Just a few steps to the beach, OurSandCastle is a spacious and comfortable home where you will enjoy fabulous ocean views, spectacular sunsets, and shared private access to seven miles of sandy beach. When you first enter OurSandCaslte, you will be greeted with a wall of windows that will entice you outside onto the deck. You will be enchanted with the ever-changing sights and sounds, as you feel the fresh ocean breezes on your face and savor the refreshing salt air!

Inside this gorgeous, contemporary house, all the luxuries of home are waiting for you. It is finely appointed with maple cabinets, granite countertops, bamboo flooring, free WIFI, washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bath with a jetted tub large enough for two! Three more bedrooms and two baths down the hall will make your stay delightful and relaxing. Downstairs is another complete apartment with bedroom, bath and kitchen to add extra room and privacy. OurSandCastle is set back 120 feet from the beach and was designed to maximize the fabulous views by locating the entire living area on the upper floor of this two-story dwelling. Downstairs there is a two-car garage for your use where you will find a ping-pong table for indoor fun and beach chairs and other items to make your time on the beach more comfortable. Dogs are only welcome in the downstairs apartment and garage of OurSandCastle and will love to frolic at the beach.

There is a private trail that leads to a sturdy set of stairs that will take you down to a 7-mile stretch of flat sandy beach, perfect for a day in the sun, reading your book, hunting for shells, stretching your legs, or just contemplating nature at its finest. Don't forget to bring your hiking shoes because Yachats, Oregon is surrounded by spectacular hiking. Just a short drive south you will find Cape Perpetua, the highest point on the Oregon coast. Further south from here is Heceta Head Lighthouse, where you can tour an original lighthouse from 1894. The Oregon coast is known for its beautiful scenery and activities, and OurSandCastle puts you in the heart of it all.
