Welcome to our Sunset Hale Retreat - Ko'olina Beach Villa. Steps to the pool and beach!

Amazing beachfront condo in the Ko'Olina resort overlooking swimming pool with beautiful pool and sunset views! Pristine residence features spacious living area and lanai with pocket sliding doors. Enjoy home cooked meals in your gourmet kitchen with island granite countertops, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. Property includes two swimming pools, whirlpool spas, fitness center, barbeque grills, landscaped gardens with koi pond and beach bar.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, the secondary bedroom includes a queen-size bed, and we have also added two brand-new Thomasville armchairs that fold out into comfortable twin-size beds. The unit can accommodate up to 6 (six) guests.

Gated Secure Building, Elevators, FREE High-Speed Internet Access (bring own computer), Air Conditioning, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Wine fridge, Cooking Utensils provided, Linens provided, brand new smart TVs in all rooms, Washer and Dryer, Pools & Jacuzzis (shared), and Ihilani Spa or Disney Aulani Resort & Spa for massage treatments and pampering right next door.

Owners also provide many extras not included in other rentals such as beach chairs, beach cart, boogie boards, beach towels, snorkel equipment, brand new smart TVs in all rooms, bidet in master bath, rice maker, coffee pot, blender, etc.

This unit is located on the 5th floor of the Ocean Tower.

Please note reservations made after October 1, 2023 will incur a one time parking registration fee of $25 which covers the duration of your stay. This will be payable to the front desk at check in.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at these beach villas, but the first time in this particular unit. It was clean and we appreciated the beach towels and chairs provided. We did most of our cooking every night in the unit, and would have liked a strainer for rice (we bought one and left it there for future visitors), a few more Tupperware containers (only one large and two small that had lids), as well as some dish towels (one of the dishwashers was broken, which we didn't mind, so we wound up just hand washing the dishes every night, but there were no dish towels to dry them). Otherwise we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay there again! Mahalo

Lovely stay and so glad we finally were able to be here! The unit is ideal for families and couples wanting to explore Ko Olina with ample space and plenty of activities. We did not see a corkscrew in the unit and our host graciously picked one up for us. Thanks so much, Maria!! Mahalo

Great place. Great amenities such as high end appliances, washer/dryer and lots of beach gear. It would be nice if someone came to mop mid week and launder towels but other than that, great property!!! Close to amazing restaurants and market. Quiet and safe.

This was my third stay at the Beach Villas and I still love it! It’s quiet and peaceful. It’s walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It has a calm lagoon, several pools and spas. It has a path along the ocean for beautiful walks and ocean breezes. What it doesn’t have are lots of crowds causing overcrowded pools and noise and congestion. The condos are perfect for a wonderful stay!

Upon check-in we were given the wrong room number. We took our luggage/groceries up & struggled with keycards to get in the room until the guests staying there opened the door to confront us. We returned to the front desk & they then gave us the correct room number, but our keycards wouldn’t open that room either. It was a very awkward/unpleasant check-in after traveling all day. The building location, pools & lagoon beach were all amazing! We’ve stayed at Aulani and Marriott, but we preferred these condos in between as they were much quieter & very relaxing, Easy walk to the other lagoon beaches, restaurants & the shopping center down the street. Nice to have garage parking, but our space was far from the unit. We’ve stayed in several similar style luxury condos, but for the rate we paid, we were disappointed with the overall condition of this unit. The dishwasher was cracked & broken with a piece of tape on it saying “do not use.” The dining chairs fabric were all stained, so we ate our meals at the kitchen counter (only 2 stools) or in the deck chairs. Overall, the furniture was all worn, chipped & not up to the quality of the complex/rate. The patio had a bunch of empty planter pots. The kitchen was very sparse, not enough plates/cups to match occupancy of 6, so we had to wash dishes every meal & use random items. Cooking pans were limited & old/damaged. We booked here for a luxury kitchen to cook in, which it was not. We’ll come back but only if we stay in another unit.

Thank you for your feedback, Amanda. First and foremost, I sincerely apologize for the check-in confusion you experienced after a long day of travel. While the front desk team always strives to provide the highest level of service, occasional human errors can occur. We certainly understand how frustrating and awkward that situation must have been. That said, the check-in process is handled by the resort's front desk staff and is not directly related to our individual unit. This is actually one of the reasons I personally like to greet guests whenever possible. Unfortunately, I never received notification from the front desk that you had arrived, and I suspect they may have accidentally contacted another property manager. Had I been aware of the situation, I would have done everything possible to assist and make your arrival smoother. I'm glad to hear that despite the initial inconvenience, you enjoyed the beautiful lagoons, pools, quiet atmosphere, and excellent location of Beach Villas at Ko Olina. Regarding the dishwasher, the unit is equipped with two dishwasher drawers. At the time of your stay, one drawer was temporarily out of service while the other remained fully operational, and this was reflected in the rental rate. I am pleased to share that the dishwasher has since been replaced. The dining furniture is part of the original Hawaiiana-style furnishings commonly found throughout Beach Villas at Ko Olina. While some pieces show signs of age and use, they remain structurally sound and safe. We also appreciate your comments regarding the kitchen inventory and cookware and will continue making improvements for future guests. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. We truly appreciate your business and are pleased that you enjoyed the resort itself. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Ko Olina in the future.
