Fantastic villa with seaviews and private pool very close to the beach Villa al Mar is a fantastically thought-out villa with private pool just a few steps from the beautiful Cala Puntalejos cove in Conil Fuente del Gallo. The villa offers every comfort, is fully air-conditioned and can be used all year round. The bright living room has a large corner sofa and a fireplace for the colder months. The large dining table seats everyone and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a marvellous view of the garden and pool. The kitchen is partitioned off with glass elements so that it always remains visually connected. It has a cooking island with bar stools and offers enough space if you want to cook together. The two-storey window front provides plenty of light and emphasises the open architecture.
Two of the four bedrooms are located on the ground floor: the bedroom on the left has two single beds of 90cm and a spacious shower room with overhead shower and bidet. A patio door leads directly to the garden and the pool. The second bedroom has also two individual beds of 90cm. There is a smaller en-suite shower room. On the ground floor there is also a guest´s WC and a storeroom, which also houses the washing machine (which is also tumble dryer).
There are two further bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed (160 cm) and a larger en suite shower room with bidet and his and hers sink. The large window fronts with balconies offer a view of the pool on one side and the sea on the other. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a slightly wider lower bed and also an en-suite shower room. It also has access to the balcony and you can enjoy the sea view as soon as you get up in the morning. The two upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning and fans. A door leads to the spiral staircase outside, which leads to the large (unfurnished) roof terrace, from which the view is even more beautiful and which is a wonderful place for an evening drink.
There is seating around the 7.5 x 3.5 metre pool and a dining table on the terrace offers the opportunity to eat outside. The palm trees and strelitzias emphasise the southern atmosphere. Cala Puntalejos is just a few steps away and you can quickly reach Conil or other beaches in the area by car. The Cala Puntalejos restaurant is open in summer and is a wonderful place to eat or enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine.
