Great location, massive apartment. Was perfect for the 7 of us. Clean & comfortable, no complaints from us. Lifts weren't great, only took 3 people. Hot water only enough for 4 showers but wasn't an issue.

An enjoyable stay, apartment was clean and spacious, centrally located, all within walking distance

Location was excellent on the beach and easy access to shops, Bars etc. Apartment was very spacious with an amazing view of the beach. Host was quick to respond to any questions. Some of the apartment could do with updating, several window latches need replacing, kept blowing open in the winds.

There should have been a couple of towels per person, we apologise if that was not the case. Regarding the hot water, it depends on the size of the boiler. Out of this world loved everything about it.

We were taken by surprise when we arrived at the property it was nice and big and the view was amazing. Loved waking up and sitting on the couchthe outside table looking out over the sea what a beautiful place. The size everything was perfect for us as a adult family. The location was perfect and the view was beautiful.

Good value for money and amazing views

Views were amazing! Really good location, close to the old town. The lift, stopped working a couple of times when we was there. A lot of stairs to climb to the 18th floor. Also the pool was having building work done so we couldn’t use it.

excellent apartment.

The location was perfect for the old and new towns, it was right on the beach. the apartment was very big and had amazing views,we were seven guys and there was loads of space. we only had two sets of keys,could have done with more.

Amazing !

The size of the property was amazing ! Location perfect ! The balcony …. Wow Going to the office first the keys and then dropping the keys back off is inconvenient. Shame you can’t be greeted at the property. My elderly mum loved the apartment, but never have gone there without us due to the keys situation

Lovely comfortable spacious beachfront apartment in prime location.

A very spacious apartment with fantastic beach views. Great lounge and balcony furniture. Fabulous location for Old and New Town, shops, bars restaurants. We could have done with more glasses and a larger kettle for our group of eight adults. Apart from that is was perfect.

Highly recommend, location was central to everything

The location was amazing. The property setup was terrific for us. Would definitely recommend. We didn’t have internet for the first few days but it was sorted. Also pickup and drop off of the keys could be made easier. Possibly just by leaving the keys in the apartment as we left? But would definitely recommend.

About the keys, we run a lot of apartments and it is hard for us to controll the keys, this way we try to make sure that the next clients (that could be any of yous) have the keys to get in at the arrival. Wonderful apartment, clean and tidy, spacious and in a fantastic location. The lifts are old and on one occasion we got stuck inside the lift (this could have been due to the fact that there was 6 people in the lift). Be careful not to over load the lifts. This was the only complaint, everything else was peefect.

Fantastic location with superb views.

The location is fantastic for the beach and also the old and new towns. The views during sunrise and sunset are brilliant, The apartment was slightly dated, but clean and the amenities were great. We rented the apartment for 5 as we were on a cycling holiday. The apartment accommodated the cycling bikes too, any more than 6 and it would seem crammed but there was more than enough room. The only issue we experienced was the hot water ran out quickly. Hot water shortage at times.

Balcony and size of apartment! Back bedroom was a little cold and no blankets available. Key collection was a little too far from apartment. Building work going on above was disruptive in mornings.

Other than above as previously stated we really like the property - and would recommend to others

All except see below Collection of keys was from an office a long walk from the property. A lot of UK flights arrive early in the morning and arrival into Benidorm is before the 16:30 key collection time requiring transfer vehicle unloading visitors at office (they will not hang around) and the visitors then have a long, long walk with luggage to the apartment. The transfer companies charge an extra Euro 25 to go via collection point and another Euro 25 to drop off keys on return (for a 10 minute detour). I would suggest that the office offer to arrange transport (suitable for the guests and luggage THE GUESTS TO PAY) from the office to the apartment. I have a disability (walking problem) and pulling a heavy suitcase was painful and required alot of rest stops. Lack of Beach Loungers (umbrellas and beds) in the apartment and perhaps a small collapsable beach table - free

Thank you very much for staying with us and your review. We cannot check-in before 4:30 p.m. if we have guests leaving the same day, which is until 11:00 a.m. It is an accommodation of 253 square meters with 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. It cannot be cleaned in less than 3 hours and this is if it goes fast. However, they are notified when it is ready. On the other hand, the office is a 10-minute walk away, we understand that if you have difficulty walking it may be inconvenient, but we do have a courtesy transfer to the accommodation at no cost. Please let us know during your next stay that you need it. We also allow you to leave your luggage in our office until the accommodation is ready. It was a pleasure having you stay and we hope to see you again. Thanks again
