We had a great time!! Two of us had been to Madeira beach a couple of years ago but two of us hadn’t. Everyone enjoyed being so close to the beach! We saw dolphins swim by almost every morning.

Beautiful Gulf front condo!

We really enjoyed the 510 condo. The views are fantastic and the condo was nicely decorated and clean. The balcony is great for watching all the beach activities and great for your morning coffee.

nice place

had some trouble with being a late check in locating our codes and passes but the 24 for hour service helped us out. The condo was clean & well supplied, The beds were comfortable & shower pressure was good. We would stay here again. beautiful sunsets every night from our balcony & John's pass was right across the road. didn't need s rented car. there were plenty of restaurants, bars & shops right there.

Location was wonderful!

Sunsets were gorgeous and proximity to beach perfect. One of the elevators was out of order and workers tried to fix it all week without success. This was inconvenient. Roofing was also going on and it was sometimes noisy and messy. The pool was well maintained, good seating, but could use some umbrellas. There was plenty of room and the condo was a little dusty, but more than suited our needs. Right across the street from John’s Pass, so we didn’t have to drive to have a variety of dinner choices.

The communication and customer service is below poor (primarilyJean and Dawn). The beds were junk. The kitchen faucet leaked and water ran into the kitchen floor. Unit is outdated and overpriced. We have 2 small children and were told this was a great place for families. I would disagree.

Method for check in and check out.

The location for picking up the key is not very convenient in getting to the office. Check out is not very convenient. Keys have to be returned to the office which is inconvenient location. One of the elevators was broken, no one informed me of that when I picked up the keys. The second elevator was working but not real good. The condo was very clean. A great view from the balcony.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were a few things that would keep me from renting here again. 1) You gotta fix the elevator situation. Always one down. Elevators are small and hot. You don't have beach towels. When you are flying in this is a pain to pack. Unit is dark. While the AC is nice and cold it doesn't help if it breaks. Didn't feel your urgency to get it fixed. I hard to call twice. Out for over 24 hours. There is ZERO shade at the pool. You need some umbrellas at the tables. The key fob thing is a pain. Go to a code system like everywhere else then you don't have to check in somewhere else and you don't have to keep track of a key/fob. Check in is close by, but still hated the fob, Floors could have been cleaner. I swept up a big pile of dirt/sand upon arrival. There were no paper towels on arrival. Location is great, easy walk to shopping and restaurants. We loved that there wasn't a lot of traffic in the area and it was easy to get around. Lots of kids and a small pool so keep that in mind. Lots of rules that nobody pays any attention to. The office staff and the guy who keeps the area cleaned up were all very nice.

Great view from the balcony and to the left you can see John’s Pass. We saw a few dolphins. There were four beach chairs to use. Only complaint was tv remotes wouldn’t turn tv on even though directions were written out for you. If I’d called the office I’m sure they’d have fixed it- just too busy. Great shower !

Decent cookware for making breakfast, but would recommend adding some cheap plastic cups. Beds were good, but pillows were flat and could use replacing. Shower had great water pressure. Although, I would recommend a double shower head with a handheld wand for getting sand out of those hard to reach spots. Lol. The unit is close to everything and really enjoyed being able to walk across to Johns Pass for food and shopping.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall I like the top floor location and beach front view very much and have continued to rent this condo for the past seven or eight years for four weeks. This is a very well decorated, maintained and clean condo and guests I have over are very impressed. I do have three suggestions for improvements to consider. "One", have the chairs and couch cushions dry cleaned. "Two", have the mattress for the master bedroom bed replaced with a much higher quality mattress. I found it difficult to get a good nights sleep with the existing mattress. "Three", the sliding glass door to the deck from the living room was nearly impossible to open. I had to use a half can of WD40 and a full roll of paper towels to try and clean the dirt and grit from the track. I was still unable to get the track clean but was able to get the door to slide more easily. I suggest a door specialist company be brought-in and remove the door and clean the bottom of the door, replace the plastic rollers and power clean the track. I suggest this because every time I opened or closed the door I could hear a grinding noise.

Room was good and view was beautiful! Elevator was super slow but the worst was the owners stalking us! Every time we turned around there was a rude owner telling us we were doing something wrong and we heard the same from other guests as well! Very petty and that would certainly keep us from staying here again. It is really a shame because it is a nice place.

What a wonderful beachfront property! We hated to leave. My teenagers loved the boardwalk across the street, the view from the balcony was perfect. The condo is very up to date and clean! Had all the necessities for a great vacay! It has a nice blender, good coffee maker, all appliances work great! The kids were very comfortable and it’s just a great space to relax! We met super nice people at the pool. The beach access is easy peasy. The amount of manatee and dolphins we saw while swimming was unbelievable! Great great great vacation spot! Highly recommend jet skiing and the snorkel/dolphin chasing boat ride! Also Gators which is over the bridge has fantastic food and music!

April 2018 Stay

We had an amazing vacation and the highlight was watching a beached dolphin being rescued and being sent back out to the ocean. That was amazing! The condo was great with just a couple of exceptions: The bed in the master bedroom is extremely uncomfortable and you can feel the dips in the mattress. Also the sheets had what appeared to be blood stains on them. We ended up purchasing our own sheets to use. I am not sure who the cleaning/laundry staff are but they should never put blood stained sheets on the bed. Having said that it was an easy fix for us and we didn't let it bother us. Everything else we needed was in the condo. We had a wonderful week.
