Deux chambres et deux et 1/2 salle de bain avec grand salon et une grande cuisine avec cuisinière commerciale. Comptoirs en marbre et des planchers de marbre dans la cuisine. 60 pouces TV à écran plat. Dans le cœur de la vieille Nouvelle-Orléans à proximité de tout, toute l'excitation de la ville à votre porte, mais dans un jardin RAS. Mardi Grass est de trois pâtés de maisons assez proche que vous pouvez joindre à chaque fois que vous avez choisi, mais assez loin de partir quand vous voulez.

Perfect location!

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location. Less than 10 minute drive to Tulane, 15 min to French quarter and a short walk to the shops and restaurants on Magazine St and the trolley on St Charles

NOLA Garden District experience

The home is such a cool historic building with a charming spiral staircase and giant windows looking out over a pretty backyard garden. The beds were surprisingly super comfortable and we were in walking distance of lots of great shops, restaurants, and trolly stops. Definitely recommend for those who want an authentic New Orleans experience.

Great place to stay

Great location, wonderful living room, kitchen, and garden space for relaxing after exploring NOLA. Good restaurants and shops along nearby Magazine, convenient to St. Charles street car, easy access to CBD, Quarter, Audubon Park, and lots to explore in and around Garden District.

Exactly as described

Space was very clean and just as described. Welcomed in person by owner. Older home with unique settings so come with an open mind. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Quirky apartment in great location--recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Gregory's place in Tuoro. There are some quirks about the apartment to be aware of: difficult stairs, a very low showerhead, etc.--but they're nothing that should keep you away from this lovely place.

Great location and setting

Good location and easy to get around. The apartment lacked in cleanliness and had some maintenance issues. Although it wasn't really an issue with us, there was no cable TV.

Wonderful Experience

My family (wife and 3 kids ages 4-9) really enjoyed our stay. Greg made us feel very welcome and even let our kids feed the fish in the garden courtyard. The property was as pictured and is located in a great part of town. We walked to the St Charles Streetcar and to shops on Magazine St. No issues with street parking.

Groovy guest apartment with courtyard

Part of a historic home in the Garden District (or the adjacent neighborhood?) this apartment is lovely. The rooms are spacious and light. The kitchen is well-stocked. The mattresses are quality.

Beautiful Property great place to relax

This property has a beautiful sun room and a great backyard to sit and relax. It’s about half way between Magazine Street and St Charles. A very easy walk to the streetcar. We took the streetcar to the French Quarter and to some great restaurants. If you are in the mood for Italian you should go to Vincent’s or you can try Lebanon Cafe for Mediterranean. The bedrooms are large and very comfortable. The kitchen comes stocked with coffee and tea. The bathrooms have plenty of towels. I would definitely stay here again.

A bright, airy apartment with plenty of room and a great location.

Within walking distance to some very good restaurants on Magazine street and to the St. Charles streetcar. The owners live on the property and are very accommodating. Added bonus - if you need a lemon for anything, go out to the yard and pick one up. Highly recommended.

Fabulous apartment in great location!

We just returned from a 5 day stay at this beautiful, comfortable apartment located on a quiet street in the garden district. This place was perfect for 2 couples, providing ample space and privacy. The owner, Greg, was a gracious host and he provided us with info on dining and getting around the city. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, comfortable place to stay. The location was superb - a couple of blocks from the street car line on St Charles and a couple of blocks from the shops and restaurants on Magazine St.

Nice stay, wish it was longer!

Wonderful space, definitely enjoyed our stay. The hosts were super nice and available for any questions. A great courtyard space to relax outside. Location is a bit far from any convenience or grocery stores - not really walking distance. For getting downtown, during festival times the streetcar was exceedingly crowded and we ended up using Uber most of the time.

Thanksgiving Weekend

The apartment was wonderful! We stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend and could not have asked for better accommodations. The apartment was very quiet, clean, and well furnished. The kitchen is well equipped, we heated our traditional (catered) dinner with no problems. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood within easy walking distance of Magazine Street and numerous wonderful restaurants. We had a wonderful long weekend and enjoyed 'living like a local' and will be back here next year, it's an annual event for us!

Instant vacation mood

We came tired and cold, turned the corner on the garden path and got that instant vacation mood boost. The apartment is easy to love, and the garden and the beds a particular pleasure. We used public transport with ease (get a Jazzy pass!) and there are lovely restaurants nearby (Basin and Shays on Magazine, Barracuda down by the train tracks). The spiral stair case is for agile adults/older kids and not suit cases, but the bedroom upstairs is wonderful. Thank you Greg and Marjorie for hosting.

Beautiful homes neighborhood

Place was great, only thing was the washer dryer wasn’t great and ruined our clothes with mold smell . They were kind and let us redry our clothes in there place but still wrecked after many washes :(. I’d rather know if it wasn’t working well.
