Cette villa est composée de 6 chambres, 3 salles de bain avec distributeur de shampoing, gel douche et savon, un grand séjour avec TV ANGLAISES, FRANCAISES ET ESPAGNOLES avec cuisine américaine entièrement équipée, une terrasse, une piscine privative entourée d'un jardin exotique et son Jacuzzi (en supplément), d'un barbecue équipé avec plancha, un terrain de pétanque, jeux de fléchettes extérieur et sa terrasse extérieure. Aussi du solarium, vous pourrez admirer des vues mer magnifiques et la baie de San Juan d'Alicante et vous pourrez vous relaxer au soleil : farniente assuré.
Les chambres de l'étage supérieur possèdent leur terrasse privative de laquelle vous pourrez profiter de moments privilégiés en toute tranquillité et intimité face à la mer. Vous serez enchanté par les vues mer depuis les terrasses, l'intérieur de la villa, la cuisine et le solarium.

A group of 14 of went for a stag do and the house and location was perfect.A big shout out to the owner Kev, who was on hand with any answers to questions and booked us any taxis we needed - would 100 percent tell people to stay here!

A Cornish weekend in the sun!

Just a group of friends having a weekend in the sun. This villa was lovely, lots to do, clean and the host was spot on. He really did look after us, booking taxis for our group in to Benidorm from the villa (15 mins each way) and was on hand for any query we had. We would definitely come back!

Fantastic! Perfect villa and tremendous host! We were a party of 12 and it was the perfect size with all the facilities you need! Plenty of space. Taxi ride to the town / shops which the host arranged, he was great. Always there when needed and even left us a welcome package!

Luxury Villa outside of Benidorm

Absolutely stunning Villa with everything you need for a lovely stay for a group of 14 ladies. All rooms were perfect with nice size beds and air con. Swimming pool was great for a relax and there was plenty of space for dining or sitting around. Perfectly positioned for sunshine throughout the day and the views from the balconies or roof terrace were fabulous. The Villa was cleaned from top to bottom. We arrived on an early flight and were able to leave our luggage at the villa whilst we headed into Benidorm. Checking in was quick and Kevin provided clear instructions for everything. He was also amazing at sorting out taxis for us. The Villa could do with having some cleaning equipment at hand - sprays, bleach, bin bags etc so we could clean as we go although we did try to keep It tidy with what was there and what we purchased. It’s a bit far from any shops as well so make sure you get everything you need before you get back to the Villa if you are heading out. Could maybe do with 2 sets of keys if there is a large group but all in all, a lovely place to stay. Thanks

stunning villa

Our stay at this villa was wonderful, the host Sarah was so lovely, having shopped and prepared the villa to such a high standard for our stay. This villa has everything you need and more and and was like a home away from home. Everything you can think of is provided with Sarah at the end of the phone if needed. We arrived to such a warm welcome with a gift basked and present for the kids. The local area is peaceful and welcoming with a local taxi firm providing special rates for taxis into Benidorm and Finestrat. I can't recommend this villa enough and would give a 5* rating, we will definately be returning very soon. Sarah is so considerate she even took some of our group back to the airport to save on taxi fees. Thank you very much Sarah you are a wonderful host and the villa is a real credit to you, you made our family break very special.

The house is just stunning and so are the host. We had an amazing time at Sarah s villa between friends from different countries (France , England and Finland ) Beautiful villa with stunning views in a quiet secluded area. Only a short taxi journey to central Benidorm, so it is an ideal location for those wanting some peace and quiet in luxury during the day, but the option to take advantage of the night life in the evenings. The host Sarah went out of her way to make sure every need was met and was so helpful she even arranged our transfers and food shop. I highly recommend the villa to everyone.

Excellent sejour, Villa spacieuse avec des chambres avec leur propres terrasses et intimes, très grande cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut, rien ne manque. Sarah nous a même accueilli avec une bouteille de champagne , des bouteilles d'eau fraiche et une panière de fruits pour nous souhaiter la bienvenus ce qui est très agréable et appreciable (Merci). Encore mieux que sur les photos, avec piscine et cuisine extérieur avec barbecue et plancha près des oliviers: de vrais vacances. Très agréable pour se relaxer et se détendre en famille et entre amis. proche de tout , centre commercial avec de nombreux magasins et la très belle plage de Benidorm et la cala Finestrat à 5 minutes . Nous avons visité les chutes de l'Algar à 20 Minutes: A FAIRE car exceptionnel . Rien ne manque à cette super villa où nous avons passé de super vacances et nous préparons déjà notre retour :) Super villa pour de super vacances JE RECOMMANDE

Spent 5 days at the villa and had an amazing time. Sarah made the experience very personal and was contactable at anytime of the day. She arranged everything for us, including taxi's, transfers to and from the airport and to the supermarket to pick up things when we first arrived.Sarah is a delight to deal with and is so welcoming and helpful throughout. Thank you for a fabulous stay! The villa itself is fantastic and is much nicer than the pictures show, with some great views. I would recommend this as a place for all occasions.

The villa is beautiful and was plenty of room for 12 of us without being on top of eachother. Check is was very easy and allowed us to check in early as we had an early flight. when arriving to the villa the guy was already there waiting helped us with luggage and took us to a shop and back for essentials. He booked all of our taxis for us and did not take long to reply or help. was perfect for my pregnant sisters hen. would of liked to of been close to shops to buy bits but it was never any hassle for the guy that met us there to help us get this sorted whether it was ordering taxis or taking us himself. Would definitely recommend and return

Beautiful Villa

We stayed here as a family of 8 for 4 nights and loved it. The villa is amazing and Sarah was an extremely attentive host. She ordered taxis when required and was always available within minutes. The only downside was that the pool was not heated and as we stayed here in October it would have been a bonus. I mention it so that others potentially booking will be aware to arrange for the pool to be heated before they go. Very happy with this property in every other sense.

We stayed here for 4 nights for a stag do, 12 of us stayed here in total. The villa itself is stunning, has everything you need us a hot tub, pool table and pool! Perfect location, not to far from anything but far enough away if you want a bit of piece and quiet. Sarah is very very helpful, she offered to go shopping for us before we arrived and we never had to call a taxi as she arranged them for us whenever we needed one which was very helpful! Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Benidorm for whatever occasion! Amazing place!

Beautiful way to spend my hen do!

The villa is incredible and maintained to a high standard. The area is nice and peaceful but not too far to venture into Benidorm for the beach and nightlife. I have just celebrated my hen weekend, having use of the villa and facilities together with a private pool made the weekend perfect! Sarah is a brilliant host, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We were in communication before the trip which made our arrival so much easier. Sarah had got us some shopping in and booked all of our taxis and airport shuttles for us. When we arrived we were met with a bottle of fizz and some hen party banners! I would highly recommend dealing with Sarah and staying in this villa! I will definitely be returning! Sarah, thank you for making my hen party so memorable, Jody x

Incredible Villa and Host!

I cannot recommend this booking highly enough. The villa is perfect. Loads of room so our group of 12 never felt like we were crampt in. Facilities all very good, with air con in the rooms and the pool was perfect. The only thing to note, is the BBQ is charcoal so if you're planning to use, you will need to buy some. Sarah, the owner, was amazing. She was in contact from the moment we booked with help arranging bits we needed, and she did so much to help before and during the trip. As we were a group of lads that were not going to have access to a car, she did a shop for us, so that when we arrived the fridge was stocked. This took her two trips and no extra charge. She then arranged us transport to Benidorm every day and ordered us in a takeaway at one point. If you decide to book this villa you won't be disappointed.

Amazing place: Great House, Great Food, Great Wine

Wow, what can I can about this place. Other than AMAZING! We booked the villa after an extensive search in the local area. On arrival we were met by Sarah, she was wonderful, she couldn't have been more helpful. She booked taxis gave us an overview of the local area, advice of where to eat. The villa it's self was lovely, we went as a mixed group of 12, we went in early March and were so lucky to get some sunny weather. Over the weekend we used all of the facilities. The pool was great, the BBQ area was a breath of fresh air: for me cooking alfresco made the stay. Overall I would highly recommend staying at this villa, it has everything you need for the perfect time away. In summary Great Villa, Great Wine, Great Friends

Fantastic villa, fantastic host!

We stayed at this lovely villa in march. Just want to say Sarah could not do enough for us, she booked our cabs any time we wanted to head out even if it was just popping to the shop. The villa was beautiful, enough room for the 11 of us. Not too far away from the main centre. Would definitely stay here again.
