This recently renovated home features modern amenities, hot tub, fire pit, private beach and deep water dock. Choose how to enjoy your trip - make s'mores, lounge in the hot tub, go for a swim, lay out on the beach or grill on the porch while enjoying the sunset. We have the little things too - stocked kitchen, books, games, fast internet and more. We’ve thought of everything to provide you with the best experience. Pets allowed!

Perfect lil Aframe

This Aframe and the town of Sherrills Ford is so quaint. The house was clean and comfortable and decorated very nicely. Yard, lake access, kayaks, deck & deck furniture, and fire pit is all we needed for a relaxing Spring vacation. Loved just lounging on the dock with a glass of wine and a book most days. Austin was very attentive and accommodating and shared his nice boat with us,for a reasonable rate,so we could explore Lake Norman one afternoon. Being able to bring our dog helped make this stay even better! Very quiet neighborhood so it felt private. Easy WiFi and accessing our TV apps. Kitchen was a nice size and had all the basics for cooking a few days. We LOVE Aframes and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Austin’s place again.

Perfect stay!

The property was very cute and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and provided all of the info you would need beforehand and throughout our stay. The hosts have done a great job with stocking the house with all of the essentials as well as a variety of entertainment. Highly recommend!

Needle in a Haystack

I really wanted to keep this place to myself. This is truly a home away from home and larger than one might think from the pictures. It truly for the price is a gem. Has all modern appliances, gas grill, hot tub one of the largest ones I have been in to Sooth my back. Has its own beach, beautiful dock with relaxing chairs. Not to mention a jet boat whether using the water sports or just touring the homes on the lake. Everything you could think of Austin and his wife have thought of. Austin stayed in contact with us the whole trip which was refreshing all in itself. I have a hospitality management degree and couldn’t think of anything to change. We can’t wait to return to our home away from home

Lake Norman - A Frame

The lovely house was very well maintained and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. We couldn’t have picked a more perfect location to spend a couple of weeks with our family.I appreciate the time and care it took for the owners to provide us a top level experience. The check in and checkout process was seamless and the owners were extremely responsive to all of our questions. My family and i enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Girl’s Retreat

Such a cute home and a great location. Everything was great. Hot tub was lovely but the sunset was the best. We had a girl’s retreat and it was perfect for relaxation. Would book again!

We absolutely loved it. It was so quiet and peaceful. The cabin was perfect. The beds were super comfortable. It’s modern, clean, and the owners have thought of everything to make it amazing. We had a question while we were there and the owner responded immediately.

Waterfront paradise

A frame

Great and cozy. This place was the perfect size for our family of 5 we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The lake was great the amenities were a ton of fun. We used the paddle boards, kayaks, and boat a lot. There are information guides in convienent locations to aid in your vacation. This was one of the best vacations we we had as a family everyon had a blast!

Family Birthday celebrations

We enjoyed our stay at The Waterfront paradise. The small sandy beach was great for my 4 yr old granddaughter and the rest of the family. The house had a fully stocked kitchen and was as advertised. We rented the owners boat one day and he was very easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. We would rent again. (only negative was the one bathroom but we made it work)

Perfect holiday weekend at lake Norman!

Loved staying in this cute little A frame. It had everything you could need! Comfortably slept 6 adults. Paddle boards and kayaks, fire pit, hot tub and board games were wonderful amenities!

Great lakeside retreat

We had a very nice stay in this adorable Aframe home. Everything was as advertised and owner was quick to respond to our questions. Located on a quiet section of the lake with very little traffic. We look forward to returning in the future.

Great time

We had a great time staying in this cabin for 4 nights. It just just perfect for a relaxing get a way. Everything is just as pictured. The cabin is well stocked. We used the fire pit each night. Very relaxing! Thanks for having us!

Lakefront Fun

Such a great house to stay. Was the perfect size for our family and pets. The hot tub and fire pit were a tremendous hit with my daughter !!! Too bad we were unable to rent the owners boat, however he gave us suggestions for places to rent from! That was so easy and we loved the day on the water. If we should ever return to the area, I will definitely be staying here again !! Wonderful host !!

Emily and I are in our late 20's, recently engagaed and locals to the Charlotte/Lake Norman area. We purchased this property as our first home. We are excited to share the place we have made so many memories with others to make their own. Our love for this home is shared with our golden retriever, Chai.

We are avid travelers and have hosted other properties in New York City where we used to live and work. We understand the needs of guests from our own experience and extensive research. We're confident we will provide you with the best experience possible.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We developed this space to provide a true and effortless Lake Norman experience. This home is great for a staycation, vacation, a work-from-home alternative or for families. Located 45 minutes from downtown Charlotte (& airport), you can enjoy the water by day and city by night.

THE HOME: This recently refurbished A-Frame has an abundance of charm and character. Open layout, big windows, large deck and designer touches are just a few things that make this home stick out.

OUTDOORS: The property features 100 feet of private waterfront, most of which is made up of sandy beach. Enjoy the water by relaxing on the overwater lounge, using the provided (2) paddle boards and (2) kayaks or 18 foot lake mat. The porch features a 6-person hot tub, grill, bountiful seating and is equipped lighting and large umbrellas to make sure you are good to go, rain or shine, day or night. We also recently added a custom fire pit perfect for s'mores and sunsets - firewood included!

MAIN SPACE: The main space in the home, which includes kitchen, living and dining rooms, is ready for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes amenities like a double oven, coffee bar (coffee provided) and wet bar. The living room is perfect for movie night, made better by large flat screen Smart TV with ChromeCast, Sonos sound and water views. Lastly, the dining space is the best way to take it all in with 270 degrees of windows and gorgeous water views. New in fall of '22 is a custom Breeo fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

BEDROOMS: The bedrooms in the home are just what you need for your getaway. Some light design touches accompany more practical features like bedside outlets with USB ports. One bedroom features a large monitor and desk that are perfect for remote work - powered by our 500mbps internet & WIFI.
