Great view of the river . Quiet location but also conveniently located to downtown and quick walk to broadway and the ball park. Safe easy parking and the king size bed was very comfortable . Host was very kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay next time I am in town!
We loved the location and the property manager was wonderful. We had some maintenance issues which the property manager addressed very promptly. It would have been five stars, but the workout room was in bad condition, with broken equipment and missing weights. I did see a sign that they are getting ready to renovate the workout room in, so this will probably be five stars by next year.
There was a issue with the bed frame, the cook ware was greasy, the Teflon was separating from the pan, the balcony was covered in spider webs, dead bugs ,bird feces keeping us from utilizing it. The response from the Host was routine, ( this is not up to our standards, your complaints are under review, the person left in charge failed to correct the situation )! I did receive a refund for the cleaning fee, and 1/2 days stay which was lacking , and to there commitment to cleanliness, and then excuse after excuse as to why they canât refund a greater amount!
Our stay was awesome, property was as listed in description. Super close walking distance to downtown made everything awesome. The room was updated, great honky tonk vibe and close to everything. Definitely would stay here again.
This place was great for a weekend in Nashville. Clean, comfy, and walkable to downtown. Communication with the Host was great and all the little extras she provided for the visit were welcomed. I would definitely stay here again.
It was off the beaten path but still easy to get an uber or walk to some restaurants & pubs that also had great outdoor patios. Liked the covered parking area as it was easier to unload & load and walk our dog to the pet area. It was a quiet area which was nice after being in the crowds all day.
Easy walk to Broadway and Nissan stadium. Everything worked well. Nice little one bedroom. A little noisy with construction across the street and the occasional hearing people above you.
My wife and I normally stay at this complex when we visit Nashville. It is just under a mile walk to Broadway and it has plenty of covered parking. This condo was small, but plenty large enough for the two of us. It is fairly quiet. The balcony is just large enough for two and overlooks the Cumberland River.
Property was as described, was within mocking distance of Broadway and suited our needs well. Only suggested I would make would be to the property owner to add a blackout shade on the bedroom window as it faces the front cord or walkway, and the light comes in, even with the blind shut.
The unit was extremely dirty. Bathroom tiles was black, floors sticky, patio canât be used, because have lots of spiders and spider webs. Sofa bed the mattress cover was disgusting dirty with stains. Management and easy to communicate. Good location, not close enough to walk to Broadway. But you can get a uber, or drive. Not planning to stay again, because was to dirty
We stay here for a long weekend when we were in Nashville for my friendâs wedding!
Everything was absolutely perfect! Working with our host was wonderful
The wife and I spent 4 days (Thurs-Sun) here for the concert at the stadium on Sat night. We used the app based motorized scooters to travel back and forth to Broadway and the condo for meals and bar hopping. We had had a great trip and will 100% use this property again!
You canât get much closer to downtown Nashville . Itâs within walking distance. We enjoyed the pool . Just a note, there are no elevators. 16 steps to second floor, 32 to third floor.
I grew up just outside of the Nashville area and went to Middle TN State University where I graduated with a Degree in Finance and Business Administration.
