Ce spacieux condo de 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain attend votre arrivée avec impatience! Idéalement situé à quelques pas du sable avec une vue majestueuse sur l'océan depuis le 14ème étage.

Emerald Isle est situé à l'extrémité ouest de Panama City Beach à quelques minutes de Pier Park. Lit king size dans la chambre principale. Lit queen dans la deuxième chambre. Canapé-lit queen dans le salon. La chambre principale et le salon donnent sur l'océan. Cuisine entièrement équipée. TV et lecteur DVD dans toutes les chambres. Télévision par câble et Internet gratuite. Le balcon de 10 pieds et demi a une table avec 4 chaises, deux chaises, et une table de bar et deux chaises de bar. Les installations comprennent une piscine intérieure / extérieure chauffée avec un hammam, une piscine extérieure, un bain à remous et une salle de sport avec vue sur l'océan. Il y a des barbecues en acier inoxydable au pavillon de la piscine.

Super clean. Very comfortable beds. The view is unforgettable. Even though we arrived after office hours, security was very kind. Definitely recommend this condo!

Great location! Beautiful beach and views! Quiet Resort very family friendly. We will definitely be coming back! Condo was very nicely furnished and clean clean, beds were very comfortable. The large balcony with comfortable seating was the highlight!!!

My family of 6 stayed here for a super last minute stay. The condo itself was fine, but the parking situation stinks (across the street)…especially when you’re trying to unload small children and luggage.

Best Condo on the Beach

SUPER STAY, BEAUTIFUL AND INVITING HOME THAT MAKES YOU REALLY FEEL RELAXED AND WELCOME. EXCELLENT AMENITIES AND Spacious Condo. EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS RIGHT THERE. BY FAR THE NICEST AND BEST STAY WE HAVE HAD ON THE BEACH in the last 10 years.

Great Condo - Great Beach

Enjoyed a great family of four vacation in Panama City in a nice condo with a spacious balcony and view of the gulf. Enjoyed collecting sand dollars, swimming near rays, and a quiet beach area. The free beach chairs and umbrella were a nice added/convenient extra. Located on the quieter end of the beach but very convenient to Grocery and restaurants. Check in process was easy and owner Helen was very accommodating. Would definitely go back again!!!

Beautiful property

My family had the best vacation staying in this unit. Everything was just as described in the overview section. The condo was very clean and spacious. The balcony was our favorite space. Beautiful view with a great breeze, day and night. We're already looking forward to going back next year.

Great stay!

Overall, very clean and well-equipped, nice view, comfortable beds. Only one thing to recommend, and that is a detailed explanation of the TVs and remote controls. It was great to have three TVs, but it took a while to figure out one remote was missing and which went with what. The maintenance people were very helpful! Definitely would stay again!

Would stay again!

Great family vacation! This is one of the best places we have stayed in PCB. Condo was as described; very clean, safe, and convenient. We didn’t use much of the kitchen, but seemed very well-equipped for whatever cooking you may want to do. There were 2 great restaurants for dinner very close-by also. Just be prepared for a wait. Yes, you need to park across the street, but we were able to pull up by the elevators to unload and load when needed. They had luggage carts available, also, and the rest of the trip it was not big deal. Helen was a great host and very responsive. The beach access was great and the chairs/umbrella made my trip. The pool area was also excellent and enjoyable! Can’t wait to stay again!

Fun in the Sun!

This condo was just perfect for our family vacation. There were 5 of us, and we all slept comfortably. The balcony was amazing, and we spent most of our down time watching the waves crash onto the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked, better than many other condos I have stayed in. We had everything we needed to cook dinner a couple off nights. Helen was very informative with check-in procedures in her e-mail. She was available to answer any questions or address any concerns. We will definitely book a condo with her again!

Condo unit & building were great!

The condo was perfect & the staff, that seems to be there around the clock, was great! The whole building, pool & elevator area were constantly kept clean & fresh smelling. The weekend beach service men were terrific. The weekday workers were not very good. Didn't start till at least 8:00. Umbrellas might be up by 11:00. Never volunteered to relocate umbrella. Always had to go ask.

The BEST place to stay in PCB

When I walked in I was greeted with the smell of clean. The property didn’t just smell clean, it was clean. This is my first concern when I go somewhere like this and I was not disappointed with how clean it was. The property gave us plenty of space for all 5 of us to spread out and be comfortable. The view was spectacular and the balcony was huge compared to what I normally have at other condos on the beach. When the toilet flush handle fell off, a quick text to Miss Helen and she immediately sent maintenance to fix it. I can’t express my feelings of how happy this place made me. When I tell you it was the BEST place I have stayed in PCB just know that I say that with much enthusiasm. There were 4 elevators that worked great and rarely ever had to wait on one. The pools were very clean, the beach access was simple. Parking was great. The office staff was friendly and helpful with parking passes and pool wristbands. The security lady was so nice. I just could keep going. Trust me, you will love this location and room! Book it today!

We could not get the tvs to work in both bedrooms but that’s minor!! The dishwasher was leaking water when running but we didn’t notice until it was almost time to leave. The maintenance guy came right away to fix it. Overall, it was a great stay😍😍

Big Balcony

Reviewer Comments: The stay at Emerald Isle Resort was relaxing and enjoyable. There was one exception...a condo upstairs was having work or renovations done that involved a jack hammer. We had to leave for the day. I understand that owners have times to be able to do work, but it did detract from our trip. Otherwise, we love staying at this resort and Helen is a good owner to rent from.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 3 month winter snowbirds vacation was fantastic as always. We have been renting with Helen for many years and she always makes sure everything is perfect for us. The ocean view is amazing and it’s a wonderful place to stay with pools, one is heated and very big hot tub as well as a steam room and sauna by the gym for a nice workout. Right on the beach this condo complex is perfect with shopping and restaurants near by and a nice restaurant right across the street. You won’t be disappointed if you use Helen she is wonderful.

Great vacation

I definitely would recommend staying at this condominium, had never stayed on the west end, but we really liked it. We had a great condo and excellent proximity to the beach. Our host was very informative with all the information we needed. We had good and bad days with the beach boys with the chairs and umbrellas though. Overall it was excellent.

Great condo

We had a wonderful week at Emerald Isle! Beautiful condo with an amazing balcony. The condo was very clean upon arrival and was perfect for our family. Elevators were fast and the beach was beautiful with wonderful sand. Views were fantastic from the spacious balcony which had very comfortable seating. We will definitely return and would rent from Helen again!

Wonderful stay.

The checkin process was very easy and simple. Helen was easy to contact and it was very easy to communication with her. The condo was beautiful and very clean. The view from the condo was excellant. We saw dolphins one morning and sea turtles one evening. The beach chairs made for very relaxing day on the beach. Everything you could need and want was available in the condo. This was our first time at PCB and our stay was great. Would highly recommend this condo.
