Peruccio is a charming jewel of a country retreat located on a hill, just 2 km from the ancient walls of Volterra, visible directly from the villa.
Built in the traditional Tuscan style, with exposed stone, wooden beams and terracotta floors, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa offers a cosy home-away-from-home for a couple or a small family of up to four.
Guests can gather for meals and moments of relaxation, and enjoy al fresco dining under the shaded porch with the most breathtaking views of Tuscany. The villa is surrounded by 2000 square metres of well-kept garden, planted with shrubs and flowering plants. A few steps away, the enclosed pool area is on a lower level, surrounded by a tiled solarium and equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
A separate laundry room is located in the garden, close to the house. The enclosed pool area is located approximately 20 metres from the house, on a lower level, and is reached via a flight of 12 stone steps. The rectangular-shaped pool measures 10 x 5 m with a depth varying from 1.20 to 1.60 m; it is lined with PVC, equipped with a chlorine purification system, an internal staircase for access and a cold-water shower. The solarium, tiled with ceramic tiles, is equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs and parasols. The pool is open from the first Saturday in May to the last Saturday in September.
