We are so sorry about the pool and will address the temperature immediately; there should have been a thermometer in there to see the exact temperature and will look at it. We will also address the kayak back support. We agree the alarms are annoying and are actively searching for other safety measures that may reduce this. Hey Tracie. Thank you for your thorough feedback. We do believe our pictures market the bunk space properly and we will be reviewing our description to see if any adjustments are needed. The pool alarms on the back doors are NC Building Code required by law for safety; we do include an operational video for those as well. We are also looking into our system to see why a fireplace sign is present (the proeprty is not marketed to have an operational fireplace). In regards to the beeping noise, cleanliness issues, hot tub not hot, and fan wires - we were not made aware of any of these issues from you or your group during your stay. We pride ourselves on quickly responding to any type of issue during our guests stays and when things break, we aim to fix them swiftly for our guests to enjoy the property to the fullest. If we have the opportunity to host you at any of our properties in the future and you have any difficulties at all, we ask you reach out to our team and we will respond as quickly as possible as we did in regards to the fireplace situation you reported to us. Our operations manager did speak to you and should have relayed similar information. As always, feel free to reach out with any further questions or concerns.
