Lovely Place in a Perfect Location

We had a great weekend at Casa Mimosa. The house was lovely, clean and comfortable. It was also within walking distance to downtown Paso which is exacltly what we wanted. We especially enjoyed the coffee station and the comfortable beds. It was a chilly weekend but the house heater kicked in immediately. We were cosy and content!

Our most recent visit was an extended stay due to a remodel project at our home. Both the owner and the Paso Robles Vacation Rental staff are very accommodating and attentive.The home is comfortable and clean, well equipped and very close to the downtown square. We especially like the fenced yard as we have a dog.

Perfect Stay

The stay was absolutely incredible!!! My husband and I brought out two dogs along and my teenage daughter for a horse show. We walked downtown for an amazing dinner. The house was better than expected and everything was sparkling clean and well stocked with more than expected. Parking in the garage with a charger was fantastic and the fenced in yard the whole way around the house was amazing for traveling with dogs. The beds and furniture was all very comfortable. 5 stars is not enough!!! Loved everything and super easy checkin and response.

Loved it!

Upgraded home in quiet neighborhood. Tons of amenities. Close to downtown. Paso easy to navigate. Check out things to do and see. My issue is with Smart TV. Difficult to use in LR. Bedroom easier to navigate. I’m not a fan of Smart TV. It ain’t that smart. Voice recognition not good. Got better with it, but shouldn’t take a day to accomplish. If you’re a Smart TV owner

Our stay was great but the things we liked the most were 1) the location in a cute neighborhood very close to downtown, with friendly neighbors and sidewalks for walking, 2) the outdoor space is very nice and comfortable and completely fenced for the dog, 3) how well-equipped the house was, including good coffee and all other supplies, and 4) seamless check-in and out with state of the art touch screens in the home. We hope to return!

The owners really want the guests to feel at home. Nothing was omitted, and we really did feel at home. The beds were comfortable, the bedding was soft and plenty of pillows and towels were provided. The kitchen was fully stocked, and when I stressed for a second about coffee, I immediately found some coffee in the kitchen. Thank you for that.

Perfect place for wedding festivities

Four of us stayed in this nice house for attending a destination wedding. On pre-wedding days our very large group gathered at city park and later at local pub. We walked from the house. It was just perfect.

Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in several of PRVR's properties and once again was delighted with the quality of the accommodation, attention to detail, and amenities.Our group of 4 women was perfectly comfortable indoors but also enjoyed the two outdoor patio areas. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had an abundance of dishware and glassware as well as all the basics needed for cooking meals.The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood but still easily walkable to the downtown square with its coffee shops, wine bars and restaurants. We also appreciated the access to the garage for parking and EV charging (although there seemed to be plenty of driveway and street parking available).I love PRVR's automated check-in/check-out procedures and electronic information display with property information and local recommendations.

Spring Wine Tasting Trip

The owners thought of every detail to make guests feel at home. The location is terrific - walking distance to downtown Paso, and easy access to the freeway and wine country. It is super clean, the master bed is comfy, and the linens are crisp and white. On the constructive side, in spite of being spotless, it is an older “pet friendly” home, and it has a musty smell with undertones of cat and dog. We opened windows when the weather permitted, but when the house is closed up, it’s quite noticeable. Also, on our last day, a swarm of tiny ants appeared in the second/guest bathroom, all over the floor... something that a quick spray could likely resolve. The check-in/out procedure was very simple, and communication from the property management company was fantastic.
