Propriété en bord de mer sur le lagon 2 sur le rivage de Ko Olina. À quelques pas de la plage de sable blanc, vous pourrez vous détendre dans les alizés. Très pratique pour tout lorsque vous mangez à l'extérieur, mais aussi la cuisine / salle à manger gastronomique à aire ouverte conçue par Roy Yamaguchi (le propriétaire du restaurant de Roy) est entièrement équipée et prête à cuisiner également. Our Vrbo we stayed in was very clean..very big and spacious especially with our little ones! We were very close to everything we need! And the view was amazing! The best thing was we didn’t need anything as far water equipment like chairs floats extra towels were there waiting on us!! Thank you so much!!

Fun,relaxing vacation

Beautiful, and clean property. Professional staff. Spacious, comfortable, well stocked 3BR condo. Loved the large exercise gym. Beautiful fish pond, large pool. Enjoyed listening to live entertainment by the pool. Enjoyed easy access to the calm, clean water lagoon. Great place to relax yet close enough to go sightseeing at Honolulu.

Nice condo with great amenities

We had an amazing stay here. The condo had everything we needed and was clean! We had enough space for everyone in our group and the resort pool was so fun for the kids. The owner is super responsive to messages!

Relaxing and fun!

Very comfortable stay for our group of six adults and a 17-month old! The location was great - nice beach lagoon for the toddler, and the kid pool was also perfect. We definitely would stay there again next time we go to Oahu!

Great Location Wonderful Host

Motohide was an exceptional host and a pleasure to work with. During the booking process, he responded to my questions promptly, and during our stay, he answered any inquiries immediately. As real estate investors, we recognize what makes this location a true gem: the host has thoughtfully priced the unit, considering its position on a lower floor and its view of the check-in area. Despite this, there’s still a limited view of the ocean, and the area is very quiet, so the location is no issue at all. You enjoy all the benefits of the resort at a fair price point.Additionally, the host wished us safe travels and kindly invited us to return. We will definitely be booking this property again!

Awesome stay!

Condo was spacious and clean, had all the amenities expected including beach equipment for the kids. Motohide was extremely easy to reach and communicate with. The property was amazing and the kids loved being able to walk to lagooon. Would definitely stay again!

Pleasant Vacation

Property is beautiful with lovely pools that are well laid out. The Lagoons that are directly In front of the resort were fun for snorkeling The area of Ko’Olina is so pretty with many restaurants, stores and a few really nice resorts to visit. There are also many activities and beaches in the area.

Living the Dream

What a wonderful location with amazing amenities. We could walk to restaurants and shops. There were familiar favorites like Starbucks or new favorites like Eggs n’ Things. The hallway closet had everything we needed for the beach and then some! (Chairs, boogie boards, goggles, buckets and shovels) The kitchen was amazing! Such a spacious fridge for storing fruit from the island market or drinks. The condo was a little run down in spots (carpet stain, funky shower door) but was perfect for our family of five plus my MIL to share. Being by the front desk was only noisy one night but that was due to the people checking in and not the staff. The pools were amazing. Resort living for sure. We would definitely stay here again. It’s located on the best lagoon of the four! Wonderful experience all around. It gave us the feeling of being home while enjoying the island. Having a designated parking spot was wonderful to come home to after a day out exploring the island.

Breathtaking

I would highly recommend staying here. The beach is just steps away on lagoon #2. In my opinion the best lagoon out of the 4 because it is never crowded. The pools are clean and just lovely. It definitely has that Hawaii feel. The property is walking distance to restaurants, marina, and the marketplace. The villa was great because there are 3 bedrooms. Each have their own wing with private bath.

Spacious condo on the beach

We loved our stay in Ko Olina! The condo was spacious and clean. We swam at the lagoon, which was a short walk from our room, right past the resort pool. We enjoyed the pool and used the fitness center. My kids even helped feed the fish on the resort property. Everything was amazing!

We absolutely loved the condo. It was big so we didnt feel at all cramped. All of the beach supplies were also a nice touch. The location was beyond perfect and the pools and koi fish pond were among our favorites. Without a doubt, we would highly recommend booking.

Dream Stay

This 3-bedroom/3-bath fit our family to a tee! We all had plenty of personal space and the general living area was well appointed for sharing family meals and kicking back. We had a couple of very small maintenance issues while there, however, the owner, Motohide upon being informed of these matters had a repairman out within a couple of hours. Fast, fast response time and very much appreciated! The family has already started talking about our next visit back....

Fabulous!

This was our second stay in this beautiful condo. It easily accommodated our group of 8 - 4 adults and 4 children. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The beach and pool are kept clean and very enjoyable to use. There are a couple of things inside the condo that could use an update but didn’t impact our stay. We would stay here again.

The condo was clean and well maintained. There was an issue with the AC. Even with all windows shut it was humid and stuffy in living room. The ceiling fan didn't help much. The master bedroom had the ceiling fan, and AC worked better there than living room and kitchen area.

Very nice. Well maintained. Parking spots are small, no dush towels in unit (couldnt find) float valve in toilet flowed since check in. Dresser doors were loose in room with twin beds. Pool was great, beach was wonderful. Could have used a restrusnt on property.

The property is very nice, but the Locos go there and use the pool with their families. Don’t follow any rules. So there was no place to sit and pool was crowded. The other pool was the quiet pool there was kids playing in the lap pool side and playing not so quiet

Great accommodation

Condo is exactly as pictured. Very quiet and roomy. The twin beds are very firm and the 2nd bedroom mattress very soft. Refrigerator comes with an ice maker so that was nice. Pool accessories were very much appreciated. The only thing i would recommend is a couple more bath towels and wash cloths( we had 6 females on this trip) kleenex, oven mitts, dish drying mat and glass cleaner for the table Overall a perfect experience and the host was very accommodating.

Great Property, Nice Unit

Overall my family of 7 with ages 7-70 had a wonderful experience. The location is amazing. My children loved the pools, hot tubs, lagoons, and koi ponds. The adults loved all of the above with the addition of the onsite bar which made great cocktails. The koi ponds have two feedings a day and visitors are offered cups of food which made for a fun experience. The lagoon this property is on is quiet and less busy than the surrounding lagoons. The main pool wasn't busy while we were there. We could almost always find available chairs for our party and shade if desired. We never felt the pool was overly crowded or we had to dodge pool toys. There is also a quiet pool we never used but seemed to have plenty of seating at all times. The unit itself was nice. The AC was much appreciated the week we visited. The view is over the front lobby so there wasn't much to see but fine for people watching and never noisy or overly busy. The unit is starting to show some wear, especially the walls and carpet, which is to be expected with a short-term rental unit. There is a large closet with snorkel gear, wagon, and other beach/pool toys that was appreciated. The kitchen is very lightly stocked with all the standard applications and no perishable extras (coffee, seasoning, etc). The sofa in the living room is not a pull out bed. It is a rather hard and lightly padded couch. There is an air mattress which may work better for those needing the extra sleeping space.

The Ko’olina Beach Villa property is well maintained and beautiful. The condo was substandard.

The photos of the condo 0215 appeared better than what actually was. 2nd bed to be a Queen and was probably an oversized Double. Disappointing as we were there for 2 weeks. The kitchen utensils were old and missing some of their pieces. It appeared that this property wasn’t kept up or maintained like other properties we have rented through VRBO in the past. It was also difficult keeping the cooler ambient temperature within the unit. Many of the pictures/artwork were very dusty -appeared not dusted for sometime. The wine cooler had excessive ice buildup and was difficult pulling the wracks out.

This room was nearly perfect! Excellent location, super clean and nice accommodations, the property was well kept, and the pool was fun. The room itself was stocked with all the essentials you need for a fun pool or beach day. The location of the lagoon is perfect and the lagoon itself is ideal for families with children since it is relatively calm with no waves. My only minor critique is for the living room furniture, which was not very comfortable for lounging after a long day. This is not a dealbreaker though and we would definitely stay here again!! Thank you for making our vacation magical and memorable.

We booked the property for our first family vacation. There were 6 adults, a 13 year old and an 11 year old. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The condo was perfect for the 3 adult couples - each had their own bedroom and bathroom. We had a 3-fold mattress and a blow up mattress for the two kids. Space was a little tight for the extra beds but we were able to make it work. The appliances were pretty new and there were lots of dishes and equipment to take to the beach. The host was very accommodating and took care of any issues quickly. I would highly recommend!

Emi and Motohide are the west Oahu resident for 25+ years and being the Beach Villas owner for about 10 years now and supporting all the travelers coming to Ko Olina(Ko Olina lovers). It is always our pleasure to see Happy Guests! Hopefully all the guests we welcome our home understand and respect the fact that this beautiful place is being owned privately.

Ko Olina resort is different and stands out by quality of it. Feels like you are in neighbor island somewhere. This is the high-end beach resort location in gated community with high class security system which separates from others on Oahu. Beach Villas provides true luxury stay for a perfect family Hawaii vacation. Amenities and services are awesome to make your stay comfortable from day one to the end.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This unit is one of the largest 3 bedroom 3 bathroom layout which is spacious enough for 3 couples. The price is very affordable because it is on the 2nd floor overlooking a beautiful resort entrance area with distance ocean/beach view from large lanai. Great access to the pool, beach, bar, gym, etc.....
