The apartment is in a quiet villa district, just 800 metres from the sea. The private road with little traffic, which leads to the villa with the apartment, ends in a cul-de-sac.
Comfortable holiday apartment with a bedroom and a garden, in a quietly situate villa with a sea view, in Mediterranean surroundings
The villa renovated in 2015 affords a view of the sea and the romantic old town of Cervo. It consists of two separate residential units. This apartment is the lower apartment measuring around 45mÂČ. It comprises a bedroom, a living and dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200cm) and there is a double sofa bed (140 x 190cm) in the living room, which also has satellite TV. There is a balcony door from there opening onto the fenced garden. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven and big fridge with a freezer compartment. The new, light bathroom with a window has a washbasin, WC and shower. There is also a washing machine for use for an additional fee in the place where the handover of keys takes place.
A terrace door provides access to the garden with olive and palm trees. The garden has two sun loungers, garden furniture and a gas grill for leisurely grill evenings. The garden affords a fabulous view of the olive groves opposite and of the idyllic old town of Cervo. The garden and the grill are for the exclusive use of guests at this apartment. The villa has private parking space right in front of the house.
Cervo is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy (award-winning) and is between the well-known seaside resorts of Diano Marina and Alassio, on the sun-blessed Ligurian coast. It is a seven-minute walk or two-minute drive to a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, bank and kiosk, as well as bars and pizzerias. The fabulous area is not only excellent for a seaside holiday, but also offers impressive views on walks, bicycle or mountain bike tours in the adjoining inland area. The new cycle path right along the sea from San Lorenzo to San Remo (about 27km) is also to be recommended, built on a former train track.
