La villa est une charmante construction ancienne entièrement modernisée, agréablement exposée au soleil et avec une splendide vue imprenable sur la mer immaculée adjacente, les lits très confortables conviennent à un nombre de cinq personnes. De la villa, vous profiterez d'une vue magnifique et respirerez les senteurs de la côte de (URL HIDDEN), la villa est répartie sur un espace total d'environ 100 mètres carrés. Il a une grande terrasse privée et habitable avec vue sur la mer, un jardin privé, la climatisation et le chauffage. La villa est située dans une zone piétonne, dans le centre historique du XVIIIe siècle de Praiano, perle de la côte amalfitaine, à environ 100 mètres d'une épicerie suralimentée et de l'arrêt de bus local. Vous pouvez choisir votre favori parmi un large choix de restaurants à environ 1 km et un charmant village avec une plage équipée d'établissements balnéaires, de location de bateaux et de canots, etc. environ 1. 5 km. Vous accéderez à la villa depuis le parking en remontant un chemin public d'environ 100 mètres avec un escalier agréable d'environ 66 marches d'escalier. The villa has two bathrooms that are not ensuite. Annamarie was very helpful with arranging a van for us to go to and from Napoli. The villa has 65 steps to get there from the bus stop.

EXCELLENT location. Very central. Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. I would take the bus back from the beach because going down steps is much easier than going up!

This was the most perfect location and holiday stay we have had. The villa is perfect in size, style and location in a more authentic Amalfi coast location, but with easy links to the main towns! The villa overlooks a wonderful piazza where we joined and watched the local community celebrate several events during our time. The balcony area provides wonderful views across the ocean and the square, just a perfect place to unwind. That isn’t even the best part! Annamaria is the perfect host. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, settling in, inviting us to local events and even played taxi for us to the harbour. Our daughter loved her and as a family of 4 with a 3 year old this was just perfect! Can’t wait to return, Alla prossima, ciao Annamaria.

What an amazing place to stay along the Amalfi Coast! A massive outdoor area with splendid views, a private tanning area and shower, a hammock and rustic dining area. This is a spacious villa, with 2 large bedrooms each with balconies, antique bedroom furniture and an armoir for storage in the hall. The front room has a big TV and comfortable seating for 4. The kitchen was super nice with coastal ambience and charm. The A/C worked well and we could not be happier with stay, Annamarie’s hosting, and her attention to detail. For hikers: The house is literally at one of the starting points to the Path of the Gods in Praiano! An exeptional property for a once in a lifetime experience on the coast.

Anna Maria was waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. Everything was easy to get to either by cab or walking . Anna Marita was very helpful with helping make arrangements for drivers and activities- lovely lady. Great place, great time!

We had a a wonderful stay in this villa. AnnaMaria was an amazing host and she has a beautiful garden she shared with us. She gave us restaurant recommendations and beach ideas. We loved the IL Playa Beach Club if you want to be on the water for a day. Would love to come back!

Our host Annamaria welcomed my wife and I warmly and was always available when we had a question or needed a recommendation for a nearby restaurant. The home and its location are spectacular, as well as the million dollar view! There is a mini-market, bar and general store all within walking distance from the home. Be prepared to climb some stairs when considering this home, but this is the norm when visiting anywhere on the Amalfi Coast. The public parking lot is a short walk away and Annamaria provided us a discounted parking pass for the week we were there. The church of San Luca is within view from the home and its bells greeted us with lovely chimes each morning. The outdoor space is enormous and very private for sunbathing and outdoor dinning. We even made a BBQ and enjoyed some local limoncello one evening. The home is situated in a quiet part of Praiano and is a perfect spot to relax at after a busy day of sightseeing. Positano is very close by, and the beach of Marina di Praia is highly recommended for its stunning location along with its restaurants and available parking. The local bus stop (next to the parking lot) is very practical if you wish to leave your car and is an inexpensive way to tour nearby Amalfi or Positano. La Posteria restaurant is only 300 stairs from the home, and you’ll burn off your pizza and pasta dinner very quickly. Grazie Annamaria!

Step back in time with this beautiful property overlooking the Mediterranean!

We loved every minute of our stay at this villa! We stopped at the little market every morning for fresh food, then spent the day exploring before we came back to cook up a delicious meal! Antoinette was so lovely to work with, and helpful when we had a medical need. Highly recommend! !

Amazing Amalfi location

Our group absolutely adored AnnaMaria and her place! Excellent location in a sweet little town, close to Positano if you want to explore there. We ended up staying in Praiano our whole trip, enjoying the sunshine on the amazing terrace, eating at local restaurants, and hiking the Path of Gods. AnnaMaria was so accommodating and gave lots of recommendations for anything we had questions on. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Amalfi coast but away from the business of the larger cities.

AnnaMaria is lovely and wonderful to work with. Her property is very clean, beautiful and very comfortable. Outdoor patio is gorgeous with amazing views. Many things are in walking distance but just be aware there are many steps involved. The bus is very easy to use and there is a bus stop near the apartment.

Beautiful apartment in Praiano!

This was a wonderful experience! The location of the apartment was perfect with many restaurants, grocery, and places to go and see. The view from the terrace was amazing and a wonderful space to have lunch or lay out enjoying the beautiful weather. Annamaria is an amazing hostess and provided so much support in planning prior to our trip and even more once we arrived. I cannot show our appreciation enough for how wonderful it was to meet her and stay in her lovely home. We will definitely visit again and stay here too!

Lovely getaway place, comfortable, amazing view peaceful

This was a very special place - beautifully decorated, patio has the most amazing few. Beds very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Very close to local bus stop 15, and not too many stairs from there :). Anna Maria was great to work with and I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay in Praiano.

In our world travels, we have never experienced a finer accommodation!

Anna Maria, the owner, was exceptional! She has a delightful personality and was always available to help problem solve details about transportation and things to see. The villa along with Ana Maria should be among the top rated of all the VRBO properties!
