Magnifique condo bord de mer à Pointe West! 'ÉTÉ SANS FIN "dispose de trois chambres et deux salles de bains, cette résidence de vacances est l'endroit idéal pour profiter de vos vacances Pointe West. Il est situé sur le premier niveau qui vous permet de profiter facilement de la vue magnifique sur le front de mer de la salle à manger ou un espace ouvert dans ce condo de plan d'étage.
Une cuisine bien équipée, il est facile de préparer un dîner et divertir les invités dans le même temps. Les chambres à coucher comprennent une chambre lit king-size, une deuxième chambre lit king-size et une troisième chambre avec deux lits jumeaux et des lits superposés, ce qui en fait un condo idéal pour les couples ou deux petites familles en vacances.

Notre villa est à quelques pas du club de plage privé où vous pouvez profiter de toutes les commodités offertes, y compris une terrasse ensoleillée de 20 000 pieds carrés, une piscine à débordement, un bain à remous, un bassin pour enfants, des cabanas, des barbecues, un centre de remise en forme et un restaurant. Désolé, aucun groupe de promotion ou de graduation n'est autorisé.

Heure d'arrivée est 16 heures et l'heure de départ est 11 heures.

We met our extended family here for spring break and it could become an annual tradition. Thankful to bring the puppy along as well!

Location is great. However, unless you like sleeping in 76 degree rooms I don’t recommend. It was hot the entire stay by morning it would cool down to 73 but by 10am it was already 75 degrees in the condo. Kept giving my concerns but we had to wait on home warranty vendor to show and that never happened the week I stayed. The temperature Made it very uncomfortable at night when sleeping.

Thank you for your review and stay at Endless Summer. I’m sorry parts of the stay disappointed you. The AC did have a mechanical issue during your stay and a no show as mentioned by the home warranty company. To assist we did offer to move your family to another unit which was not of interest so to make your stay comfortable we had portable AC units brought in till we found an reliable and available AC company on the island to address the problem with the system. Some of the other points don’t match our records of the stay, but your overall experience matters to us, and we’ve taken the feedback seriously. We wish you a wonderful reminder of your summer. The condo was okay. The air conditioner was not keeping the condo cool throughout. The master bedroom was plenty cool but the kitchen, living area, and front bedroom were not cool. We spent a good bit of our vacation trying to get the problem resolved which was frustrating. Pointe west did bring in a couple of portable units which helped a lot. Troubling to us were the exposed 2x4s on the balcony to support the ceiling. Not only was it unsightly, it was concerning. Also, we were told that one roll of toilet paper and paper towels were provided and to bring more if we thought we would need it. The paper towels part doesn’t bother me but I have never been told to bring my own toilet paper!!!

We truly appreciate your stay and your feedback, as we take these matters to heart. During your visit, the air conditioner experienced a mechanical issue, and we did our best to address it promptly by arranging for a trusted AC company to come onsite. When alternative accommodations were not possible, we provided portable AC units to help make your stay more comfortable. A new air handler has since been installed. Additionally, the community management company needed to complete an exterior repair to the building, which was beyond our control. As this is a condominium-style community, the exterior, grounds, amenities, and elevator are maintained by a separate management entity, and any enhancements or repairs to these areas are handled solely by them. Property was clean and well furnished. It’s a short walk to the beach access and balcony has great view. We love this part of Galveston!

Beautiful property with easy beach access. Kitchen was well stocked. Check in was easy - but be sure to watch for texts from property manager AND emails from beach resort community. We love the beach at this location because vehicles are restricted. Far enough out to feel secluded, but close enough to drive in for fun activities, shopping, and dining. Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing condo

This was our second time staying here and we really enjoyed ourselves. Staying here after the summer rush made it feel like we had the whole place to ourselves. The weather was perfect and the views were amazing. Sunrises on the beach and sunset on the bay,

Fabulous condo !

Deck has a great view and the condo was well stocked and nicely decorated in all new bedding and towels. Enjoyed it and plan to visit again. Morning walks on the beach were the best! We also enjoyed the pool and restaurant at the bar.

The Perfect Place

We have stayed at several of the condos at Pointe West over the years but this was our family’s favorite. Very close to the boardwalk to the beach. Well stocked and clean as a whistle!

Family Vacation

Great place, great location. We were there for a family vacation. 7 of us had plenty of space for fun, relaxing and eating. Great location for beach access. I would recommend. Property managers got back to us quickly when we had questions.

Great location

We’ve stayed at Pointe West several times and always enjoy it. It’s about a 20 minute drive into downtown Galveston, but we rarely go. The beach is t crowded and it’s very relaxing. The condo is on the first level right next to the boardwalk and had everything we needed. The elevator was being repaired while we were there and should be up and running by now. The view from the balcony was great. Looking forward to going back next year.

Girls Getaway

Wow, another great girls weekend at Endless Summer! This was my second stay in Galveston with friends and it was as fabulous as the first. We enjoyed the stay and the property. Our only complaints were that the air would get cold in the master bedroom, but the guest bedroom would not get much air coming from the vent. We tried adjusting the vents, but that did not make enough of a difference. Second we killed two cockroaches but that is not that big of a deal.

Relaxing beach front rental

Property was clean and location right by the walkover pier to the beach... unit was on first floor right off the elevator. The only disappointment was both pools were closed for repairs and no restaurant or access to quick food /groceries. However, it was off season and luckly, I didnt bring children that wanted to swim.

Since it is off-season and chiller days, the management company of the Beach Club took advantage of this season to do some "pool enchancements". During the off-season the community is quiet. Perfect for those looking to relax, take a nice beach stroll, bird watch and simply enjoy serenity. As you mentioned there are several local restaurants around to enjoy and grocery access. Thanksgiving Getaway

We rented this beautiful condo for a few nights before Thanksgiving so that we could just enjoy the beach for a few days. The patio has a gorgeous view of the gulf and the weather was very balmy. The kids enjoyed swimming at the resort pool and warming up in the hot tub. The adults just stayed in the hot tub. There was plenty of room for everyone and the condo was clean. I am hoping to make this a yearly tradition, but stay a few more days.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a lovely vacation! The condo was clean, well stocked, had an amazing view and was conveniently located right by the water. The only time it wasn't perfect was our last full day- they started building maintenance early and it was super noisy with beeping, saws, etc... Had we not had an infant with us, it wouldn't have mattered one bit. We loved all the small touches like the dog friendly extras and baby gear. I didn't realize how far it was from restaurants and shopping, but honestly, I think that's why it was so uncrowded. We would love to visit again.

The community of Pointe West is about 20 miles outside of the "tourist" zone of Galveston. Many guests love the private, wide and clean beaches while they escape the hustle and bustle. Truly peace on earth. Our community is finishing up some beautification enhancements and with the perfect weather got a bit ahead of schedule. Unfortunately we were unable to control that, and we do apologize for the day of noise disruption. The good news is the painting of the building is done! Great Vacation Location

It was a nice property and close to the beach. We loved our time on the beach! The drive to Galveston took about 20 min. but we liked the seclusion and quiet surroundings. The condo had a hint of musty smell but that's probably typical in that climate. We were also a little surprised that for the entire week there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom provided, one roll of paper towels, and no tissues at all.. Otherwise, the kitchen was adequately stocked. The pool and hot tub area was nice and entertaining for the kids.

The community of Pointe West is known for its seclusion and privacy, though not to far from local attractions. This rental is fully stocked for your stay and includes a start up kit of paper products. Details are outlined in our check-in/welcome communication emails and texts. Better than Advertised!!

This rental was great! West Pointe is a hidden gem with all of the amenities of a large resort without the hustle and bustle that comes with a resort. We had four adults and two young children for six nights which was very comfortable. The unit was well equipped and clean with the best acccess to the private beach which was phenomenal! It was a good 30 minute drive to the heart of Galveston but it was definitely worth being a little further out to have the peace and quiet of West Pointe! The only challenge we had was that the AC went out our first day, but the owner was very responsive and had it repaired first thing the next morning! We would definitely stay here again if we return to Galveston!
