Dreaming of a memorable yet affordable Hawaiian vacation? Our Villa is calling you! It is located on the sunny Western shore of Oahu, and was built as a paradise for family-oriented beach lovers. It is landscaped with beautiful palm trees, koi ponds, a sandy-bottom kid's pool, an Olympic-sized lap pool, a family pool, and owner's leisure lounge, indoor fitness center and a Tiki Beach Bar. The Championship Golf Course and the Four Seasons Spa and Sport Clubs are nearby. The lagoon is a swimming paradise for beach lovers of all ages. There are minimal waves and crystal clear water safe from large fish. The lagoon is filled with small colorful fish and the resident turtles, perfect for snorkelling. The condo is luxuriously furnished to provide comfort and pleasure to prospective guests. It is approximately 1386 sq' and equipped with a "Roy Yamaguchi" designed kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and a SubZero fridge, to inspire your gourmet cooking experience. The spacious dining and living rooms are furnished with cozy, comfortable furniture, and overlook an open field to the Ko-Olina Golf Course on the left, Marriott Hotel in the distance over the lanai, and the Pacific Ocean on the right. We even have an office nook with a new Brother Printer for you to print your boarding passes, etc; The Master bedroom has a large and comfortable California King-sized bed; the master bathroom has a deep soaking tub, marble walk-in shower and dual vanities. The guest bedroom has 2 Twin Beds that can be combined into a King-sized bed. We also have one Queen pull-out sofa beds for extra guests in the Living Room. The Guest Bathroom has a combo bathtub and shower. If you plan to rent a car, you will have your own underground parking space at no extra charge.

The villa was amazing! We had everything we needed to stay for 10 days. The host communicated well and was very responsive. The entire property was great! We took advantage of the pools, spas, tiki bar and lagoon. Staff at the facility were friendly and very approachable. Thanks for a great vacation!

Family reunion

This property was excellent and photos represented it well. The kitchen appliances were top of the line and pantry was fairly well stocked. The owner was quick to respond and had no issues. We were able to spend the time enjoying the island and our family. Would definitely stay there again. Bonus they have access to airport Lounge, while we couldn’t partake because our flight was early, but it is nice to know it is available.

A complete paradise

We had such a wonderful time staying here. We’ve stayed in other units and really enjoyed the flexibility for the second bedroom bed setup (our kids love the two double beds rather than sharing) and the proximity/view of the ocean. The kitchen was well appointed and everything sparkly clean and high end. A huge thank you to the hosts and the team at beach villas. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent stay and Host

From before our journey began, excellent communication from host. The property was immaculate and perfectly located for our activities (easy beach access and walking path to neighboring properties). Host was available a check-in and for questions throughout stay. We would highly recommend and stay again on next visit.

A Home away from Home

My family and I had an incredible time staying in Ko Olina while visiting my brother who is stationed on Oahu in the Army. The amenities were fantastic, along with many nearby shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend staying in this area versus Waikiki! We will be back for sure!

Great unit and location

The Ko Olina Beach Villas never disappoint! Location is amazing and the beach is steps away...you can also walk easily to the small shopping center and all the other resorts. The building has great amenities as well and being all owner owned condo's you don't get the hustle with a typical resort. This unit was clean, exactly as advertised, and the host was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Perfect location in KoOlina

Our family enjoyed the proximity to lagoon 2, and luvved the koi feeding with George, quiet pool, sauna, fitness showers! Great views and quiet unit and floor. Mahalo to George who gave us koi food for the fish feeding , Lynn and Thuha, and the great front desk people who always greeted us.

Great for families with little kids

Overall, great experience. Location, convenience, access to the beach, pools, bbq, and everything for a family with a toddler. Lagoons are great for children, the beach is not noisy or crowded. You can enjoy and relax. The condo has a great floor plan and worked for a couple with a toddler and a couple of relatives. We would be happy to spend another vacation here.

We had a great vacation at the Ko Olina Beach Villas! The property was beautiful and our 2 bedroom unit was perfect for our family. The unit was exactly as it was described and the communication with the owner was great. Jennifer was always quick to respond to any questions. We look forward to going back someday!

Villas at Ko Olina

Had a little problem at check in, room wasn’t ready. Difficult only as it was a long day of flying. Staff took responsibility, jumped on it and had the room completely cleaned in 2 hours. Rest of the stay was flawless. Would recommend upgrade the toilet paper, small issue, but renting a “high end” unit. Also the parking spot is quite a bit away from the unit, a bit of a pain. All in all, though, would rent that unit again.

Great stay

We had a great time at the Beach Villas in Ko Olina. First time staying on this side of the island. The check-in process was super smooth. We stayed 12 days in total and had no issues where we had to connect with the property owner/manager. There was a binder with all the info you need about the unit. We did have some trouble with the lights but overall things went smoothly. Parking was 2 floors down and a bit of a walk to the unit as the unit is located in the ocean tower.

Top Notch Stay!!

David and Jennifer's beach villa is simply wonderful. Everything is top notch from the appliances to the bedding. The dining and living room area is such a nice common area for everyone to hang out. I think what makes this place so nice is because it feels like someone has shared their lovely home with you and has shared all of the niceties that they enjoy with you. It doesn't feel like a rental. It is one of the nicest places we have stayed in and we go to Hawaii at least once a year and always stay in a condo. The grounds are also pristine. There are two pools, a beautiful koi pond, BBQs, and outdoor showers. But the real gem is the proximity to lagoon 2 (Honu). We snorkeled everyday in this lagoon, saw plenty of fish and relaxed on the shoreline. It was the BEST. It is so quiet and beautiful. You will not be disappointed if you are lucky enough to rent this villa. Jennifer and David are easy to communicate with and their local property managers provide greeting services that IS the aloha spirit. We were sad to have to leave. The location is stellar. It is the best beach I have ever been to and I couldn't believe that it wasn't crowded. We spent a week over August and at not point was it even close to crowded. The home was fantastic. This was not a rental only property which means that quality of the furnishing, kitchenware, etc. were all of a higher quality vs. the homes that are purely rental. Great communication with the owner as well.

Paradise

The property is paradise. The villa was perfect for our family. We were greeted by the villa ambassador upon arrival. She walked us around the Beach Villa property, explained the details to our villa, while finishing the tour to our dedicated parking spot. She took the guess work out of the property. When walking into the villa, the Hawaiian breeze flowed through the large hideaway doors from the living area to the lanai. The views from the lanai are breath taking. The villa had everything from salt to beach chairs. The beds were comfortable and the sleeping arrangement worked well with my family of 6. The villa was clean and well maintained. The owners of the villa were friendly and easy to contact. Grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations were just a few miles from this beautiful property. We also felt very safe at the Beach Villa. The key card system only allows you access to your floor within your tower. There is only one draw back to this property...rush hour traffic. Just be patient if you find yourself in traffic. It is worth the wait.I could go on and on...We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!!!

This villa was amazing! From the large lanai to the amazingly wonderful pools and koi ponds, we were blown away by this location! The villa was exceptional in all the ways that mattered. Staff were terrific and checkin/checkout was simple. We cannot say enough great things about our stay. Thank you to the owners for letting us vacation in your wonderful villa!

Second time staying at the Ko Olina Beach Villas. The place was perfect for the family. It was conveniently located away from the city but close enough to drive to the city’s amenities. The pools and the close proximity of the lagoons were perfect for the kiddos.

Nice place, more amenities would be nice

Enjoyed our stay. Traveled with multiple families. Could not enter their floors without their condo keycard. Big pain. A restaurant on site would have been a big plus. Kitchen and lanai were really nice.

My husband, David and I have lived in Los Angeles, California. We love to travel and have been all around the World. Hawaii is now our favorite destination, so we have been to Ko-Olina many times, staying at the Marriott. David is a fish and he loves to swim in the Lagoons! When we decided to purchase a vacation home, we could think of nowhere in the world better than the Beach Villas in Ko-Olina!

When we were given a tour of the Beach Villas in August, we were amazed how beautiful this property is and the wonderful amenities it has to offer. We know that the Beach Villas is a very special vacation place that we and our guests will enjoy very much. There are no other privately-owned vacation rentals this close to the Lagoon! The Aloha Spirit is alive and well at the Beach Villas!!!

The immediate access to the Lagoons, the Olympic-sized lap pool, the Golf Course and nearby Roy's restaurant are just a few features that made us salivate!! The condo itself has a beautiful open feeling, over-looking an open field and a slice of the ocean. The open-floor plan and the professionally designed kitchen are irresistible. The whole layout of the condo, its furnishings and the amenities contribute to a wonderfully luxurious feeling.
