The Space:

Birch and Beam was fully remodeled and thoughtfully designed by New South Home in 2025 with all new bathrooms, a modern kitchen, fresh paint, and brand-new designer furnishings, decor, bedding and linens. The interiors blend elevated comfort with the nostalgic charm of classic lakefront living - ideal for relaxed family gatherings and memorable stays on Lake Norman.



Set on a quiet, private channel with limited boat traffic, the property is ideal for tubing, wakeboarding, water skiing, kayaking, fishing, and paddle boarding right in your own backyard. Guests enjoy direct water access, complimentary kayaks and life jackets, outdoor games, and a boat ramp with a shallow wading area - perfect for swimming and easy lake days.



Just minutes from grocery stores, marinas, boutique shopping, antique stores, wineries, and excellent dining, the home offers both convenience and privacy. Guests enjoy full access to the entire property, including 5 comfortable bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, game room, children’s loft, expansive deck, a large private dock with fishing pier. Nearly one acre of waterfront provides ample space to relax, play, and gather.



The west-facing backyard offers front-row sunset views over the lake - best enjoyed from the deck, dock, or firepit as the day winds down.



Other Things to Note:

A brand-new 1000 sq foot new dock completed in August 2025 is ready for guests renting or bringing their own boat, featuring a boat slip with float and a spacious, partially covered fishing and swimming pier. The 2000 square foot deck, shaded by mature river birch trees, offers some of the best sunset views on Lake Norman.



The home’s location makes it easy to enjoy Lake Norman golf courses, shopping in Davidson and Mooresville, waterfront dining, boating marinas, and day trips into Charlotte - all while returning to a quiet, private lakefront retreat.
