Bienvenue à notre beau et luxueux condo de bord de mer pour 6 personnes. Confortable et décorée avec goût, marcher sous la pluie douche, grande baignoire, cuisine ouverte / zone de tanière avec 55 'Samsung Smart TV et Internet sans fil, écran plat / télévision par câble dans chaque chambre, 1 King 1 Queen et 2 lits jumeaux en mousse à mémoire, un grand balcon avec 2 chaises et table pour 6 avec vue imprenable sur le golfe et West Beach. Comptoir de la cuisine des chaises pour 4 et une petite table à manger pour 2 à l'intérieur.

Best beach spot

We came to Galveston for the beach and the relaxation. I don’t think there’s a better property on the whole island for this. It’s at the south end of the sea wall and has a huge awesome private pool. Out the south west end of the property there’s a private gate and you’re on the beach! All other properties require you to cross the busy Seawall boulevard. The downside to the property is you’re a good 15-20 minute drive away from all the food and shopping but it is an easy drive. The condo was very comfortable. Highly recommend this place!

Nice stay, but..

Nice property, would have been nice to know the slide has been gone for quite sometime. Since it’s in the pictures, the kids were expecting it to be available. The game room could have been a hit, but not 1 of the machines worked.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay in room 606! The large balcony was our favorite- we spent every morning and evening there, enjoying the amazing view with dolphin sightings and pelican watching. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for the four of us. The condo was nice and looks just like the pictures! We were disappointed the pool was still closed due to the hurricane, but the lazy river and indoor pool was open. The walk to the beach was short and easy and the beach had a lifeguard! (No chair rentals, you need to bring your own)

Great Extended Weekend Getaway

The Condo was excellent. Exactly as advertised. Very roomy for the 6 of us.....and an oversized Balcony! No complaints at all about the Condo. The only minuses about the stay was the "not so easy" access to the Beach and the Elevators at the ends of the building made every trip to the Pool or our Vehicle a major journey!

Three generations of fun

Only negative was not enough hand towels or wash cloths although the front desk took care of us. Could have used another set of kitchen towels and more cups. We ran the dishwasher once but the soap didn't release so we just washed and dried from then on which was fine. Otherwise had a great time.

Great location

The location was great. The house wasn’t very well equipped. Bring your own towels and forks! And it should list that you can’t have any guest at the pool unless they are staying at the condo. We would stay here again for sure.

Great Thanksgiving Vacation!

Our family of 17 stayed at Diamond Beach Resort (in multiple condos) over Thanksgiving week. The resort was wonderful and everyone was so helpful. We enjoyed the hot tubs, private theater, game room, gym, etc. The condo itself was well stocked with everything we needed and was very comfortable. We’re already talking about coming back next year! Thanks for allowing us to use your beautiful place!

Beautiful

Our stay was wonderful. The view, pool and location was great for our needs. The property staff was very helpful. Our disappointment was the condo was not very clean. We had to move some dirty clothes from a drawer, we washed all the towels due to finding a damp towel unfolded in the linen closet. Otherwise the condo was a perfect size for our family.

Comfortable and lots of activities!

The condo was as described and it included plenty of extras that some properties do not leave for guests (plenty of paper products, dish/hand soap, towels, extra fans and blankets, etc.). The view was perfect. Our kids loved this spot as it had everything they could want - board games in the condo, lots of pools, the lazy river, indoor pool, beach access, game room, and movie theater (the lone exception was the slide was still not working and doesn’t seem like they plan to reopen it). The owner was prompt to address any questions. We’ll be back!

Love This Place!

We always love staying here! So much for the kids to do with the huge pool, lazy river, game room, theater... it's non-stop fun. Everything inside the condo was great too. Perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. Highly recommend.

Something for everyone 1.5 years old to 69 years old!

Beautiful 6th floor condo with Pelicans flying by at eye level all day long. Kitchen had everything needed to cook including pots and pans, dish & dishwasher soap, paper towels, extra trash bags, and spices. Comfy beds. Pool & Lazy river were beautiful with lots of floats available. Play room for the 1.5 year old, full gym for the 30 year old, easy walk to the beach and great "hose off" area for beach sand when back on the property. Never turned on any of the 4 TV's, just enjoyed sitting on the balconey watching the ocean waves and birds.

We will return!

This condo is spectacular! The view is incredible and the furnishings were more than what we expected. Each room have TVs with cable/fire sticks. The bathrooms and closet space was great with an abundance of towels. The balcony has great furniture and is huge! There were ceiling fans and standing fans in every room and a dehumidifier. There was truly more than we could ever have needed. We will definitely be back. The staff and amenities were the best around. It's basically a resort. The property manager, Michael, was the epidomy of prompt. This is by far our best experience at a VRBO.

Beautiful!

Beautiful views, amazing pool and lazy river, very clean, and friendly staff! This has to be the easiest check in/out process I’ve had with a rental. The room was well equipped. I stayed here with my husband, two kids, and mother in law and we had plenty of space. We enjoyed having meals on the balcony daily. The place got a little busier by the end of the week, but it is so large that we didn’t feel crowded at all. The beach area was not as nice as the rest of the resort, but we walked to it a couple days and it was not a bad walk with all of us. The resort mowed a path to make it easier to access. I would still prefer this over having to walk across a busy street to get to the beach like many places in the area. We booked the theatre one evening and had pizza delivered from Papas. It was such a nice experience! We went to the game room afterwards and the kids had a ball. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone going to Galveston.

We had a blast!!

The property was amazing, we have younger children so we didn't use many of the amenities, but the pool, lazy river and view was our favorite along with catching blue crab at night!! We will be back to #606 often!!

The Company that manages this unit is 5+Stars!

The only reason why check in process was 3stars was due to the Resort! NOT the company that manages this unit! Michael (the person who manages this unit) was immediately available & on-top of the issue we had during check-in and a few other issues. Because of Michael, I will ONLY stay at this unit at Diamond Beach Resort. The unit was very comfortable. The resort itself was very nice and the staff was friendly & helpful.

50th birthday get away for my husband

This property is exactly as described! The location is amazing! Very very clean! Communication with the owner/host was very prompt! Check in was simple, very detailed instructions. Checking out was even easier! I have nothing but good things to say about the entire process of booking, renting, and the stay at this property and we would book again in a heartbeat!

I spent my summers as a youth on the beaches of Texas. Galveston has always had a special place in my heart. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets and abundant wildlife in an enriched marine environment. The locals are pretty amazing too.

I bought this condo because there is no other place in Galveston, or anywhere along our coast, that comes close to what Diamond Beach has to offer. Great location and amazing amenities.
