We were totally pleased with everything. Our unit, was perfect and my wife and I were so glad we decided to stay at , Diamond Beach. Loved the pool area, parking was easy, safe, convenient. Staff was great. Friendly, helpful, and the grounds were very cleaned and well maintained. We were very impressed. As said, we were very pleased and this made for a really great week stay in the Galveston beach area. Thank you !!!

I chose this complex on a recommendation from a friend. My main concern was safety & security since I was taking a trip with my children. I was very pleased with how safe we not only felt in the unit itself, but on the entire property. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great property with an absolutely incredible view and excellent amenities. The property amenities are well cared for. We made plenty use of the view, game room, theater room, pools, and beach access. The condo itself was in great condition and comfortably for our family of 5. The only slight inconvenience was the lack of indoor dining to fit our family but the outdoor dining area did fully fit us. However, on some hot days, during the midday sun, it was a bit uncomfortable to eat outside. Master bed was quite comfortable and the bunk was comfortable for our kids but I do not think adults would find them as comfortable. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

I want to start with positive because the place is amazing and the view is incredible. We really enjoyed all of the amenities especially the lazy river. It was just my wife and I so we had plenty of room in the condo. We had everything we needed for 3 days. There are a couple things in my opinion that need some consideration. The check in process is way too strict. We were coming in from out of town and I had asked several times throughout the day if we possibly could check in early and/or at least get in the pool area. Any VRBO that I have stayed at in the past has allowed at least an hour leeway. The guy at the front desk jokingly said we might can let you in at 357. Needless to say, we had to wait till exactly 4:00 and were not allowed access to any amenities before that. I just think a little empathy or flexibility might go a long way. The wristband pick up daily is also a little silly. The only other issue we had was there was no hot water in the master bathroom 2 of the 3 days. The beach is a pretty good long walk and in my opinion, not as clean as back towards the sea wall. Again beautiful place and I would rent it again.

Great family getaway

We stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed the condo and the entire place! Even though the main outdoor pool was closed due to hurricane damage, there was plenty to do between the game/arcade room, the indoor pool, the lazy river, the beach, and the town! We love diamond beach and plan to book this same room again next year.
