House for 8 persons: approx. 150 m2, on two floors. The ground floor comes with a spacious open-plan living/dining area with air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. From here, you have direct access to the terrace (30 m2), furnished with comfortable seating. Furthermore, there is a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms. The first bedroom comprises a double bed and direct access to balcony with beautiful views of the countryside and the sea glittering in the distance. The second bedroom also has a double bed, balcony access, and a private bathroom with shower. The third bedroom is also furnished with a double bed. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. On the first floor there is also a bathroom with shower and bathtub.


Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

WiFi available free of charge. Table tennis and foosball in the garden. Outdoor shower, sitting set and sun loungers by the pool. Adjacent to the summer kitchen, there is a separate WC. Private parking for 2 cars on the fenced property and parking for 1 car at the house. The final 600 meters to the house are via unpaved road. Reservations for youth groups are not accepted.
