The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are located within the world-famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina, positioned on the second of the resort’s four lagoons. Stroll the 1.5-mile walkway that connects the lagoons, passing landmarks like the new Four Seasons Resort, Disney’s Aulani Hotel & Spa, and the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club. The Ko Olina Golf Course, which has hosted the Lotte LPGA Tournament, and the Ko Olina Marina are also nearby. With a six-night minimum stay, there’s plenty to explore at the Beach Villas and beyond.

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are among the newest and most exclusive oceanfront condominiums available for rent on Oahu. Located 25 miles from the busy streets of Waikiki, Ko Olina offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Our villas are individually owned and legally approved for short-term rentals (6-night minimum stay).
- Villa Features -
This newly updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa is located on the 9th floor of the Ocean Tower and offers stunning ocean views. The open living and dining area provides plenty of space, with a dining table for 6 and a kitchen island with seating for 3. Enjoy your meals with views of the pool and ocean, or take advantage of several on-site dining options, including the Beach Bar by the pools.
- Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed and private bath with views of the ocean.
- Second Bedroom: Twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request, and a private bath.
Additional amenities include:
- Floor futons, Pack 'n Plays, highchairs, and strollers available for families with young children.
- Open lanai with comfortable seating
- Fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.
- TVs and Wi-Fi capabilities in the living area and each bedroom

During your stay, explore the resort’s four man-made lagoons, perfect for swimming and snorkeling, especially for families with young children.
