Bienvenue à la plage!

Les clients de l’unité 203 sont accueillis par une fresque murale, peinte par le propriétaire, de notre belle plage. D'autres œuvres d'art uniques se retrouvent dans l'ensemble de l'unité.
Des comptoirs en granit, une baleine souriante et une grenouille intéressante sont les caractéristiques de la cuisine.
Les couleurs rouge, jaune et noire du salon sont mises en valeur de manière spectaculaire par un magnifique tapis turc. Un pélican curieux surveille la pièce.

La chambre lumineuse et aérée est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie sur la plage. Dans la salle de bain attenante, les caricatures de gens à la plage et «L’évolution d’une reine de beauté» ne manqueront pas de faire sourire.
Cette unité est située près de l'extrémité ouest du bâtiment, vous permettant de vous détendre à l'ombre et de profiter du lever du soleil à couper le souffle de l'aube, ainsi que de la magnifique vue sur le golfe et la plage. Les escaliers à proximité vous permettent d'accéder rapidement à la plage - à quelques pas seulement!

Les clients de la location au Holiday Surf and Racquet Club bénéficient d'un service de plage gratuit et d'un choix d'activités Xplorie gratuites tous les jours de leur séjour. Amazing hospitality, they left us a bottle of champagne and a cheesecake for our anniversary. Amazing place. Great view, very quiet and clean. Short drive to all of the good restaurants and shops in the area. We didn’t want to leave! We will be returning. Thanks again.

Absolutely loved our stay, the beach was clean, the beach service was easy to use. I really appreciated the birthday balloons and cake for my Aunt on check-in!!! You guys really knocked it out of the park!!!

We loved our stay at Unpack and Unwind! The balcony had beautiful views and we even saw some dolphins. The beach chairs and umbrella were a bonus. We even extended our stay an extra day. We will be back!

The condo was very clean with comfortable furnishings. The beach chair service was a great bonus. This unit on the second floor was next to the stairs just steps from the beach. It was only a short drive to restaurants and activities. The Holiday Surf and Racquet Club was very well maintained and safe. We would definitely stay at this complex and this condo again.

Kitchen has the necessary utensils one needs; adequate bath towels. Cons: bed was on the firm-side; felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Couch looked & felt worn out. Not a deal-breaker for us but considering this is a Racquet Club complex we expected Tennis Channel to be available, especially since BNP Paribas was on that week.

Bed was super comfortable! Upon arrival the unit was pretty clean. Day 2 we had several uninvited guests - not something I am accustomed to at home. We were inundated with roaches 😕 (Not palmetto bugs, roaches!). Day 4 we left (2 days early). I advised the staff as I checked out. Now apologies, No, "How can we make it better", etc. I have tried multiple times to contact someone at the facility & that didn't accomplish a thing. Askedo for info to contact owners. Nothing.I do have multiple photos. The travel insurance won't cover the early departure either. Disappointed to say the least.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check-in process is UNPLEASANT! I have been coming to HSaR for over 20 years and checking in has become very unfriendly in the last few years. I called about 11:30am to see if our unit was ready early. The man told me that there was no way he could check to see but sometimes guests are allowed to check in after 1pm if the unit is ready. So we arrive at 1:30 to find that the office is closed until 2pm for a meeting which he neglected to tell us about. We decide to wait the 30 minutes... only staff doesn't return until 3:30 and no one answers the number we were instructed to call. Customer service seems to be the least important factor. Many other vacation management companies are willing to contact the incoming guests with a simple text or email when/if their unit becomes available earlier than 4pm. It could a win/win situation if you would do that. Guests would feel special and be excited. I am quite sure that I am not the only person "wasting time" in Destin waiting to check in. And it would alleviate the rush at 4pm when everyone is trying to check-in. I don't see any down-side to doing this. Some management companies even request the clean-up company to try to complete the units with bookings first so that they can charge the guests 1/2 a night if the unit is available and the customer check-in is before 12 noon. That is "free money" for you. the unit is ready and sitting there empty. Why not capitalize on it! Put a clause in the rental contract "Please do not call and request your unit early. IF it is ready, we will notify you and offer early check-in for an additional fee of half of a one-night fee."

Loved everything about the HRSC. Was very quiet except for one family that seemed to think everyone would like their music, which we did not, nor how loud they played it. One of the maintenance guys also had to tell them that they were not allowed to drink their drinks in the pool. Other than that, it was fabulous.
