290 metres. This is the distance that separates the Loving Alassio flat, a very modern three-room apartment of 75 M2, from the shoreline. The sea, in this case, is really just around the corner.
Perfectly renovated recently, super-equipped and ultra-modern: the holiday home Loving Alassio, in the centre of the beautiful Ligurian town, a famous holiday and seaside resort on the west coast of Liguria, is a jewel of a welcome.
A spaceship by the sea.
Located on the first floor of a building with a typically Ligurian face, it enjoys extreme proximity to the sea: thanks to the private garage available on site, it is literally possible to forget the car for the duration of your stay and decide to move only on foot. The flat is a three-roomed flat with a classic cut and is divided into a living space with an open kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms: one with full equipment, the other with a service bathroom.
The entrance leads into a corridor to the left of which opens the first bathroom, the service bathroom. The impact is immediately notable: the metallic blue colour of the walls, treated as if they were Venetian stucco, combined with a very particular play of light and the large planks of light-coloured parquet on the floor immediately declare the modernity of the style that marks the entire flat.
Confirmation comes from the living area dominated by the large leather sofa on one side and the open kitchen on the other. Very white, super-equipped, the kitchen has a fridge and freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, induction hobs and a double oven: electric and microwave. Nothing is really missing, even in terms of small appliances: the coffee pod machine, the toaster.
The separate sleeping area
Separated by a glass door, the sleeping area has two bedrooms with double beds and a full bathroom with a nice shower. In both rooms there are wardrobes and televisions (in addition to the one in the living room) and one of the two rooms has a French door opening onto a small balcony (as does the living room).
