All about the Ocean

Ocean view and quick access

Great home with character and space. Feels very private but only a short drive to the markets and shopping. Has direct access down to the beach which has very little foot traffic. We watched more seals compared to people. Thanks for sharing your home. Highly recommended.

Great beach location

We enjoyed the location, views, beach access, and vintage charm of the house. The kitchen was great and well-stocked. Unfortunately the house really needed to be deep-cleaned, especially dusting shelves, cleaning under beds and in corners, cleaning furniture, etc.

Fun with friends

It was time for our annual beach visit with our friends from childhood. The house was just right for us. We enjoyed long beach walks and whale watching right from the yard. We all agreed that we would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful view during king tides. Felt very safe, just watched the tide table and went on the beach at low tide. We have been to this house many times before and it is always very comfortable for us. This time we even watched the tv which was easy to manage and much larger than our one at home. The kitchen has good quality pots and pans and everything is in working order.

Location, location, location!

The property was perfect for all things beach related…the view from the living and dining rooms, walks on the beach, dog walking on the beach, and the sound of surf at bedtime. The property was clean, a bit worn, but perfect for us and the ability to have my dog. Just lovely.

It’s all about the view

This property is wonderfully positioned on the beach, with great views from the deck and even from one of the king beds, a great way to wake up. The furnishings are tired and worn. But the nearness to the shore and awesome views make up for it.

Our favorite!

This was our second stay at the Beachfront Charmer and it is our absolute favorite little house. The location is nice and quiet. Beach access directly from the property and a backyard to spend time in. It feels like home. We had an issue with the microwave not working during our stay and the property mangers were able to get us a new one the next morning. It was so appreciated!! We will definitely stay here again if we can snag a reservation!

View and access to the ocean best part of property.

The view is beautiful. The house is nice size and great location. However, it needed a cleaning and was cluttered. The floors and rugs were filthy. The bath towels were old and stained!! It just needs tlc.

Beautiful view

The view that you wake up to is breath taking! The home definitely needs updating. Duct tape on counter and windows. Couch was ripped and had holes. For the price it's hard to believe they wouldn't fix the issues.

Beautiful Beach Stay

We have stayed many times with friends and family. The house is clean and well maintained. The best part of this property is access to the beach and the wonderful deck that sits above the edge of the beach. I have sat for hours with my coffee watching the waves, beach goers and the wildlife. A special place.
