The Forest Ridge condo was very comfortable and in a very quiet, peaceful location. It was a short walk to the beach for which we did not mind. The condo was pet and family friendly. The condo is well equipped with cooking supplies and also has beach equipment. The host was very communicative during our entire stay making sure the trip was going well. We would recommend this host and condo complex to family and friends. We enjoyed our time in Fernandina and hope to come back. This was actually our second time vacationing in the Forest Ridge condos and we really love the location.

Amelia Island November Get-Away

Had a great week in mid-November for beach getaway to Amelia Island. Unit is in good condition, excellent location near the beach and plenty of very good restaurants in Fernandina Beach. Would definitely stay again!

Great Getaway

Nice property that fit our family of five perfectly. Loved the tennis/pickle ball courts and the quick walk to the beach. Had a great stay!

This property was perfect for our family’s extended vacation. Our pup was welcome and there were plenty of places to walk him. The beach and pool are a big plus. We love the area and there are lots of places within walking distance via the beautiful shore. The property managers are great as well. Would definitely love to come back.

Perfect place for a family vacation.

This rental was very family friendly and clean. The beach was very close and my kids really enjoyed the pool. Great value for the price. We would definitely book again. We had a wonderful time.

Well appointed beach getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well equipped and supplied. Beds were comfortable. Couches looked new. There was a nice little stash of beach accessories will definitely consider staying again.

Family Vacation

Plenty of room for our family to enjoy the week comfortably. Condo was clean and accessible. Close to the pool and playground. Short walk to the beach. We always enjoy Fernandina Beach and look forward to staying again.

Overall a great experience! The only issue was a few stains on the couch and under the upstairs bathroom smelled musty. Great location and amenities!

We do list under amenities that there are quite a few steps leading to the townhome entrance, but it may have been missed if you didn't read through the whole listing. A perfect Labor Day Weekend!

We had a great stay on Amelia Island. The rental was very accommodating and it came with everything we needed (coffee maker, blender, cooking utensils, garbage bags, towels, bedding). It was immaculately clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. There was no noise from any of the neighbors, lighting was perfect, and very nicely decorated. A great find and so close to the beach! We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go again!
