulous Villa, Excellent Location

Having stayed in several villas in and around the Pollenca region this is by far our favourite. The family are really friendly and accomodating and the villa is wonderful. It is in a quiet location yet only a ten minute stroll to the port. The villa has everything a family would need and the pool and views are great. We would highly reccomend this villa - fabulous!!

Wonderful Villa !

We had a very nice holiday at the end of April. The house is very complete with three bedrooms, a large living room, nice kitchen and excellent garden with swimming pool and nice view on the Mountains. About 10 min walking from the boulevard and also a quiet place to have a relaxed holiday. And not to forget : friendly owners with excellent hospitality.

Great Villa

The villa is in a great location with spectacular views. It is well equipped and in excellent condition. The owners parents live next door and are lovely people. We had a great time and would give our experience a 5 star rating. Hope to return next year.

Amazing family stay

From booking the property through to arriving anything was so well managed. David and Catalina were welcoming and their property was well suited to our family stay. The property was very clean and tidy. The views of the hills are amazing. All our needs were catered for, from a high chair to cot. The facilities are great and very up to date. We will look forward to staying again!

Highly recommend!

It really was a 'wow' moment when we arrived! The extensive outdoor space was exceptional, and we enjoyed sitting under the large shaded terrace and cooling off in the pool. The surrounding area was beautiful and tranquil with views of the mountains. Again a very spacious and well equipped interior, comfortable beds A/C in bedrooms so all slept well. Just a 20 min walk to the port with restaurants and beaches. We hired a car from the airport and enjoyed exploring further afield. Above all, the hosts were very kind and helpful, a lovely family- thank you. I would definitely recognise this villa, it's a tranquil oasis for a perfect holiday.

Fabulous villa, quiet location and great for kids

Our two week stay at Villa Cuadra was fantastic - the outside space really makes this villa, with wonderful mountain views and a very private pool area. The villa was a 15 minute stroll into the harbour area/beach but far enough away to be in a very quiet location. The villa is well equipped, with good sized bedrooms. The owners live nearby and were friendly and very helpful. We would happily return to this villa and Puerto Pollenca in the future.
