An apartment with very comfort you would have at home where you’ll be fascinated by the genuine charm of the Tuscan countryside. The space (54 sqm) is the result of an accurate restoration ended in 2018. The accommodation consists of one comfortable kitchen; one dining room/living room with a 42 inch satellite TV and sofa bed; one double bedroom with two walk-in closets; one big bathroom with shower; one laundry room with washing machine/dryer and iron. WI-FI and heating and air-conditioning systems are included in the price. The structure, situated on a hill which dominates the medieval village of Lastra a Signa, is in a strategic position since you can reach the city-center and the railway station in a 15 minutes walk. It is possible to arrive to the center of Florence by train in 15 minutes and the railway station also connects the village to Pisa, Siena, Lucca and Bologna. On demand, a shuttle service is available to get to the railway station, and to the airports of Pisa and Firenze.
