Tout ce qu'il faut pour des vacances parfaites! Notre maison du lac a tout; 5 chambres à coucher plus den privée avec un grand canapé-lit (2 chambres king, 2 reines / chambres complètes, 1 chambre avec deux lits jumeaux, den avec la pleine couchette), 3 salles de bains, et une salle de bain 1/2 plus une douche extérieure et de poudre chambre dans une belle près de 3000 mètres carrés. Ft. Accueil situé sur un terrain plat au bord du lac avec une vue imprenable, une grande chaise longue à bascule, zone de sable à la plage privée, d'un foyer et le double dock à impériale.

Le pont est parfaitement équipé avec des rocking chaises, bancs, tables à manger à l'extérieur ... profiter de la véranda chauffée refroidi / avec un coin salon et d'une autre salle à manger séparée. Grande salle familiale au bord du lac a cathédrale plafonds avec poutres apparentes et grand écran (70 pouces) TV. Nous fournissons HDTV et Netflix dans la famille principale et den privé (les 3 autres chambres disposent d'une télévision avec chaînes câblées limités), barbecue au propane, un grand parking (VR accueillent sur la rue), beaucoup de magasins et de restaurants à proximité locale!

Golf trip with long time buddies

What an awesome spot to spend a few days! Extremely clean, plenty of sleeping arrangements for people and unbeatable lake views! Private beach area and dock made for great times all day. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a gateway 👍

Lakeside Luxury

The house was very clean, well stocked kitchen, and a cozy family home atmosphere. The property was well kept, the beach was perfect for our 4 year old and 2 year old grandchildren. The porch was awesome, the yard was great for games and the lake was clear and warm. The owners were kind and courteous and responded quickly to our questions. We plan on returning in the future!

Wedding weekend

This was a fantastic rental for our family all in town for a wedding. It accommodated all of us whether we wanted to sit inside and play games, sit outside on the deck, or gather on the rooftop deck on the dock. It was so fun after the business of the wedding to relax here. Everyone who stayed wants to make it an annual event and we would 100% rent this house again.

Family. Vacation

We enjoyed our time at Lake Norman and had plenty of space for our family. Dock and beach provided plenty of area for children to swim and enjoy the lake. Tropical storm Debby kept us indoors most of Thursday but with all the space inside we didn’t feel on top of each other. Issue with dishwasher was addressed quickly and owner was very responsive.

Great stay

House was lovely, plenty of space for six adults. Private dock was also a plus, outdoor furniture could use some new cushions but still serviceable. Lake was beautiful and not too busy in our little corner. Would've loved to use the grills but no propane tanks to be found. Overall a great stay!

Amazing get away that's close to home

For a quick get away from Charlotte, this property is amazing! The living space, large windows and spacious deck allowed for lots of family time. The views and relaxing waters of Lake Norman were just what our family needed. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Amazing home with an amazing view

This home was perfect for our birthday/Mother’s Day celebration. Can’t say enough good things about the home and view. We enjoyed every second of our stay and the owners were very responsive and kind. I would love to return again and again.. we didn't want to leave! Lol

Our annual "Labor Day at the Lake" family tradition...

Labor Day at the Lake. Last year and this year, we picked Lake Norman for our family to get together over the long weekend. We loved this house because of the size, it accommodated our large family, 3 sets of parents and 3 kids, age 8,7 and 4. We also loved the flat lot leading down to the lake! It was perfect for the kids to play before and after boating. We even used the firepit one night just so we could make S'mores. Kimberly was so easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had. Next time we come back to Lake Norman, we will definitely rent this house again. :-)

RELAXING INDEPENDENCE DAY!

Our stay was precisely what we were looking for. Three couples and a teenager were easily accommodated in this home. Everyone had their own space. The bedding was clean, in good shape and comfortable. The deck above the boathouse was perfect for viewing nearby fireworks on July 4th. Nicely located within a short drive of anything needed.

Lake Norman House

Great location with nice view of lake. Good options for sleeping for family group of 10 with kids. Kitchen was well stocked. House was very clean when we arrived. Nice dock with pretty lights at night. We enjoyed our stay. Huge smart TV In main area with Netflix, Disney+, etc. but we were disappointed that there was none of the other TV’s (and there’s were several) that picked up anything. I thought listing said that 2 of the TV’s had service. We needed 2nd one for kids. This could easily be solved with a Roku stick — wish I had taken one of mine.

The perfect lake rental for so many reasons

Our group was in search of a multiple family rental that had location, space to spread out, and was ideal for entertaining people of all ages.... This home had it all. The owners were also extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay that much more enjoyable. The house was recently renovated, and they didn't cut any corners when it came to quality. Everything down to the mattresses was clearly well thought out. The lay out is perfect for multiple families, and the massive sitting areas, screened in porch, and enormous deck provide the ultimate in lake living and could not be more perfect for entertaining. The pics do not even do the place justice. The dock was even refinished recently and was a hit with all ages. We had rainy weather most of our stay, but being in such a great house with so many things close by almost made us forget about the less than ideal weather conditions. And when it comes to lake location, you are right off the main channel, and very centralized to everywhere you might want to visit by boat. And as another perk, their neighbors were even extremely friendly and welcoming. Having stayed in multiple rental houses on the lake and other destinations, I have to say this house was the most well rounded I've stayed in to date. I honestly can't list one negative thing, or even one simple thing we would have even changed about the rental. I almost hesitate to let the secret out, as I fear this may make it more difficult for us to find this house vacant in the future. We would absolutely stay here again, and plan to do so!

Beautiful Home and Setting

A wonderful home with plenty of room for sleeping and relaxing. The home is situated on a convenient lot close to the lake and their private dock. The home is full of amenities and conveniences. Beds are very comfortable and family room and kitchen are great for sharing conversations and enjoying one another. We love the location as it’s got everything one needs by way of restaurants and grocery stores. The communication with the homeowner was wonderful. We will want to return! Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

We had a great time. Beautiful location an home. Our only complaint was the dock. We wish there was a laying out jump off area that extended off the dock. All an all a great place for the price.

Incredible indoor outdoor experience

The perfect rental including the number of rooms, ensuite bathrooms, large windows and light, and most of all the location. The home was updated, modern, and very comfortable. This place was tough to leave.

This property was everything we had hoped for. Great view of the lake, beautiful large deck with plenty of seating and private neighborhood. The house had everything we needed for our stay - very comfortable beds, plenty of room, kitchen fully stocked and access to games and equipment. Highly recommend.

Fun house, great location!

Our family of seven loved every moment of our stay. The main family and dining room is spectacular, even better than the pics. Lawn is flat and great for games. Fire pit was fun for s’mores. We recommend this house. Owners were responsive and obviously take great care of their home.

Great House

My friends and I had a great time! The house is laid out perfectly and was well stocked with the basics. The owner was very responsive which was very helpful. The only knock I have was the neighbors are very close and a bit intrusive. On one side of the house, you had a German shepherd barking at you from 20 feet away while you grilled. Slightly unnerving. On the other side of the house was a neighbor that, while extremely nice, found the need to share her concerns for our kids getting stuck in the "muck", even though the water was 10 foot deep. It made you feel like you were being watched, which is kind of lame. All in all, from the teens to the parents, we enjoyed ourselves.

We have always spent holiday weekends on Lake Norman and rented many homes. We had yet to find a home with as beautiful as a view and a true modern lake-house feel as this house. From the minute we laid eyes on it, we knew with a little renovating, it was the perfect vacation home.
