Everything was as advertised in the listing. The condo was extremely clean, spacious, beautiful bathroom and a wonderful walkout balcony right next to the pool. I would certainly stay again!

quick fall break trip

first time to Nashville, and will definitely stay here again! Easy to park and free parking and easy access to The Gulch area and quick to 12 south area. Great central location for all the things we wanted to do! Clean and plenty of room for our family of 4

Excellent location and accommodation!!

This was the perfect location for a trip to Nashville! The property manager was extremely accommodating. The check in process was fast and efficient, and they worked with us to check in a little bit early upon arrival so we weren’t stuck with our bags downtown. Highly recommended!

Football trip

Close enough to get too everything but out of the busy area. Place was well stocked and description was dead on. If you are able to walk it’s an easy 20 mins to downtown Nashville. Condo is in a quite and safe neighborhood.

Awesome experience, outstanding location

We have stayed in Nashville several times but this was the best our VRBO was perfectly clean. Access to the place was a breeze. So close to Broadway Street. Restaurants and other attractions. Communication with the owner was always instant, even gave good suggestions for what to do in town . We will definitely stay here again

Comfortable and Clean

This suite had everything we were looking for - nice space, everything in great shape, great bed, nice kitchen. Very quiet building, good gym. The suite and the property overall were both spotless and well kept. We would definitely recommend it.

The unit was clean,nicely decorated,bed was very comfortable. Nice, friendly coffee shop about 10 minute walk with reasonable delicious food! Ordered “out” the first night. Convenient. Uber was reliable and affordable also. Very well organized. Would choose this unit again.

Couples Nashville Getaway

We had a 5 night stay for first timers in Nashville. Check-in was easy, parking garage was great for unloading luggage- close to elevators. Condo was beautiful and clean when we arrived. Very spacious for 2 people- shower and bathroom very large, bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. Kitchen was hreat for preparing meals and living space cozy. Porch area facing pool area was great for morning coffee. We did use pool 2 days and it was very nice- clean and relaxing. Neighborhood was good, quest- no issues. We drove/ubered most places so can’t comment on walking distance to things. It’s located close to all neighborhoods around Nashville- we spent time in many areas so it was great location for us. Would highly recommended for a couples relaxing getaway while checking out what Nashville has to offer. Thank you, GA/SC couple July 2024

Beautiful home & Walking distance to broadway

My husband enjoyed this perfectly located, clean, comfortable Condo on our getaway to Nashville. It was easily walkable to Broadway… 20 minutes, and many of the sites, restaurants,… Only one thing I could suggest is that if there was a couple throw blankets… The leather couch gets kind of chilly when it’s cold out but we just made due with towels… Really not even that big of a deal. If this is my only suggestion then I think you could say it was a pretty awesome stay. Uber/lift/scooters are readily available right outside the condo… We would usually walk and then Uber home or vice versa… Ubers to the main areas never cost more than 10 bucks… The home was impeccably clean. Bed was super comfortable! Everything was great!

Great place to stay! It was clean and had everything we needed. Short UBER drive to Broadway and cheaper than paying for parking. Really like the option of parking in the garage at the condo. I would definitely stay here again. The host was very nice and checked in to make sure everything was ok.

We had a trip to Nashville for my daughter’s softball tournament and this was the perfect place. The apartment was clean and had the necessities we needed for the week. A locked parking garage is a plus, we enjoyed the swimming pool, close to great shopping and Broadway! If heading back to Nashville would definitely stay again!!

Cozy condo
