In the heart of Loano's historical centre, inside a typical Ligurian building directly overlooking the promenade, we propose a flat with authentic charm that has been completely renovated.
The apartment is located on the second floor (without lift) and offers spacious and bright rooms: the entrance opens onto a spacious living area with an open kitchen, equipped with a sofa bed and a bunk bed cleverly placed inside a room with a glass door to ensure greater privacy. The double bedroom is very spacious and has a private bathroom, while the main bathroom is accessed from the entrance. The jewel in the flat's crown is the large balcony which can be accessed from both the living area and the bedroom, from which there is a splendid view of the sea and the promenade: a unique space in which to relax and be lulled by the sound of the waves. The flat is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection to offer maximum comfort even for longer stays.
Loano, an enchanting town on the Riviera Ligure di Ponente situated between the sea and the hills, offers an evocative historical centre of medieval origin, rich in caruggi, small squares and ancient palazzi, which tell of its long maritime and commercial tradition.
