Beautiful villa with pool and views to the countryside Casa Miracielo is a spacious house in Roche with private pool for up to 8 people with a wonderful landscape view in a sought after location on the edge of the Roche pine forests and 650m from the nearest beach. The pool is brand new (2021) and is complemented by a large garden, front and back, in this quiet location away from the main roads in Roche. The pool and solarium border onto the view and there is also a sizeable terrace in front of the living room, which features a grill and BBQ, and is protected from the sun as you look over the pool out to the prairie and beyond to the Pinares de Roche. The large living room offers the same magnificent views and is furnished with 3 sofas, an impressive central coffee table, a dining table for 8 people, as well as Smart TV and surround sound AV system. There are three bedrooms: two on the ground floor; one with an en-suite bathroom, the other with a separate toilet and shower; and a spiral staircase which leads to the bedroom on the first floor, where there is also a toilet and roof terrace. The kitchen, which is also large, is fully equipped and has a utility room with washing machine and shower.
