The area and beach were great. Not crowded at all. And the condo was very clean and neat. We loved that we could keep the wagon and beach toys in the garage and roll it straight out to the beach. It didnt cletter or dirty the condo. Overall it was great.

What we loved the most was being able to go directly to the beach! We had a great time! The only thing was the air conditioning unit on the floor in the top bedroom near the road had wet the floor when we first got there and again the next morning. So we dried the floor with a towel and turned it off and didn’t use it. We were comfortable without it and it didn’t affect our stay.

Great Family Beach Location

Location was so amazing. No fighting for space on the beach or rowdy crowds. Perfect for a family beach trip. Parking for units is slim, allowing 1 garage spot and a spot in front of garage that can get tricky if other owners are present. Needs were met but location was the game changer.

Not as pictured at all , poor response from management company

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this unit specifically for the outdoor space. We like to cook outside and soak up every part of the beach when staying on the beach. We checked in and found the porch missing the grill in the listings and all of the furniture. In its place was a flimsy indoor card table, an indoor ottoman and a cheap love seat missing its cushions. Hardly the comfortable outdoor furniture mentioned in the listing or the BBQ grill also mentioned in the listing. We contacted Blue Swell immediately Saturday at checkin. Got a reply of sometimes furniture breaks. We continued to text,email and call over the course of 3 days because we rented the unit 2 days before coming down (so an updated listing would be expected opposed to 6 months in advance). We finally got a call returned Tuesday (4 days after check in). They dropped off a new grill and assumed that would be enough. We told them it wasn’t and we were told we were on the list for a partial refund. We’ve been home a week and haven’t heard anything. I do not recommend this unit or the rental company. The king bed in the primary is completely slanted(huge dip in one side) and uncomfortable. There were no bedside lamps which seems nitpicky but it’s just something pictured and expected. There are no tvs in the guest rooms( that’s my fault for not specifically checking, it was just an expectation I had).. The location is amazing but there is also construction in the condos on both sides of this one ( another thing they didn’t mention). I get it things have to be updated but they have their own cleaning van and crews so I have to assume someone from Blue Swell knows what is happening with the properties they manage. Overall I wouldn’t ever rent a property from this management company again and I wouldn’t rent this unit. If you like to be comfortable or spend time on the porch this is not the place for you. If you like a responsive management company this is not the place fo

Steps to the beach

The location and steps to the beach was perfect! The rooms were nice with the extra beds. Beds were ok, new beds are needed could feel the springs in back bedroom upstairs! The deck was different from the pictures. It was new and nice! A umbrella would have been great for shade. It was to hot to sit there in afternoon sun on deck for my disabled mom but we all enjoyed morning and evening out there. Parking was nice. I would stay here again!

Family Get away 2024

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We go to PC Beach, as a family, at least once a year. The location and beach access for this townhouse has been our favorite so far. It was so nice to be able to basically walk right down the stairs and out to the beach. This was ideal for traveling with little ones. The owners have made good use of the space, however the mattresses could use updating. There was a problem with the air conditioning, but Blue Swell brought us portable units until the problem affecting the whole complex was resolved, which was a little less than 24 hours. There were 11 of us, traveling in 4 cars, so that could have created an issue, but we were able to work it out with the office...that might not be the case in the middle of the busy season. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Family Friendly Location

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location. It was difficult to get assistance with parking and in touch with someone left as we left some really expensive AirPods in the room. But the location and unit was wonderful.

ROACHES!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen was filled with roaches! When I called to complain, the woman on the phone didn't seem surprised nor did she seem to care. They supposedly sprayed twice while we were away. Did not affect the roaches one bit. I called again to voice my concern, left a voicemail and did not get a call back. If it werent for the roaches, the stay would have gotten a bit of a better review. We found dirty dishes in the cabinets. They did fix the upstairs toilet that wasn't flushing well. The condo is nice and seemed pretty clean other than toilet and showers needing a good scrub. The full size lower bunk bed was terrible but the kids managed. Parking here is horrible.The rental agency describes the parking situation but in reality, it is worse and horrible. If the units are full, you probably won't be able to park.very tight parallel parking. I called after we checked out and got a person that seemed concerned about the roach situation. She apologized and said we could get 10% off our next stay. That will not happen. We will stick with sunnyside tennis resort. The best thing about this condo is proximity to the beach and the balcony off of the master bedroom. The roaches ruined everything else. Now, I can only hope we didn't bring them home with us.

Weeklong 3-Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week at this property with eight people from three separate families, and it was a fun stay. The location is amazing, and the beach is extremely nice. We loved how close we were to the Gulf and had an awesome time seeing tons of things like a manatee, birds fishing, and even dolphins!However, the beds were extremely flimsy and uncomfortable. One of the frames had a broken support board under the mattress and was practically unusable. The staff were very responsive, and I appreciated their communication when addressing the issue. The other beds were usable but with minimal comfort.Overall we had a wonderful time and would return in the future given the chance. We might pack some mattress toppers or extra pillows.

Vitamin Sea #124 July 16-23

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great! 3 bed 3 bath. Living room, dining area plus bar stools, kitchen, extra refrigerator/freezer, washer and dryer, garage and a parking space. Main level bedroom can sleep 5 ( 2 double beds and a twin), upstairs bedroom can sleep 4 ( 2 twins and a double), the master has a large king bed. A full size air mattress fit in the living area beside the dining table. The garage can fit 2 cars if needed, and there is a parking space outside the garage. The garage has a door to the beachside of the condo for easy access to chairs and toys. The master bedroom and main floor both have balconies with plenty of seating. The pool was a short walk down the deck and private. Our 6 kids, ages 12-22, used the pool every night after we returned from dinner, it was nice and quiet. The beach is also a short walk from the condo deck, it’s close to the rinse area and path to the beach. Get out early and setup and come back to condo to pack cooler and get kids ready. No one messed with anyones things. We found lots of shells and the ocean was beautiful. We saw sea turtles, stingrays, pelicans, and baby sharks. We will definitely stay again.

Vitamin Sea Was Perfect

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an excellent stay at Vitamin Sea. The place was exactly as advertised. We arrived and used the garage code and door code provided to us. We found the place very clean and ready for our stay. We never had to interact with anyone for any issues or for information. Everything was provided to us in advance.Vitamin Sea was spacious and well maintained. The beach is literally a short walk away and the views from the two decks are as advertised. We had 2 cars and they fit perfectly. A 3rd car would be tight but you could manage it. All of the information provided was accurate and well explained. The company emailed with us during our stay but I never had to respond because we had no issues. But if we needed information or had an issue there were very clear directions on how to reach the company. Vitamin Sea is very well managed. We would rent this exact same place again in the future!
