This was a nice place in a nice location. It was quiet and and comfortable. Perfect for my needs. We only had 3 of us this trip - but it could easily accommodate many more. Coordinating use of shared patio/pool with the renters in the other unit was not an issue. Jeff, the owner, was friendly, responsive and flexible. I would definitely stay here again if its available next time we have too many to squeeze in at my sister's.

We were treated like family .. the place is very nice and quiet. It’s very clean and has everything you need . The host is amazing . He treats you like family . He is available as needed. I highly recommend this rental and expect to rent it again .

The house was beautiful and very accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. The hot tub was perfect gor winding down after a long day of seeing the sights. The owner was very nice and waited up until 11pm for us to arrive. We will definitely book it again if we travel back to San Diego!

The online description was great, but it was even better than that! Beautiful grounds, humming birds, beautiful views, it had it all!! We really enjoyed ourselves!! We would definitely stay here again - only longer next time!!

Jeffs place is like a resort everything you need in one place .. the accommodations are amazing, very beautifully laid out setting for a most relaxing get away and a short trip to the beach or sea world or the zoo..we loved the whole experience ..Jeff is a great host and the place was spotless

Clean and Comfortable Stay

My family and I stayed at the property for a week and we had a great time. We had to wait an extra hour to check in while the house was readied but once we checked in the house was very clean & well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the pool and view were very nice. We were very happy with our stay in this home.

We have stayed at the property several times and absolutely love the accommodations, the view, the lovely landscape, the pool, hot tub, outdoor grill, the deck and thoughtfulness of the host, Jeffrey. We highly recommend this property.

We killed about 5-6 spiders and mattresses were really loud and sunk in the middle. Normal areas like bathrooms, kitchen counters and sinks , beds were clean. Drawers could use some cleaning. Spider webs were all over the ceilings in every room. Location was great. Pool was chilly and hot tub didn’t get very hot.

Perfect Get Away

Amazing view, nice sized pool, very clean. BBQ and kitchen were so nice to make meals outside. More than enough beds and they are extremely comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay, would stay again

We had a great stay! The beds were comfortable and the pool was nice and clean. The hot tub was hot and clean. We had plenty of room, the kitchen was nice and it was clean, and had everything you needed. The water and dryer was nice and useful. The lender was kind and attentive. The location was close to anything we went to and opposite of all traffic. I would definitely stay here again.

State Games of America Vacation

Beautiful property with a nice pool, hot tub and landscaping. Owner Jeff was a wonderful host. He has 3 dogs but you would never know they were there. Kids were able to go with him and walk the dogs one night and loved it! Nice location.

Comfort and Room

This was such a nice space and so much room. 2nd bath was a little narrow but bedrooms were roomy and beds were so comfortable. We really appreciated the open living and dining space and the comfy furniture to gather each morning and at the end of the day. We were lucky to have the pool and hot tub to ourselves and our host was very accommodating A great space for our girls' getaway.

Home is beautiful and owner is kind. Overall our stay was lovely. For the price we would have preferred more privacy. Owner approached us multiple times, worker was walking around quite a bit and either owners or other guests dogs were running around. Floors were not clean, dust, spiders and previous guests socks and clothing items were left behind. Lastly, owner charges as if only 2 people are staying at the property and it is very clearly listed but we would suggest charging a flat fee. It is a very expensive property that sleeps 11 according to the listing, make the property be the cost that you would like regardless of number of guests. When you are booking and are unsure of the number of guests in your party or someone cancels that was originally planning on going, it is inconvenient on a trip to worry about dealing with figuring out squaring up with the owner. Just charge what you want and let people pay and be done so people can enjoy their trip.
