À quelques pas de votre véranda, profitez d'une promenade dans les sables blancs et frais de la côte d'Émeraude et dans les eaux chaudes et claires du golfe du Mexique. Cosy et confortable sont les mots les plus descriptifs pour ce condo!

Destin, en Floride est connu comme "le village de pêche le plus chanceux du monde", mais nous ne nous arrêtons pas là! Les plages les plus blanches de Floride et les eaux vert émeraude sont inégalées. Magasinez dans un centre commercial, un centre commercial en plein air haut de gamme ou dans l'une des nombreuses boutiques. Lorsque vous faites du shopping, il y a d'innombrables endroits pour profiter du tarif local ou tout simplement prendre une bouchée rapide. Ne pas oublier notre parc aquatique, nos parcs d'attractions et nos douzaines de terrains de golf.

This was our 4th year at Capri. Very disappointed that the management didn’t work with us to stay an extra 2 nights(the room was empty those two nights).

Disappointed with unit

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented unit 108 with private deck which was a great view but disappointed with the inside accommodations. Needs new mattress one side is broke down also needs new couch can feel boards through cushions when sitting down & had an odor, bathroom needs updated, sliding glass door that faces the gulf has fogged over between the glass and the lock is a board placed in door frame not to mention the outdated blind. Basically the whole unit needs updated since it is one of the higher cost units. Also texted customer service with these issues but got no reply. I love Destin and saved several years to go, unit doesn’t look as pictures describe. Very seldom doI complain but really?

Unique fun experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second visit to Capri. It is a smaller unit, which is a plus. The units are updated and very nice and clean. Because the property is one story, there is a lot of room on the beach, you are not packed it. You cannot get closer to the beach. Management was very friendly, good communication via text msg. Unit 117 has a smart TV but did not have traditional cable TV. I used my Comcast account on my PC for that purpose. Parking is very secure as the property is gated. I will try to stay here again.
