2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with large balcony and amazing views overlooking the stunning pool and ocean.
This spacious second floor condo offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large island with additional seating, dining room, and a beautiful living room with floor to ceiling windows providing an amazing view! The condo opens up to a large balcony overlooking the pool and ocean....enjoy your morning coffee outside or an evening cocktail!
Diamond Beach is an upscale resort style facility offering first class amenities, including; indoor pool, large 3 tier outdoor pool, spa, lazy river, grilles, fitness center, volley ball, theater, games room. Please note the slide is not operational. The resort is located just a short walk to the beach which can be accessed via the west end of the property, no need to cross a busy road! This condo is located on the 2nd floor and is very convenient to the lobby and elevators.
Master bedroom offers a king size bed, master bathroom with large walk in shower with rain head shower. 2nd Bedroom offers a queen sized bed, and there is also room for a fold out twin bed for the little ones if needed. New queen sleeper sofa in the living room and matching love seat.
This cute beach vibe condo is the place to stay!

Great stay

We love coming to Diamond Beach! My oldest is 10 years old, and we’ve come every year since he was 6 months old. There really is something for everyone, big and small. This condo was super cute and beachy. The owner very communicative and provided information in a timely manner, which only enhanced our stay. We’re already looking forward to our stay next year!

The condo was so nice, clean, and was positioned just off the lobby for easy access to the elevator and amenities! We’ll be coming back and booking this same room when we do!

We totally enjoyed our stay here. The location of this unit so close to the 2nd floor elevators and front desk is a big plus. The beach and pool views were lovely. We’ve leased here 5 times (different units) and have never been disappointed. This is a 5 Star property in every way.

Beautiful condo and great location

We had a wonderful spring break here. The condo looks just like the photos, if not better. It was easy to navigate the property and the access to the beach didn't involve crossing the street or stairs, which is important to me with kids and a cart full of beach stuff. Loads of good food nearby too. Would stay again!

Thanksgiving Fun!

Our family of 17 stayed at Diamond Beach Resort (in multiple condos) over Thanksgiving week. The resort was wonderful and everyone was so helpful. We enjoyed the hot tubs, private theater, game room, gym, etc. The condo itself was well stocked with everything we needed and was very comfortable. We’re already talking about coming back next year! Thanks for allowing us to use your beautiful place!

Nice place with great view of pool. Kinda disappointed in the beach access. Really not any good way to get there. Especially if your caring chairs and unbrella. Great communication with owner .

The report was great for rest! However we were supper sad the slide has not been open for four years and still was not! We were also looking forward to the swim up bar and we were sad it was not open once during our stay!

Accessible and comfortable condo

We had a great experience here! Loved the location, the development’s amenities and the condo itself, which was clean, modern and had everything we needed. Our son was recovering from a major surgery and in a wheelchair and walker, and the unit was accessible for him. We would definitely rent it again!

Great for families!

Condo was great. We even had an issue with the AC and the owner had someone out to fix very quickly. Pool and lazy river were a real joy. We even scrapped our Schliterbahn plans since we were just happy with the amenities at Diamond Beach.

I loved this unit and the property. My husband and I brought out three young kids here for spring break and had a great time. One great thing about this unit is its convenient location!
