Finca Casa Roco is a 200-year-old farmhouse that has been restored with great attention to detail. In a beautiful hillside location, it offers you a wonderful sea view from all terraces and from all windows facing the sea over the marina of Puerto Calero to Fuerteventura.
The holiday flat has a living area of 85 m² and a terrace of approx. 25 m². It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower, a separate and fully equipped kitchen and a large, open-plan living room with sliding glass doors leading onto the terrace. There are various sunny and shady spots. - Satellite TV with all German programmes - music system with: CD/DVD, radio, MP3, inputs for IPod, IPhone and USB - Free WLAN access
Casa Roco II has its own sheltered terrace - so you are completely independent from the other guests of the finca. From your terrace you have access to the finca's large pool and garden terrace. The pool and terrace are exclusively for our guests at Casa Roco.
